Disney's High School Musical On Stage! Cast

Tycen Smith is a 12th grader with a 4.8 GPA and a member of the ZHS Soccer Team, Church Youth Choir, Bronco Beat, Beta Club, and Talented Theatre Program. He has previously performed in Footloose, Into the Woods, and Seussical Jr. Tycen earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and LMEA All-State Honor Choir, is a National Qualifier for Beta, and has received numerous Superior ratings at Texas Thespians. He plans to major in Music with a minor in Psychology in pursuit of a degree in Music Therapy. Tycen would like to thank his family for supporting everything he does and always making sure he’s where he needs to be, and his friends for being there for him and always hanging out. He most admires his mom for always putting others first and showing genuine love.

Grace Noel is an 11th grader and a proud member of Bronco Beat and the Talented Theatre Program at ZHS. She has previously performed in Into the Woods as Little Red, Matilda as Matilda, and The Little Mermaid Jr. as Ariel. Grace earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and the LMEA All-State Honor Choir. She would like to thank her cast mates, directors, family, and friends for their continuous love and support.

Amelia Dupré is a 12th grader and a member of the ZHS Talented Theatre Program, Beta Club, and Bronco Beat. She has previously performed in The Wizard of Oz as Dorothy, Matilda as Ms. Honey, and Into the Woods as Baker’s Wife. Amelia serves as ZHS Choir Dance Captain and earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and LMEA All-State Honor Choir. She plans to attend LSU and major in Music Education. Amelia would like to thank her parents for always rooting for her

Donovan Clark is a 9th grader and a member of ZHS FBLA, Bronco Beat, and Talented Theatre. He has previously performed as Willard Hewitt in Footloose, Davey in Newsies Jr., and Grasshopper in James and the Giant Peach. Donovan earned a spot in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and plans to attend college to major in Musical Theatre and minor in Business, with hopes of moving to New York City to work on Broadway. He would like to thank God, his family and friends, and the ZHS Theatre Department, and he most admires his grandparents for their hard work and special role in his life.

Xavier Haynes is a 9th grader with a 4.57 GPA and a member of the ZHS Gospel Choir. He earned a spot in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir as the #1 Tenor 2 in the district and also in the LMEA All-State Honor Choir. Xavier has previously performed in James and the Giant Peach, Footloose, and Newsies Jr. He plans to attend college and major in Nursing or Music. Xavier would like to thank God, his friends, and his parents, whom he admires most.

Alana Mose is a 12th grader with a 4.6 GPA and a member of the ZHS Interact Club, NHS, Beta Club, Student Advisory Board, and Talented Theatre Program. She has previously performed in Matilda, The Wizard of Oz, and Into the Woods. Alana serves as ZHS Choir Public Relations Officer and earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and LMEA All-State Honor Choir. She plans to study to become a veterinarian. Alana would like to thank her family and friends for their support and most admires her brother.

Camden DeVaux is a 12th grader with a 4.1 GPA and a member of the ZHS Choir. He participates in dance classes and community theatre. Camden has previously performed as Horton in Seussical Jr., The Narrator in Into the Woods, and Mr. Green in Clue. He earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and LMEA All-State Honor Choir. Camden plans to attend college to major in Musical Theatre and continue performing improv. He would like to thank his parents, whom he admires most, for their support.

Gracie Dalferes is a 12th grader with a 4.0 GPA and is honored to be part of this production. She is a member of the ZHS Choir, National Honor Society, Beta Club, and the Talented Theatre Program. Her previous roles include Cinderella’s Mother in Into the Woods, Caroline in I and You, and ensemble in The Wizard of Oz. Gracie serves as ZHS Choir President and Talented Theatre Captain and is an AP Scholar. She earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and the LMEA All-State Honor Choir, ranking as the #1 Soprano 2 in the state of Louisiana. After high school, Gracie plans to major in child and adolescent psychology and may pursue a career in early childhood education. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her and showing up to everything she does, and she most admires her mom for being the most determined and dedicated person she knows.

