Jessica Vasquez is a Senior at Rise. Jess's work was last seen in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, but she has also worked on previous shows with RPA over the past 3 years. She has most enjoyed knowing that this theatre program keeps growing and expanding, even if the seniors leave. Jess would like to thank her Mom and Grandma for all the support they have given her through her senior year. She would also like to thank the directors for pushing through it all and not giving up. She would also like to thank the beautiful Designers for showing up and showing out as leaders for this show. Jess loved working with everyone in this show and loved seeing new faces in this program. Jess plans to Major in Theatre: Design and Tech with a concentration in Stage Management. Her favorite quote is: Being a stage manager is like riding a bike, except the bike is on fire and you're on fire and everything is on fire, and you're in HELL.

Elizabeth Alegbe is a Junior at Kipp. Elizabeth’s work was last seen as a ASM in One flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. Elizabeth has enjoyed getting to work on a cultural play with a very diverse cast.

Rachell Juarez is a Sophomore at Rise. Rachell’s last work was last seen in the fall play “One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest” on both costume and publicity crew, as well as played the role of Sandra. Something that I have most enjoyed about being a part of ‘Once on This Island’ has been being able to form new connections and do another show with my theater family. Like Taylor Swift once said, “long live the walls we crashed through, I had the time of my life, with you.”

Andy Munoz is a senior at Rise. Andy’s work was last seen as Head of Publicity and House Manager in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest”. Something that Andy has enjoyed meeting new and reconnecting with the people he last worked with. Andy would like to thank Ms.Palko for letting him be part of this amazing theater family/company, his sister for supporting him in his theater journey, and the rest of his family :)

Karime is a senior at Strive Prep Rise, and this is her second year working on a show. Her work was previously seen on "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" as part of the paint and props crew. She challenged herself to go for a leader position for her last year as Rise. She's enjoyed spending time with people that make her happy and are encouraging to her. She would like to thank everyone that has supported her until the end <3

Violeta Rodriguez is a Sophomore at Rise. Violeta’s work was last seen as sound designer on One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. Violeta has enjoyed the experience of learning new stuff and doing what she loves most! Violeta would like to thank the RPA crew for all their hard work.

Lindsey Hernandez is a Sophomore at Rise. The last time Lindsey worked on a show was for the fall production of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” she was apart of costume and paint crew. Lindsey has also previously worked on the production of “Cathy” as part of costume crew. Lindsey has enjoyed being apart of this production as well as getting to meet new people and creating new bonds. Lindsey would like to thank her brother Oscar for joining the musical even though she had to beg him to join, she would also like to thank her parents for the food and transportation.

William is a senior at Rise. Will started his theater journey this year with his first appearance being in OOTI. Will has enjoyed getting to meet more people and make new friends. Will would like to thank the whole company for working so hard to get this show done and being so friendly. Will is upset he didn’t join theater earlier in highschool, it’s been such a fun and amazing journey and one of wills biggest regrets is not joining show’s earlier when he had the opportunity too.

Yarely Ciau is a Sophomore at Rise. The last time Yarely worked on a show was during the fall play "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" as part of paint and publicity crew. Her work has also been seen on last year's musical "Ranked" as part of the costume crew. Yarely has most enjoyed meeting new people and working with her friends. Yarely would like to thank her parents for supporting and her sister to always encouraging her to do her best.

Ximena Avila is a Sophomore at Rise. Ximena’s last show was Cathy, she worked on crew and is happy to be back for another show. Ximena has enjoyed the experiences and the feeling of community amongst the company. Ximena would like to thank Ms. Palko for pushing her to join a show once again.

Joby Chapman is a Junior at Rise. Joby’s work was last seen in Ranked as a crew member on props and sound. Joby has enjoyed the chance to be able to take this new opportunity to meet new people and learn more about the process of the production of the show.

Mya Buelna is a Sophomore at Rise. Mya’s work is first being seen during this show. Mya has enjoyed the comfort of being in a little welcoming family and trying something new for the first time. Mya would like to thank Rachell for pushing and convincing her to do this show.

Diana Beckham is a Senior at Rise. Diana’s work was last seen in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest on light crew, however, she has been apart of the productions since Laramie Project. Diana has enjoyed getting to work with new people and lighting equipment. Diana would like to thank the people around her for constantly supporting her.

Tobi Maynard is a Freshman at Kipp. Once On This Island is Tobi's first show that he's worked on. Tobi has enjoyed getting to try something new and learning new skills in Carpentry Crew.

Nathan Slangon is a Freshmen at Rise. Nathan is an incoming freshman and this is his first show he is also a part of student council and is the freshman class president and wants to gain experience. Nathan has enjoyed props and costumes and he has really opened himself to new things and is always ready to go and when he doesn’t get it he will ask questions and try again. Nathan would like to thank everyone on this crew and cast they have been very open and caring not to mention patient they are the reason he stays. "Smile it irritates those who wish to hurt you".

Jossi Cardenas is a Junior At Rise. Jossi's work has been last seen in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, she helped make the cigarettes and all the props that actors had along with lightning on the platform truss. Jossi had enjoyed the feeling of family and the chance to make new props. Jossi would like to the thank Will and Diana for the patience while she was on two crews. She would also like to thank her freshies for dealing with her random bursts of anger. "You saved him. You loved him. Kill the love you have for him." Or "Promises made in your sleep. Jesse Garfio is a Freshmen at Rise. This is jesse’s first time working on a show. Jesse has enjoyed helping the show. Jesse would like to thank palko and rachell for helping him when he’s confused. im awkward :)

Fatima Rodriguez is a Freshmen at Rise. Fatima’s work has never been seen before because she is an incoming freshmen. Fatima enjoys the new experience and getting to make more friends. She would like to thank mrs. Palko and the rest of the crew for welcoming in to the crew.

Andy Faulkner is a student at Kipp. Andy has never worked on a performance show like this. Andys favorite part of working crew on this show is the sence of community he's had, and the chance to get away from the real world. Andy would like to thank Palko, Jess, and everyone who gave him the chance to work on a beautiful project like this and he'd like to thank everyone on cast and crew for being so patient and understanding with him.
