He would like to thank the cast and crew for their enthusiasm in tackling new work in an interesting way. While his request of students to think theatre, share stories, and create community has been answered with a resounding, ‘YES’ for the last 36 years, this trip to Wonderland has been a unique gift.

Madison Pienta
(she/her) Maddi, a senior, has been at MV for 4 years. Her first show was Chicago, where she played Hunyak. She was given the opportunity to assistant direct A Wrinkle in Time. In 12th Night, she loved her character, Maria, who is clever, sharp-tongued, and a little fruity. Maddi is back in action as Stage Manager for Alice By Heart, her last show. As someone who is quite reserved, Maddi is glad she made her way to the theatre program as it has allowed her to grow as a person and find a loving community. She is proud of everyone in the theatre community, and cannot wait to continue MV's legacy in college. Outside of theater, Maddi enjoys traveling, especially to NYC to see her favorite Broadway musicals. She loves to experience the hard work they do to put on the show and hopes that she can do the same.
