Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

Refund Policy for Ticket Purchases: All sales are final. Except in the case of a canceled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS. Single Ticket Exchanges may be made for the same production with at least 24-hours advance notice to the box office. Fees apply. No exchanges can be made from one production to another. If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 24 hours before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name. Refund for Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of a show cancellation by Main St 56 Theater due to inclement weather, we will exchange your tickets for another performance. If you are unable to attend one of the remaining shows, a refund of your tickets is an available option, but we ask that you consider supporting Main St 56 Theater by either choosing a different show or by making a contribution to the theater in the amount of your tickets. If neither of those options is acceptable, we will be happy to refund your tickets. If You Have a Scheduling Conflict Tickets: You may exchange your tickets to attend on a different day, up until 48 hours before your performance date.