Donny Parker is a 12th grader and a member of the ZHS Gospel Choir and Bronco Beat. He previously performed as Rapunzel’s Prince in Into the Woods at Zachary High. Donny earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and LMEA All-State Honor Choir. He plans to earn money and be successful after high school. Donny would like to thank his mom and aunt for always believing in him and supporting him.

Lucy Cox is an 11th grader with a 4.3 GPA who is excited to be part of this production. She is a member of First Baptist Church Zachary and Bronco Beat at ZHS. Lucy has previously performed in Matilda, Into the Woods, and The Little Mermaid Jr. She earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and the LMEA All-State Honor Choir. After high school, Lucy plans to attend LSU and study to become a registered dietician. She would like to thank her friends and family for their unconditional support and most admires her mom.

Donalia Grimes is a 12th grader with a 4.0 GPA and a member of ZHS NHS Club, Key Club, and the Interact of Greater Baton Rouge Organization. She has previously performed in Shrek Jr., Radium Girls, and Twelfth Night, and earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and LMEA All-State Honor Choir. Donalia plans to attend college to obtain a degree in Kinesiology. She would like to thank her parents, sister, and friends for helping her find her way back to theatre, and she most admires her mom for being such a hard worker.

Aubri Scott is a 12th grader with a 4.2 GPA and a member of the ZHS Beta Club, NHS, Bronco Beat, and Gospel Choir. She has previously performed in The Wizard of Oz and serves as ZHS Choir Dance Captain. Aubri earned spots in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir and the LMEA All-State Honor Choir. She plans to attend Southeastern University and major in Nursing. Aubri would like to thank all of her teachers (especially her theatre teachers), parents, and best friends for their support throughout the year, and she most admires her mom for being strong and helping her through everything in her final year of high school.

Noah Sutton is a 12th grader with a 4.2 GPA and a member of the ZHS Talented Theatre Program and Beta Club. He currently performs with Playmakers of Baton Rouge and has previously performed in Clue, The Play That Goes Wrong, and Footloose Jr. Noah serves as ZHS Choir Historian and Talented Theatre Captain and has won 1st place in Poetry for two consecutive years at the State Poetry Festival. He plans to study to become a dental hygienist. Noah would like to thank his family and friends for their unwavering support, and he most admires his mom for her dedication and for always being there for him.

Ryan Gathe is an 11th grader and a member of the ZHS Beta Club. He has previously performed in Frozen Jr. and Into the Woods. After high school, Ryan plans to either author books or write scripts for film and television. He would like to thank his family for their support in his pursuit of musical theatre and most admires his brother and cousins for being great role models.

Da’Marion Wilson is a 10th grader who is excited to be part of this production! His past roles include Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid Jr., Jack in Into the Woods, and Scar in The Lion King Jr. Da'Marion is also a proud member of the ZHS Gospel Choir. After high school, Da’Marion hopes to become either a Broadway star or a CEO. He would like to thank his mother and father for standing by him through thick and thin and for supporting him financially as he chases his dreams. He also greatly admires Ms. Fountain for helping strengthen his singing abilities.

Bryce Butler is a 10th grader and a member of the ZHS Beta Club. He has previously performed in The Little Mermaid Jr., Clue On Stage, and Into the Woods. Bryce plans to pursue a career as a professional actor and director. He would like to thank his family for always supporting him and most admires his sister, who inspired him to get involved in theatre.

