A Message from Stephen Scovasso  Founder and Artistic Director 

 The mission of the SAS Performing Arts Company and Studios, Inc. celebrates music and theater arts by building an extended cultural community providing performances, training, education, and community programs for all people.

Our vision is to enrich the lives of those we touch, to enhance the cultural life of the community, to educate future generations about the value of the performing arts, to entertain our audiences, to elevate the quality of every performance, and to serve as a leader for positive community growth and to cooperate with other community agencies for the betterment of our communities.

SAS Performing Arts Mainstage and SAS Opera performances focuses its efforts to promote the these art forms by bringing this music, in a concert and semi-staged format, for audiences to enjoy thus enriching the community's cultural life. Our performance format, makes these intricate art forms more accessible to our audiences. We anticipate the exhilarating connection generated between music, text, and drama will become more immediate in an intimate, up-close atmosphere.

We are currently implementing our accessibility programs to ensure that underrepresented groups have affordable access to our performances including, with the help from a generous donation by TD Bank, allows us to offer tickets to students, to attend our programs who might not get the opportunity to attend live performing arts events in person.  This will allow potential theater and classical music attendees to experience live performances, many of them for the first experience.  Please consider contributing to this effort.
