MAIN STREET PARK - A Musical Stage Play Cast

Stanley C Jackson SR, originally from a small town in Southern Illinois, is a National, and Award winning Playwright and President and CEO of SJM Productions, LV LLC. Based in Las Vegas Nevada. He has written and produced 9 Original Musical Stage Productions, including “Main Street Park” for which he has written more than 100 original songs. Jackson has is also an accomplished actor, having performed in all but one of his original productions. Using local talent and always delivering a message, Jackson has presented SJM Productions in Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas City, New Orleans, and Las Vegas, NV.

Katie Waters is a known psalmist who delights herself in the Lord and counts it a blessing to be able to give back to him the gifts he has given her. She has had the opportunity to sing at conventions, conferences, special events and numerous celebratory occasions not only in the state of Nevada; but, in other states as well. She recorded an album “The conclusion of the Matter”. God has gifted her to minister the spoken word and is now further enlarging her territory to perform in her second live stage production. Her first role was also an SJM Production “STRIVE! THE MUSICAL". Katie is married to Rev. Willie Waters and together they have three (3) children, five (5) grandchildren and 1 great grandson.

A product of the Memphis TN Performing arts Schools, John is an accomplished violinist and vocalist. A graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in music, he has excelled in the arts. John is a recording artist (Curtain Call) and is a regular featured performer in SJM Productions. His credits include: “yet holding on”, “who do you think you are”, “Guess who’s coming for Christmas”, “it takes a village”, “can’t wait til Sunday”, “Living in the black” and "Strive". He was also a DPI Nominee for Actor of the Year

Was born and raised in Evansville Indiana, but now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has aspirations to be an actress in the theater as well as on the big screen. She started her creative journey at John Robert Powers as a student actress and model. Her dance credits include: Choreography and dance for SJM Productions and dance coach and dancer at Western Kentucky University. Jessica graduated with a minor in Musical Theater and has performed in seven (7) SJM Theater Productions

Michael “Mike Brown” Brown was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. His journey has taken him through many years of travel around the world to a myriad of life experiences. So, now he aspires to enter the world of theater with the introductory role of “Mr. Wright”. His God gifted talents include but are not limited to variety shows, standup comedy and Ministry of the Gospel. Mike Brown joins SJM Productions for the first time and is excited about entering the live stage. He is a proud father of three and grandfather to two beautiful granddaughters. For Mike Brown everything in life is counted as a blessing…

A Native Las Vegan, Yolanda recently retired from a career in government law. She fondly recalls performing in James Baldwin Johnson’s “The Amen Corner” as well as other community theatrical productions during her college years. She is excited to recharge her thespian skills and seize the opportunity for faith-based creative and artistic expression through musical theater. She is in the choir at her local church and her praise instrument of choice is the tambourine; she is a tambourine-ist. 😊 Yolanda loves to walk, bike and stay active. She loves God, Church, family, friends and sweets.

Was born and raised in Los Angeles CA. Joined the US Air Force at 19 and traveled mostly in the Pacific. He was part of Desert Shield/Storm and retired after 20+ years of service. He is a preacher of the Gospel, has sung karaoke and likes musicals (especially My Fair Lady). He has lived in Las Vegas since 1999 and has been a member of Victory Missionary Baptist Church during that same time. This is his SJM Productions debut

Joie St.clair started singing and dancing from a young age and found joy in songwriting. Joie attended Las Vegas academy of the arts as a vocal major and sang choral master works with the Las Vegas philharmonic in the smith center. She also studied ballroom dance, opera workshop, and vocal jazz. In 2021 she released her first full length studio album “All the Ways” which has reached over 1000 streams on Spotify and Apple Music. She continues to pursue music and acting as a member of UNLV Singers and has new solo projects in the works.

Keysean was born and raised in Las Vegas, and has been here most of his life. Since he was a child he has never backed down from doing anything on stage. He is a true music enthusiast who has played the trumpet and violin. Keysean was singing in the church choir and around the house well before he could tie his shoes. Aside from continuing his education at UNLV, he is a bit of a songwriter/singer/rapper in his free time.

Ken Carlyle is a Creator, DJ, Writer and Entertainer originally from Los Angeles, who has found home in the wonderful Silver State, specifically Las Vegas, NV. Under the pseudonym DJ Nature Boy, he has released official compilation projects featuring nationwide artists Dawn Richard and Saucy Santana. "Main Street Park" if his first stage production, but it surely won't be his last as he has plans for other projects in the near future.

