Director
Jenna Tamisiea Elser
Jenna is the Artistic Director of Glow Lyric Theatre, which is a vocal arts company producing opera and musical theatre in response to the political and social climate of South Carolina. She is also a freelance director throughout the Southeast, most recently at The Spoleto Festival, Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre, Goodly Frame Theatre, The Warehouse Theatre, Synchronicity Theatre, Northern Arizona University and Converse Opera Theatre. Jenna recently won the American Prize in Directing for her production of WEST SIDE STORY. She is also a recipient of the Robert Porterfield Directing Award, a finalist for the Drama League New Musicals Fellowship, a Suzi Bass Award nominee and was chosen for the 2021 Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers Observership Program. She holds an MFA in Directing from Florida State University.

David Sebren
David is excited and humbled to have been asked to serve as GFT's Artistic Director and looks forward to engaging with Greensboro audiences. He holds an MFA in Directing from The School of Theatre at Florida State and a BFA in Acting from UNCG Theatre. He has worked professionally as an actor, director, designer, and fight choreographer with companies from North Carolina to California. David currently serves on the faculty of Greensboro College Theatre Department and Wake Technical Community College and as Resident Fight Choreographer for Glow Lyric Theatre in Greenville, SC. Some of David’s past credits include directing MACBETH, FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, TARTUFFE, THE SERVANT OF TWO MASTERS, and THE CAT IN THE HAT; acting in WRIGHTS OF PASSAGE, FORTUNE, JACKIE AND ME, SPAMALOT, and HATFIELDS AND MCCOYS; and fight choreographing STINNEY, AIDA, CARMEN, FIDELIO, ROMEO ET JULIETTE, WEST SIDE STORY, and THE CRUCIBLE (opera). He worked for the NC Shakespeare Festival five times, with four of those being A CHRISTMAS CAROL productions. He will always be thankful to Pedro Silva for giving him his start in professional theatre and cherish the memory of playing Bob Cratchit to Pedro’s Scrooge in 2013. www.davidssebren.com

Meredith DiPaolo Stevens
​Meredith, previously assistant managing director of the North Carolina Shakespeare Festival and managing and producing artistic director of Shared Radiance Theatre, is the founder and Executive Manager of Goodly Frame Theatre in Greensboro. Meredith's extensive training in Shakespeare’s language and performance includes work at UNC Greensboro, Oxford University, Harvard University, the North Carolina Shakespeare Festival, Shakespeare Lives!, the American Shakespeare Center, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London.​ Her recent acting credits include Banquo in MACBETH (Studio 1), Philanthropist/Ghost of Christmas Past in A CHRISTMAS CAROL: PEDRO'S LEGACY (GFT), Venus in DIDO, QUEEN OF CARTHAGE (TSMGO), Sarah in THE MALONE FAMILY IN THE ENCHANTED FOREST (Clint Festa), Antonio in THE MERCHANT OF VENICE (TSMGO), Carol in SEASON'S SCREENINGS (Spring Theatre), Duchess of Gloucester in RICHARD II (TSMGO), Chancellor Whitemarsh in LOCK-IN (Spring Theatre), Ebenezer Scrooge in AN OLD SALEM CHRISTMAS CAROL (Little Theatre of Winston-Salem), Banquo in MACBETH (Andy Griffith Playhouse), Feste in TWELFTH NIGHT (Shared Radiance Theatre), and Titania/Hippolyta in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (Shared Radiance Theatre); recent directing credits include MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, AFFAIRS OF THE HEART, FINDING SHAKESPEARE, REBOOT, A SIMPLE JESTER, KING LEAR, ROMEO AND JULIET, MACBETH, HAMLET, and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM. Danielle Aikens
Danielle is a junior Stage Management major at Greensboro College. She is very excited to be returning to A CHRISTMAS CAROL for the 2nd year in a row as an assistant stage manager! She has been stage managing for over seven years and some notable shows include 33 VARIATIONS, 9 TO 5, IN THE RED AND BROWN WATER, and DETROIT '67. She can't wait to share Christmas Joy with the cast, crew, and everyone who comes to enjoy the show!

Keaton Brower
Keaton is a Winston-Salem-based theatre artist who grew up seeing NCShakes' A CHRISTMAS CAROL, performed in the 2009 production, and returned for GFT's 2021 revival as actor and marketing director. Credits: Triad Stage, New Repertory Theatre, the Boston Center for American Performance, the Cherokee Historical Association, NC Governor's School East, the Barn Dinner Theatre, and more. Keaton also served as a producer of the internationally screened short film NIGHT. Next: directing Triad Pride Acting Company's DEATHTRAP and Piedmont Players Theatre's JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH. Marshall Duggan
Marshall studies as a freshman at Greensboro College where he works towards a Bachelor of the Arts in Stage Management. He hails immediately from Gastonia where he attended Gaston Day School for high school but has always called Louisiana home.

Rob Eastman- Mullins
Rob Eastman-Mullins is a freelance scenographer and an Associate Professor of Design & Production at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Designing scenery, lighting, and costumes, his work has been seen at Syracuse Opera, Boston Playwrights’ Theatre, Florida Studio Theatre, New Theatre (Miami), Triad Stage, Festival Stage, NC Shakespeare Festival, Hapgood Theatre, and exhibited at the Prague Quadrennial and World Stage Design.

Christy Elkins
Dr. Christy Elkins is the wonder of Music Matters Studio, a private music studio. She is an adjunct faculty member and staff accompanist in the School of Theatre at UNCG. Christy has music directed shows throughout the Triad, including Triad Stage, Barn Dinner Theater, Community Theater of Greensboro, Weaver Academy, Greensboro Performance Arts, Theatre Guild of Rockingham County, and Triad Pride Acting Company. She was the music Director for the Regional Premiere of ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE with TGRC. Credit’s include: FOOTLOOSE (GPA), PETER AND THE STARCATCHER (UNCG), MEMPHIS (CTG), SISTER ACT (Weaver), ANNIE (TGRC), CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES (BDT), and IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE: A RADIO PLAY (Triad Stage). Christy recently closed BROADWAY OUR WAY, an original gender-flipped cabaret show with Triad Performing Arts. Her next project is to serve as the music and band director for ROCK OF AGES at UNCG. Christy earned a BM & MM in Music Education as well as her DMA in Choral Conducting from UNCG. She lives in Summerfield with her husband and three children. Christy is thrilled to be on this production team for Goodly Frame Theatre’s A CHRISTMAS CAROL.
