Puffs or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic Cast

Alex loves theater and choir and hopes you enjoy his last performance.

Jenna Alqutbi, playing Xavia Jones, Mr. Bagman, a toilet seat cover, and the understudy for Megan Jones, is a sophomore in the CG Theatre Department. She is very excited to (hopefully) make you laugh on stage. This is Jenna's third time participating in a theatre production in CG, as she was seen in Carrie: the musical, and One-Acts. She hopes to pursue musical theatre in the future, and she hopes you enjoy the show!

Spencer Anderson is a senior at Center Grove High School and is playing the Second Headmaster and Real Mr. Moody in this production of Puffs. He has been participating in theater for as long as he can remember, and he is so grateful to have gone on this journey with his wonderful friends. He has helped with crew and acted his heart out as much as he could, and he hopes you enjoy the show!

Senior (grade, not title) Liliana Benchino is playing the roles of Frenchy and Sal in this year’s spring play, Puffs. Past CGHS theatre productions she has been a part of include Bye Bye Birdie, Carrie, and the 2025 One-Acts. This is her first play, and she is so excited to have such a wonderful cast surrounding her. At any point during rehearsal, you can look over and find tears rolling down her face (she’s a laugh-crier). Thank you to everyone who has kindly ruined the mascara she always forgets to put on. Korie Bird is a sophomore. She is excited to be part of this production. This is her first show here at center grove and loves the journey. She loves being involved in all aspects of the performing arts especially acting. Whether it’s comedy, drama, or music, they are happiest when performing for others. She hopes you enjoy the show.

Logan Corbin is a senior and is playing as Goyle and a fat friar. Apart from theater, he has played football and wrestled… even if he rode the bench for most of the time. Even though this was his first ever show, he was the graphic designer for both Carrie and Puffs. He loved working on Puffs and is very excited for you all to see! Thank you!

Ariana, a sophmore, is playing the first headmaster, professor sprouty, and myrtle. Her participation during school includes being apart of the pre-production, and front of house crew for carrie, also being apart of the running crew in the one-acts. She love acting and wants to be apart of theater as much as ppossible. And hope you enjoy the show!

Tredon Foster found his passion for theatre when a mysterious stranger, like Prometheus of eras, granted him the knowledge of RYOBI power tools, he’s has worked crew for the past 7 productions and is excited to continue working, but this time, in cast.

Paige Gordon is a senior here at CGHS and is playing the role of Leanne! She is the threats department’s scott rep, shed a costume manager for choir, and an officer for Best Buddies! This is her 12th show in the CG schools! She is planning to be a Theatre Teacher and attend Ball State University next year! She hopes you enjoy the show and get some good laughs!

Kendall plays J. Finch in the Puffs play. Kendall is excited for everyone to see the play and is happy for everyone’s hard work in the show!

Saylor Hawkins is a Junior here at Center Grove. She has been in theater since freshman year and loves it! Outside of theater, she spends her time involved in SUSO choir. She is so excited to bring Puffs to the stage and hopes you enjoy!

Owen describes himself as noble, brave, and caring. He’s passionate about music, especially songwriting, which helps him express his thoughts and emotions. He also enjoys storytelling and acting, playing Ric Gryff and Hermeeones 2 in the play. Owen values combat training for the discipline and confidence it builds and hopes to become a musician who connects with others through his music.

Alyanna Krudy is a junior here at CGHS and will be playing Megan jones for the main cast of puffs and first headmaster in the understudy cast. This is her second year in the theatre department here. In her limited spare time she enjoys show choir, shes a member of center grove’s Surrond Sound. She loves to spend time with friends, baking, and sleeping. She’s so excited for you to see all the hard work this whole cast has put into this show!

Casey Kuzel is a Senior at Center Grove High School and is thrilled to be a part of her final Spring Production of Puffs! Previous performance and technical credits include: One Acts 2023, This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing, Bye Bye Birdie, One Acts 2024, Radium Girls, Carrie: The Musical, and One Acts 2025. Outside of the theatre department, Casey is a member of Surround Sound show choir. She would like to thank her friends and family for their encouragement and support. Enjoy the show!

This is Landon Neitz. Landon is a very creative and expressive individual. He loves all things related to music, and loves to perform and showcase his and others works of art! Some activities he enjoys participating in are ShowChoir, Theater, Sketching/Drawing, Playing Guitar, and most physical crafts! He hopes he can inspire others with his pieces just like he was when he was younger.

Kylie is a junior at CGHS and is playing the role of Myrtle and Professor Sprouty in Puffs. She also plays Wayne (Winnie) in the understudy show. Kylie fell in love with theatre in her 7th grade year and has been doing it ever since. This will be her 8th theatre production and she hopes to major in acting or children’s psychology & therapy at Ball State or NYU. Kylie did competitive gymnastics for 12 years and is now in the varsity show choir: Sound System. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, spending time with friends and family, and singing. Kylie would like to thank her mom, Summer, and her dad, Chad: “Thank you for always supporting me in everything I do no matter how expensive I am. I truly couldn’t be more grateful to call you my parents.” Kylie has enjoyed working on the production Puffs and she hopes you enjoy it as much as she has!

Ethan is a Junior performing as A Certain Potions Teacher, Professor Locky, and a Death Buddy. This is his third show with the CGHS Theater Department, previously appearing in the ensemble for Carrie and Harrison Bergeron for Harrison Bergeron. Outside of theater, Ethan is a part of CG Surround Sound. He hopes you enjoy the show and join the dueling club!

