A Christmas Carol- A New Musical Cast

Tim Knight (Ebenezer Scrooge)
Tim works as the IT Director for Sweetwater County and is a proud father of four children, and loves being grandpa to his four grandkids. This will be his 14th production and his fourth with Horizon. He loves the opportunity to be on-stage again. His most recent productions include: Joseph (Reuben), Radium Girls (Arthur Roeder), Clue (Mr. Green), and The Wizard of Oz (Tin Man). Tim would like to thank his beautiful wife Marla for her love and support.
Ida Claudine Bucho (Narrator 1)
Claudine is a private caregiver, and she loves to paint with acrylics. A fun fact about her, is she is Horizon’s oldest cast member. Claudine has previously performed with Horizon in last year’s Christmas show, “Christmas Through the Ages”. Claudine would like to thank Cory, Sarah, and Sam for having faith in her and for their encouragement. She'd also like to thank all of the cast and crew for letting her have so much fun. Kimber Maser (Narrator 2/Laundress)
Kimber recently got accepted into All-Northwest, and has done 3 shows at the Broadway Theater. Past productions include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Christmas Through the Ages and A Christmas Carol. Kimber would like to thank her grandparents, her sisters, her mom, friends, and many more.

Uriel Herrera Campos (Fred)
Uriel’s favorite past times are doing theater, and singing. Some previous shows have included the Wizard of Oz, and our first production of “A Christmas Carol” in 2022. Uriel would like to thank his parents and friends, specifically Cory and Sarah.
Jeff Killpack (Jacob Marley/Minister)
Jeff is originally from Green River. He is a Branch Manager for a local bank, has run two marathons, has 3 grown children and an amazing new daughter in law! He has been in many productions from the Nutcracker to the Forgotten Carols. Jeff is thankful for his amazing, beautiful, and patient wife Stephanie!
Anna Durrant (Ghost of Christmas Past)
Anna loves to craft, especially making props and decorations. Christmas Carol is her 11th show. Her favorite role was Matilda in Matilda. She’d like to thank her mom and dad for supporting her no matter how crazy her ambitions get.
Jared 'Zeek' Kropf (Ghost of Christmas Present)
Jared 'Zeek' Kropf grew up in Kanab, Utah but has now lived in Green River for almost as long as he lived there. He enjoys riding his new mountain bike, catching fish, whale watching, and sky-diving, but one of those he has yet to try. Zeek recently really enjoyed playing Simeon with his 11 brothers. He would like to thank the Reason for Christmas.
Michael Ivan Kensley (Ghost of Christmas Future)
Michael is from Green River Wyoming. He likes swords, axes and baking. He was previously in Horizon’s last Christmas show, Christmas Through the Ages. Michael would like to thank Ivy and Anna Kropf for their help with his audition song.
Matt Durrant (Gentleman 1)
Matt Durrant is an avid reader and amateur writer. This is his second play, and it is a wonderful experience to do this with his children. Matt would like to thank his kids, Anna, Luke, and Jimmy, for encouraging him and working together for this production.
Matthew Lemon (Gentleman 2/Gravdigger)
Matthew is from Rock Springs, Wyoming. A fun fact about him is he enjoys riding big rollercoasters. Matthew has performed in ensemble in 6 shows before, his favorite being Hello, Dolly! Matthew would like to thank Sam for being such a wonderful director, Ivy for making the beautiful costumes, and all the cast and crew for putting in their best efforts to put on this show.
Amanda Snyder (Orphan/Caroline)
Amanda is from Rock Springs. She enjoys reading and drawing, along with Halloween being her favorite holiday. She also enjoys watching scary movies and swimming with her friends. Past experience includes Missoula children’s theatre in Alice in Wonderland, playing Alice T. She would like to thank her friends for telling her about the auditions, and her mom for encouraging her to continue acting. She would also like to thank Mr. Webb for helping build confidence.
Jez Alvey (Orphan/Boy Scrooge/Ben Cratchit)
Jez enjoys playing games like Roblox with their younger sister, Noelle. They also really enjoy drawing and spending time with their pet lizard, Meg. This is Jez’s 9th performance and third time being a part of Horizon. Their favorite role was Benjamin when they acted in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Jez would like to thank their father for getting them to rehearsal and always being there for them.
Sophia Swafford (Fan/Elizabeth Cratchit)
Sophia is from Oklahoma City. Her favorite thing to do is to be on stage, singing, dancing, and acting. Previous roles include Toto- Wizard Of Oz, Alice- Alice In Wonderland, and Villager- The Elephant Man. Sophia would like to thank her mom because she believes in her and is always supportive no matter what she chooses to do, as well as Horizon Theater/ Cory and Sarah for being so awesome and giving her a chance to learn and grow with them.
Jared Hurst (Mr. Fezziwig)
Jared is from South Jordan, Utah and now resides in Green River. He works as a Mechanical Engineer, enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with his family . Jared is new to theater and is glad he gets to spend time doing this show with his family doing something new and fun.
Katie Hurst (Mrs. Fezziwig)
Katie Hurst, is from all over. She is a Mom, who homeschools, bakes, sews, and loves crafting. This is her first role as an adult. She’d like to give thanks to Ivy!
Brandon Swafford (Young Scrooge)
Brandon is from Oklahoma City, he loves Dungeons and Dragons, marching band, and being on stage. Past roles include Snork- The Elephant Man, Pin Head Manager-The Elephant Man, and King- Alice In Wonderland. Brandon would like to thank his mom for always having his back and supporting him in everything he does.
