Sunday in the Park With George Cast

Eli Miller (12) (George)
I paused my game to be here.
Ashley Dengate (12) (Dot/Marie)
Ashley is thrilled to help bring you this story. This is her seventh and final show with Raptor Theatre and by far her favorite. You may have seen her here most recently as Jordan in the Great Gatsby, or her choreography in Mamma Mia. She is so grateful to her directors and peers for their passion, patience, and dedication. Enjoy the park!

Rose is so excited to be a part of Sunday in the Park with George! This is her second production with Ravenwood theatre, and you may have caught her as Salesman #1 in The Thirty Nine Steps. Matilda Skurka (11) (Nurse/Blair Daniels )
Matilda Skurka is delighted to be a part of the cast of Sunday In the Park With George. This is her 4th production with Raptor Theatre, just being seen as Margaret and Mrs.McGarrigle in The 39 Steps. She has previously enjoyed portraying Perspehone in Hadestown, Anna of Cleves in SIX, and Baker's Wife in Into the Woods. Enjoy the show!
Jameson Mackey (11) (Jules/Alex)
Jameson adores the chance to play a part in such an organic and marvelous musical! The core beauty of art lies the emotional and humanizing aspect of its creation. The further away a piece is from a need for validation, the closer it approaches true artistry as well as true capture of emotion. On the same vein, the closer art veers towards thoughtless, apathetic creation, the further it drifts from its purpose. Art is to be cried for, fought for, and thought for. A beauty of art is that it can be cried over, fought over, and thought over. Artificial intelligence massacres the meaning of art; only human creation is art. Learning to make art is the key to understanding art.
Eastyn Glover (10) (Yvonne/Naomi Elsen)
Eastyn is honored to play a part in this extraordinary musical. She hopes this show becomes a lens for others, showcasing that beauty is not only on a surface level of “pretty” but something that emerges when we truly pay attention, changing how our eyes and hearts perceive the world. A line that has stuck with her, “Pretty isn’t beautiful. Pretty is what changes. What the eye arranges, is what is beautiful,” from the show’s song “Beautiful,” perfectly reflects this theme. She is endlessly grateful for the chance to bring this story to life, and for the incredible cast and director who have made this show feel like home. Every relationship, every moment on stage, and every brush stroke of the story have become a part of her OWN story.

She would like to say a huge thank you to all of the directors, cast, and crew who made this show happen!
Samuel Boczulak (10) (Soldier #1)
Sammy is SO SO hyped to be playing the incredibly complex, emotionally layered, historically groundbreaking role of Soldier #1 in Sunday in the Park with George! After years of intense preparation (standing very still and looking mildly serious), he is thrilled to finally step into this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to exist bravely in the background. Samuel would like to thank his castmates for tolerating him, the directors for believing in his ability to be Soldier #1 specifically, and the audience for recognizing true star power when they see it. Please hold your applause until the end, or honestly whenever you feel overwhelmed by his performance. Also one last thing, he'd like to thank Soldier #2 for being his best and ONLY friend during this production.
RJ Wills (12) (Louis)
Hello, and welcome to Louis' Bake Show! Today we are going to be making creampuffs! You start by heating 1 cup of water, ½ cup of butter, and a pinch of salt until it boils. Then you add 1 cup of flour all at once and stir until it forms a thick dough that pulls away from the pan. Take it off the heat and mix in 4 eggs one at a time, even though it looks weird at first, until it turns smooth and glossy. Scoop or pipe the dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F for about 20–25 minutes, and don’t open the oven. Once they’re golden and light, let them cool. Then fill them with whipped cream or pastry cream and you’re done!
Hank Bynum (12) (Mr./Bob Greenberg)
He is devastated not at this being his final Ravenwood Show, but rather his final bio. He has had bussels of fun writing these offhand tidbits over the years, and the thought of never again writing one is simply too much to bear. So, to remedy this problem, and to truly capture the wonderous years of his high-concept, outside the box writings, he has orchestrated a simple yet effective text for his final bio. An infinite loop. A bio that will never end. A heaven without borders. A world without sin, encased in arial font. Hank loved being a part of Raptor theater, but now he is a senior, and although he is happy to move on with this life, Hank is devastated......
Peyton Gilbert (10) (Mrs. )
