War of the Roses Cast

Chase Todd (Henry VI)
Chase will make his senior year acting debut in The War of the Roses. His favorite pastimes include studying classical languages, music, airsoft, and the general bashing of all things French.
James Miggins (Prince, his son)
James is a sophomore at the Heights, and this is his fourth production with the Omnibus Players. In his spare time he enjoys rugby, writing under the pseudonym Thomas Bedlam, and making massive mugs of hot cocoa.
Simon Vitz (Richard Plantagenet)
Simon is super excited to act for the first time in a Heights production! He has previously been the Prop Master for the Heights in Meprises, Graham, and others. Aside from collecting props and challenging the Throne of England, Simon enjoys writing, woodcarving, learning languages, and hanging out with his friends.
Bryson Begg (Eddie, Plantagenet's eldest son)
Bryson has been in ten shows, including the Medieval Theater Festival at the Heights. His favorite role is Bruce in Matilda the Musical, because he trained with professional performers for that production. He is super excited to be playing Eddie, and looks forward to doing more shows for the Heights in the future!
Daniel Rueda-Ramirez (Richie, Plantagenet's second son)
Daniel is rocking his senior year. Previous Heights credits include "Gollum" in The Hobbit, “Juror 5” in Twelve Angry Men, “Measure” in Magnificence, and “Hubbard” in Graham. While not prone to the mysterious illness known as senioritis, he will often bike, read, and rock on his piano.
Matt Brennan (Clarence, Platagenet's third son)
Matt is a creature commonly found at his house, the Heights, and some restaurants. He has intruded in several plays, such as the Hobbit and Meprises. Matt’s picture is in the guide. A truly intimidating beast.
David Maxham (Warwick)
David is sophomore in 10th grade. He has done many plays before and has also stage managed, both of which he will be doing for this play. During his time he enjoys not doing homework and instead playing either magic the gathering or video games.
Isaac Vitz (Mack, his son)
This is Isaac's sixth performance for the Heights (his third high-school performance even though he's in ninth grade). When he's not flying an F-18 or commanding a tank brigade he can be found playing good board games with his friends or reading good books on combat
Edmund Nolan (Salisbury)
Edmund Nolan is a human student at The Heights School with one past experience in drama. He likes drinking water and recommends that you do too, since our bodies literally run on this stuff. Edmund also plays soccer and tennis, and wants to go professional.
Nick Connolly (Sal, his son)
This is Nick's 4th play at the Heights and his only talent is solitaire, at which he is undefeated. Nick outside school is a baseball and movie nerd and nationally ranked paint watcher. He also enjoys reading books such as "Pottery: Exciting, Not At All".
Luke Nowak (Somerset)
Luke is a long time actor and participant of the Omnibus Players. This will be Luke's fifth show at The Heights. Luke enjoys playing Magic the Gathering and other board games, he also likes reading in his spare time. He can be found hiking in the great outdoors or swimming at his local pool. Luke's favorite river is the San Marcos river.
Mason Robinson (Jack, his son)
is Mason’s second Heights play. Mason is an avid reader and devoted servant of King Robilotto. He enjoys strategy board games , the Far Side, a cute (and most likely malevolent) guinea pig named Fudge (’Tis a most foul, ill-tempered rodent!” -Tim), and the unquestioned genius of Weird Al Yankovic.
Jack Walters (Buckingham)
Jack is a sophomore at The Heights. He performed last year in Graham, Something Extraordinary, and Meprises. This year he also did stage crew for the Hobbit. Jack looks forward to two more great years of the Omnibus Players. Outside of this he enjoys fishing, skiing, and rugby.
Julian Monroy (John, his son)
Julian is glad to be in the show. In the fall he appearing in the Hobbit as one of Tolkien's dwarves. His favorite subject is Natural History.
Nate Connolly (Suffolk)
Nate is most likely in highschool. He played a French character last year and arbitrarily decided to do drama again this year. His interests include grass and the color beige. He is especially interested in beige grass.
Declan Wallace (Cliff, his son)
Declan has been in two plays at the Heights. He is excited to be a part of this production. He loves Shakespeare, history, Mr. Callahan, board and card games, and Star Wars, not necessarily in that order. He is in the 9th grade.