Olivia is a senior and is thrilled to be playing Professor McG and Ms. Babble in Puffs! This will be her third production with CG’s Theatre Department. She is also involved with the varsity show choir Debtones and has performed with Creative Grounds Fine Arts Academy. She would like to thank Ms. Torrey for being such a positive role model and the rest of her castmates for giving her support and friendship. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Avery Roedeske plays the Ghost History Teacher and Bippy. Often spotted around Greenwood, Indiana, he hasn’t had much theatre experience at CGHS yet. He enjoys collecting plush toys from popular media like Hatsune Miku, Pokémon, and video games, and hopes to become a voice actor someday—hence the strange voices he uses in the show. If approached in conversation, he may panic and awkwardly try to escape.

Charlie Rolfsen is only one year into theatre and he absolutely loves it. He is fascinated with movies and one day wants to be on the big screen. He loves to study the performances from the greats such as Jake Gyllenhaal or Christian Bale and he too is in pursuit for greatness. In this performance he takes on the role of Cedric Diggory, a leader and friend to the Puffs. Cedric is a friend to all and although he may be self centered or cocky at times, at the end of the day, he will always be a Puff.

Sawyer Rosenfeld is a 9th grader at CGHS playing Blondo Malfoy and understudying Cedric in this year’s show titled “Puffs”. Outside of theatre, Sawyer is in show choir and known for his many works on solos, playing guitar, and being a positive person. Sawyer is thrilled to play in this years play and continue theatre for the rest of his high school career.

Gabby Sallee is a Freshman here at Center Grove. This is her first big show here but she was currently in the One acts in December as a ballerina. She is playing an adtional student and death buddy and for the understudy show Blondo Malfoy, Helga, and Hermoeone 3. She loves acting, singing, and dancing, which she currently takes a few competitive hip hop classes at The Dance Refinery. She has a great love for animals and will be volunteering this summer at the Indianapolis Zoo. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Maria Schenk has been involved in theatre for six or seven years—wait. How many years? Since preschool?? Wow. Maria has been deeply involved in the theatre for the past four years; acting, directing, and prop making. She’s going to college. Probably for theatre. But this story isn’t about her. So sit back, go ahead and laugh, and enjoy the show!

Ella is a freshman doing her first play this year as an additional character and an understudy for the role Xavia. She’s been in ‘Frozen’ the musical as Anna and ‘Mean Girls’ as ensemble. She is in CenterGroves ‘Counterpoints’. She loves singing, painting, dancing, and anything creative. She enjoys performing and innovation and hopes you all enjoy the show as much as you enjoy hot chocolate during winter!

Mason Smith is a sophomore and currently plays Oliver in "Puffs." He has been involved in music his whole life, but has recently found a passion in theatre from the now 6 high school shows he's done under his wonderful director, Skylar Torrey. Outside of theatre, he also finds time to balance his other interests such as medicine and friendship, and he hopes you enjoy the show!

Savannah Staggs, a freshman, is playing Ginny, Hermione 1, and Susie U.S. Savannah also participates in accents. She really enjoys dancing, singing, and performing and plans to continue in the future. She hopes you adore puffs as much she does!

Mary Sung, a 9th grader, is playing Hannah in the production of Puffs. She enjoys acting, music, films, and being involved in the arts. Mary has a passion for performing and loves bringing characters to life on stage. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Sawyer Swain is thrillled to be in such a magical show. Sawyer is in Sound System and CG Singers. His house is Slytherin and his patronus is a squirrel. His favorite coffee is caramel macchiato.

Kierston is a senior at Center Grove High School and she plays Sally Perks in Puffs! She has been doing theatre ever since she can remember. She has played roles such as Pinnochio in Shrek the Musical, Jemima in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Liz in the one act: Timorem Voca, Carrie in Carrie the Musical, and more. She loves being outside, spending time with her friends, singing, and (attempting) dancing! She’s so excited to be a part of Puffs and hopes you enjoy the show! Mihret, a junior, is an additional Smart student. This is her first production at Center Grove High School. She’s participated in theater classes and camps before this. Mihret is also involved in Best Buddies and Riley Club at CGHS. She loves her dance and music classes outside of school. She has loved meeting new people during this production, and hopes you have fun watching the show.

Natalie, a freshman, is thrilled to be participating in Puffs as Harry! She has most recently been a part of the Student Directed One Acts as Jamie in Timorem Voca, but has participated in theater for as long as she can remember. She’s played roles such as Morticia in the Addams Family and Maleficent in Descendants and is also a member of the Center Grove Accents. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Kelsey Williams, senior, is thrilled to be playing the roles of Susie Bones, understudy: Ginny/Hermeoone in this year’s production of Puffs. She is actively involved in Center Grove's show choirs, Sound System and CG Singers. She absolutely loves performing on stage and will be continuing to pursue theatre in college. She is very grateful for all her friends and family who support her in every way possible. Now get ready for a hysterical, fun time. It’s Third or Nothing!!!

T-t-t-trolll! In the dungeon! Elijah Wright is a junior and is playing the role of Professor Turban, as well as Oliver in the understudy show. Elijah was thrilled got be a part of this show, as this is his first play in high school. Elijah enjoys theater, but also participates in choir in the Junior Varisty Choir SuSo. Elijah also plans to direct a 10 minute play next year to help develop his playwriting and directing skills. Elijah is so excited that you came and hopes that you enjoy the show!
