True Colors Project (TCP) is a social enterprise that is dedicated to developing highly innovative and influential creative works, fostering artistic dialogue with widely diverse audiences on social, political, and human issues. Our mission is to produce LGBTQIAGNC+ themed performances and content through theater, digital content, film, and live events that are designed to entertain, educate, and empower audiences with practical expressions of love and empathy. TCP strives to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive arts scene for all storytellers by eliminating barriers to participation related to age, race, gender, social class, sexual-orientation, identity, disability, nationality, and religion. TCP cultivated the Excel Pride Awards to pay homage to business leaders, artists, and advocates who were champions of social justice in the LGBTQIAGNC+ community. Since 2015 TCP has been the founder and host of My True Colors Festival: Fighting For Social Justice and Cultural Diversity Through The Arts, a multidisciplinary arts event.