Gavin Ros (Gloucester)
Gavin is a junior at the Heights performing in his third play. Additionally, he writes for The Heights Herald, enjoys reading about obscure countries and their languages, using said knowledge to explain how all the British place names in this production are pronounced, and sometimes actually talking to other people.
Steven Weeldreyer (Talbot)
Steven is a member of the Student Council and a first time Omnibus Player. He enjoys boxing, distance running and can often be found rallying the Heights Boosters.
Clare Hettich (Margaret of Anjou, later Queen of England)
Clare, excitable, introverted, and perfectionist, with a love for anything word-related and a tendency towards intervals of both quietness and loquacity, is an Oakcrest sophomore with nothing but Strength and Conditioning to upset or vex her* (and even finds some fun in that). This is her fifth production. *See Austen’s Emma
Isabella Guevara Alba (Margot, her daughter)
Isabella is excited to be participating in this production. This is her first performance with The Heights. She has participated in other productions, including improv and an adaptation of Shakespeare’s As You Like It. She is currently in 8th grade at Brookewood school and enjoys playing the piano and drawing.
Bridie Garvey (La Pucelle, a French maiden warrior)
Bridie is an eighth grader at Brookewood School. Her first role was “The Muffin Man” in Kiley Hatch’s Galt Garden Theater. Most recently, she was in Shakespeare’s “A Comedy of Errors” at Brookewood, and “As You Like It,” at the Vitz Backyard Theatre. Bridie enjoys Irish dancing and making people laugh.
Santi Bendeck (Charles Dauphin)
Santi enjoys reading as well as playing soccer and tennis. This being his first play, he has learned about the complexities and challenges a single play undertakes. It has been a great overall experience for him.
Justin Liess (Reignier)
Justin is a nice guy. He does cross country and enjoys video games. He has three dogs and three chickens. His social security number is not for you to know.
Mr. Joel Sellier (French Scout)
Joel Sellier joined the faculty of The Heights School in 2004. He is the Director of Summer Programs, as well as an upper and middle school teacher. Mr. Sellier’s classes include Intro to Computer Science, Algebra 1 for eighth graders, and math for sixth graders. He also coaches the varsity golf team. Mr. Sellier graduated from The College of William & Mary in 2004 with a degree in psychology. He lives in Great Falls, Virginia with his wife Charlotte, and six children, Felicity, Poppy, Margaux, Blaise, Remy, and Celine.
Conner Venable (News Anchor)
Conner is a member of the Senior Council and plays varsity basketball. This is his first Heights production.
Jack Hermes (News Anchor)
Jack is president of the Senior Council and plays varsity lacrosse. This is his first performance as an Omnibus Player.
Harrison Barkley (Captain)
Harrison is a member of the Student Council and a first time Omnibus Player. He plays varsity lacrosse.
Graham Stadtler (Officer)
Graham plays varsity lacrosse and drinks a lot of water. This is his first performance at the Heights.
Thomas Royals (Ensemble)
Thomas Joseph Cyril Royals Junior or just Tommy Royals is a freshman. This is his third production with the Heights Omnibus players. While not attending to his school duties, you can find him reading, writing , learning alphabets, or trying to restore the glory of diphthongs
Patrick Dunn (Genealogy Expert)
Patrick is an 11th grader at The Heights School and has participated in over half a dozen performances there. He will be playing the humble genealogy expert. When he is not partaking in the arts, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and writing for the school newspaper. I’m addition to his dramatic exploits, Patrick is also known as the student that made Mr. Callahan stop teaching 3rd graders.
Calvin Dillon (Understudy)
Calvin is a seventh grader in Mr. Miggins's core and is excited to participate in The War of the Roses. This is his second play at The Heights, and he performed in one play at his old school. Calvin enjoys playing D and D, chess, Warhammer, and Unmatched.
Teddy Iandoli (Ensemble)
Teddy is a sophomore at the Heights now participating in his 6th show. He is very excited to see how this show will turn out, as it is the most ambitious that the Heights has yet attempted.
Charles Jackson (Understudy)
Charles is a photographer, sketch artist, and actor. He has done work with the Omnibus Players in The Hobbit.
Noah Chambers (Singer)
Noah Chambers is a 5th grader in Mr. Steenson’s class. Noah participates in boys choir and band as a percussionist at the Heights. On the weekends, Noah can frequently be found belting out the lyrics for show tunes with his siblings.
