Center Grove High School Theatre Department
Welcome to the Center Grove High School Theatre Department — a place where students find their voice, take creative risks, and build something bigger than themselves.
Under the direction of Skylar Torrey and with technical direction by Greg Cox, our program produces five shows each year: our Fall Musical, Student-Directed One Acts, a One Act Competition show (new next year), a full-scale Spring Play, and our Senior Show (new this year), which highlights the leadership and talent of our graduating class.
Whether students love performing under the lights or working behind the scenes, there’s a place for everyone here. We offer a wide range of classes including Improv and Sketch Comedy, Theatre Arts, Advanced Theatre Arts, Technical Theatre, Advanced Technical Theatre, and Advanced Acting — giving students the opportunity to grow as artists, collaborators, and confident communicators.
At CGHS Theatre, we’re more than productions and performances. We’re a community that supports each other, works hard, laughs often, and creates unforgettable experiences together.
