Be Here Now Production Team

Director
Nancy WrightNancy Wright (Director) fell in love with theatre as a child and has been making plays ever since. A former member of Actors Equity Association, she spent a decade touring professionally before becoming a teacher and writer committed to local theatre. Recent roles include Sister Aloysius (Doubt, Village Players) and Tess (Marjorie Prime, BSP). Recent directing projects include Tiny Beautiful Things (ACT), Now and Then (Village Players), and David MacGregor’s Sherlock Holmes trilogy (Toledo Rep). Writing under her nickname Nina, she’s a professionally produced playwright and a traditionally published novelist. Her script Mimi's Famous Company was the first winner of BSP’s Telling Stories competition. She is profoundly grateful to her entire production team starting with Heath Diehl, Fran Martone, and Debbie Marinik, as well as her amazing cast. Theatre is magic made of infinite collaborations, and this particular conjuring has been a cosmic gift. Thanks, also, to her husband Rex Decker; he knows all the reasons why.

Assistant Director
Beth ParkerBeth is extremely grateful for this opportunity to learn about directing with the Be Here Now production team. Previously, she has been seen on stage with Black Swamp Players, The Village Players, Grand Rapids Historical Society, Waterville Playshop, and Perrysburg Musical Theatre. When not hanging around the theater, Beth can be found walking her husky together with her husband, solving crossword puzzles, and working for a library support organization.

Stage Manager
Debbie MarinikDebbie Marinik decided to take her Stage Management chops on the road and she is very excited that she ended up in Bowling Green at the Black Swamp Players. (what a great theatre you have here!)
Debbie has been involved in theatre since she was 8 and hopes to continue for many years to come.
When not working at the various theatres in our area, Debbie can be found in New Jersey hanging out with her family, including her 2 wonderful grandsons.
And now, sit back and enjoy Be Here Now!
