Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance time. Exchanges requested after this time cannot be accommodated. Tickets may only be exchanged once per order. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has begun or for missed performances due to late arrival, illness, weather, or personal scheduling conflicts. Exchanges are not guaranteed and may result in different seating locations than originally purchased. Any difference in ticket price must be paid at the time of exchange. No refunds or credits will be issued for price differences.

Late Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for our audience and performers, late seating will be held at the discretion of the Front of House staff. Once the performance has begun, latecomers may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break in the performance, such as a scene change, musical transition, or intermission. This policy is in place to minimize disruptions to the actors and fellow patrons. Late seating may be restricted to designated seats and may not be in the ticket holder’s originally purchased location. Patrons arriving after the performance has begun may not be seated until intermission and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for missed portions of the performance. We strongly encourage all patrons to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to curtain time to allow for seating and to enjoy the full theatrical experience.
