Heath is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with this very talented director and cast to bring Alan Ball’s hilarious and touching show to life on the BSP stage. Heath has previously appeared on the BSP stage as Herb in I Ought to Be In Pictures and Mr. Boddy in Clue: The Musical. He also has directed for BSP [August: Osage County, Talking With…, The Drowsy Chaperone, The Odd Couple (Female Version)] and TBD Productions [The Guys, Gidion’s Knot]. He will be directing BSP’s Marjorie Prime this winter. Heath currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of Black Swamp Players; he also is a Board member for Northwest Ohio Community Shares and an active volunteer for Wood County Humane Society (WCHS). In his professional life, Heath is Teaching Professor in the Honors College and Department of English at BGSU. When he is not working or treading the boards, Heath enjoys spending time with his very supportive husband, Gary, with whom he is the proud cat daddy of a clowder of seven cats, all adopted from WCHS.
Cyndy would like to welcome you to Black Swamp Players season opener! This is her first time in the role of producer. She definitely prefers being on stage! Sit back, relax, and Enjoy the show!!