George R. Chollak (Dick Wilkins/Thomas)
George is from Rock Springs. Wyoming. A fun fact about him is that he moves like a snake is in his sleeves. Other shows George has been in were Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Anastasia. "If all the world’s a stage, let's set it on fire.” -Excerpt from the opening song of "I expect you to die 2: the spy and the liar."
Hannah Hurst (Fezziwig Children/Ignorance)
Hannah Hurst, is from Green River, and was born in California. She likes playing with her friends and doing Dance. This is Hannah’s first play, and she’d like to thank her mom.
Kaylie Hurst (Fezziwig Children/Want)
Kaylie is from Green River, and she was born in Idaho. She is a fun loving little girl, who loves reading, playing with her siblings, and being with her family. This is her first play.
Charlie Hurst (Fezziwig Children)
Charlie Hurst is from Green River. At three years old, he is Horizon’s youngest cast member ever! Everything is fun about him. This is Charlie’s first show, and he’d like to thank his mom.
Evelyn Riddle (Belle)
Evelyn is from Rock Springs, WY. She loves playing the piano, she’s been playing since she was 2 years old. Evelyn played Greta in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and one of the nine dancing maidens in Cinderella, through the BOCES college plays. She’d like to thank her mom, and director Sam for helping her pursue this role, and her brother Skyler for allowing himself to be dragged to each recital and performance.
Tynleigh Bettolo (Sally Wilkins/Martha Cratchit)
Tynleigh is from Rock Springs, Wyoming. She is a creative fourth grader who has been putting on shows for her family since she could talk. She loves the spotlight, the stage, and making people smile. When she’s not singing, dancing, or creating something new, she’s a thrill-seeker who loves roller coasters and riding side-by-sides with her dad. She has trained in tap, ballet, jazz, and lyrical since age five and has performed with TaVaci and Missoula Children’s Theatre. This is her first community theater production. She sends a big thank-you to her family and friends for their support. She hopes everyone enjoys the show and has a Merry Christmas!
Terrence Schaeperkoetter (Charles Wilkins/Matthew Cratchit)
Terrence is from Rock Springs. He likes to play his trumpet in band and hanging out with his two nieces. This is Terrence’s first show, but he has previously performed in TaVaci show choir. Terrence would like to thank Cory and Sarah, and all the directors and the cast and crew for setting up and making the show possible and letting him have a role.
Sarah Schaeperkoetter (Mrs Cratchit/Christmas Past Cover*)
Sarah is one of the founders of Horizon, along with her husband Cory, and she is excited to get a chance to be onstage beside him. She is an alumni of the WWCC theater program, and some of her favorite roles have included The Narrator- Joseph, Glinda- The Wizard of Oz, Deb- Ordinary Days, and Meg- Little Women. When she is not performing or producing a show, she can be found teaching, sewing, playing piano, or baking. She’d like to thank Cory, her rock and her favorite person, and all her onstage kids for being fun to work with.
Luke Durrant (Peter Cratchit )
Luke likes playing video games and scouting. Luke was previously in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cinderella and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Jimmy Durrant ("Tiny" Tim Cratchit)
Jimmy is from Rock Springs. He loves cooking, and playing outside. Jimmy has been in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Tavaci children's show choir.
Anna Kropf (Charwoman)
Anna Kropf is from Green River Wyoming. She loves making wax seals. This is her 13th show and her second time in Christmas Carol, a fun role she’s had was in Cinderella Jr as a Stepsister. She would like to thank her wonderful theater family and Sam for being a good director.
Seth Schmaltz (Old Joe)
Seth is from Rock Springs, Wyoming. He loves doing theater and the confidence it gives him on stage. Seth’s first show was Cinderella through BOCES. His favorite role was the Mad Hatter in Alice. Seth would love to thank Mythious for getting him into theater.
Dakotta Wheeler (Virginia/Belle Cover*)
Dakotta is currently working to get her degree at BYU-Idaho in Art Education. She enjoys painting and drawing. Previous productions she has been in include Greased, Mamma Mia!, and The Forgotten Carols, and she has enjoyed all her theater experiences. Dakotta appreciates her parents and siblings who constantly have to deal with an overworked and burnt out daughter and sister.

Lisa Krieger Bise (Topper)
Lisa is originally from California, then Arizona, and has lived in Rock Springs since 2005. Lisa is retired, and enjoys hiking, walking, yoga, meditation, basketball, bike riding, making crafts as gifts, decorating for every holiday, musicals, volunteering and helping people. She performed in a few stage plays and as an extra in various movies throughout the 1970s-1980s. She would like to thank her still-supportive ex-husband Richard, neighbor and best friend Debi and her family, and her best friend Karen and her family for always being there for her.
Molly Nettik (Ensemble)
Molly Nettik is from Rock Springs, Wyoming. They are a Science Education student at Western Wyoming Community College, and enjoy playing bass, video games and painting. They have previously competed in both figure skating and dance. They have also worked with The Starling Company and recently performed in The Halloween Late Show. Molly would like to thank Jay, Nathan, Lindsey, Beth, Ava, Raif, Kaden, and Nate. They would also like to thank all of their friends who support them in the performing arts.