Zaniaha aka "Zee.” is a 22 year old, born and raised in Las Vegas. As a member of a military family, she travelled around the country. Zee has loved acting since she was able to speak, and has been dancing since she was able to walk. “Being on stage and/or in front of a camera provides me so much delight, that nothing else in the world seems to matter”. Growing up in church, Zee developed her passion for praise dancing and singing in the choir. She has also appeared as a background actor in a film. Zaniaha took advantage of her time during the pandemic to present her talents to the world and gain exposure. She also started doing comedic sketches on TikTok, which were well received. “ I'm so blessed to be a part of this SJM Production and the Las Vegas cast of “Main Street Park, the Musical”.

Ejay is a music and arts lover from Miami FL. She first discovered her love for theater when she played Dorothy in "The Wiz" at the tender age of 9. Her first love has always been music, having been a part of various choirs. Ejay had the opportunity to be a part of the SJM family on a previous production as a Stylist and Wardrobe Manager and is ready to make her acting debut in Main Street Park

Demetria is originally from the state of Georgia but now resides in Las Vegas, NV. She’s a proud mother to her daughter Jada. She recently retired after serving 21 years total in the Army and continues to assist veterans at the Dept of Veteran Affairs. At the age of 4 Demetria began singing in her family choir and is now singing praises to God as one of the praise and worship leaders at her church. Demetria attributes her gift of song to her singing mother (Cathy) and grandmother (Deaconess Mrs. Daisy L. Davis). In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, interior design, shopping, and exploring new adventures. This is her first SJM Production.

Shekinah Rose E Wilson was born in Columbia, South Carolina and now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has a heart to entertain on stage and in front of the camera. Shekinah has found her love of acting at a young age and has been singing ever since she was three (3) years old. She’s contributed to her aspirations by competing in singing events, performing songs at her church, participating in her school choir, leading in “The Beauty and The Beast” in a school play and studying theatre in her classes. Shekinah is now enrolled in Las Vegas Academy of the Arts as a theatre major. She currently has a youtube channel, called Shekinah Rose. E where she posts covers of her singing and vlogs as well.

Jay is no stranger to the stage. He has performed in multiple public settings during his comedic career in stand-up sets as himself as well as other characters he’s developed such as; J Mostest. In his spare time he paints custom artwork and continues to develop his own artwork brand name and logos with the hopes of expanding his work and material not only locally, but internationally. Jay is a Las Vegas native, born and raised in the Silver State., graduating from Western High School. He is one of thirteen children to a very large locally rooted and highly respected family within the community. This is Jay's second SJM Production (Strive the Musical) and he hopes it won't be his last. Jay B Mccoy Jr., plans to continue his pursuit in knowledge and experience within all areas of the arts.

Jada Simone Scotton was born in Dublin, GA and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada with her parents at 2 years old. Jada is vibrant, charming, smart and a very talented up and coming songstress / actress. She has been acting and modeling since the age of four. Her first public feature was a print Ad for the Nevada Health Partners & Ronald McDonald Mobile Health Care Bus, which can still be seen traveling around Las Vegas today. Jada’s personal interest are dancing, singing, arts and crafts and shopping. She is an ongoing student with the Prestige Talent Management Company and Excite Dance Company.

Patrice Moncel’-Singer/Songwriter & Actress Born & Raised in Chicago, Illinois, Patrice Moncel’ humble beginnings began singing in the Baptist Church Choir at an early age. Garnered singing techniques by her classically trained father who was a renowned Gospel Singer. Patrice Moncel’ powerful Smokey & Raspy Alto/Contralto voice is pinned essence of the late great legendary Etta James ( Blues Singer Tyrone Davis). Patrice Moncel’ has landed her role in the Production Show-Solid Gold Soul at Bally’s Casino in Las Vegas where she portrayed Etta Janes for 2 ½ yrs. Patrice Moncel’ was bitten by the acting bug when she auditioned for her first Musical Stage Play called: “Can A Woman Raise A Man”. Later auditioning and landing a role in the Musical Stage Play, “Strive” with Playwright Stanley C. Jackson SR. Patrice Moncel’ is currently starring in a new Musical Stage Play with Playwright Stanley C. Jackson SR. Called: “Main Street Park”. Also, Patrice Moncel’ is starring in a Graphic Novel with Emmy Winning Filmmaker Frank B. Goodin called Life or Death on YouTube. Having her own band called: The BIG Band Theory, playing around Chicagoland and Las Vegas, Patrice Moncel’ loves singing and songwriting.