Tayelon Beard is a 9th grader and a member of the ZHS Gospel Choir and Talented Theatre Program. He is also involved with the ZHS Student Advisory Board, student council, community theatre and Jack & Jill Inc. He was previously a member of the CSPAA Musical Theatre Dance Company. Tayelon has previously performed in Newsies Jr. as Crutchie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as Grandpa George, and The Lightning Thief: Percy Jackson Musical as an ensemble member. He currently serves as Freshmen Class Historian, earned a spot in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir for the past four years, and earned a spot in the National Honor Choir. Tayelon has been awarded the Thespian of the Future Award and earned a perfect score for Solo Musical at Texas Thespians. He plans to become an attorney while continuing to act. Tayelon would like to thank Ms. Feierabend, Ms. Fountain, Ms. McGill, Ms. Washington, and Ms. Williamson for their support, and he most admires his parents, brother, and grandfather for their leadership, encouragement, and support.

Leigh Wilks is a 10th grader and a member of Bronco Beat. She has previously performed as Ariel in The Little Mermaid Jr. and Rapunzel in Into the Woods. Leigh has earned a spot in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir for the past five years and the LMEA All-State Honor Choir for the past three years. She plans to become a music teacher or pursue a career in a field related to music. Leigh would like to thank her friends and family for their support and most admires Zendaya for her versatility and talent.

Riley Cash is a 10th grader with a 4.7 GPA who is thrilled to be part of this production. She is a member of the ZHS Varsity Cheer Squad, Student Council, and Beta Club, and currently serves as Sophomore Student Council President. Riley has previously performed in Into the Woods, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Mort. After high school, she plans to attend an out-of-state college to study political science and hopes to become either a lawyer or political journalist. She would like to thank her parents and Jesus Christ for their guidance, and she most admires her mom for being a strong, capable, and kind woman.

Jasmine Davis is a 9th grader and the leader of the praise team at her church. She is also a member of the ZHS Soccer team and previously performed in Newsies Jr. Jasmine hopes to become a Broadway performer or a famous actress. She would like to thank God and her parents, whom she admires most.

Braelynn White is a 10th grader and a member of the ZHS Gospel Choir and Beta Club. She has previously performed as The Witch in Into the Woods, in The Little Mermaid Jr., and in numerous NMS and ZHS choir concerts. Braelynn plans to attend college and major in Business or Musical Theatre. She would like to thank God and her family for their support.

Sarah Fannin, affectionately known as "Slayrah," is a 9th grader excited to be part of this production. She is the Youth Group Worship Leader at First Baptist Church and runs her own business as a vendor at the Zachary Farmers Market. Sarah is a member of ZHS FBLA, Thespians, and the choir program. She previously performed in Newsies Jr. and earned a spot in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir. After high school, she plans to attend college to study business. Sarah would like to thank her family, especially her mom, and she most admires her mom and granny.

Brooklyn Gaines is a 9th grader who is excited to be part of this production! She loves to dance and sing and is a member of her church’s worship team. Brooklyn previously performed in Newsies Jr. and is grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in theatre. She would like to thank God, her parents, and her theatre teachers for their constant support. Brooklyn most admires her brother, who continues to inspire her every day.

Camille Partin is a 9th grader with a 4.5 GPA who is excited to be part of this production. She enjoys playing the guitar and piano and loves going to church. Camille is a member of the ZHS debate team and mock trial team and previously performed in Newsies Jr. She was named Best Sight Reader in Choir at NMS. After high school, Camille hopes to become a forensic psychologist. She would like to thank her friends and family for their love and support.

Kaitlyn Nixon is a 9th grader who is excited to be part of this production. She is a ZHS cheerleader and a member of the FCA club, and has performed in numerous choir concerts at NMS and ZHS. Kaitlyn hopes to improve her acting skills and become more familiar with musical theatre. She would like to thank God, her parents, and her amazing directors for their support, and she most admires Grace Noel.

Karsyn Hughes is a 9th grader with a 4.5 GPA who is excited to be part of this production. She dances at Molly Meyers Dance Studio and sings on the praise team at her church. Karsyn is a member of FCA at ZHS and has previously performed in Newsies Jr., as well as in numerous choir concerts and Texas Thespians. After high school, she plans to attend cosmetology school, become a hairdresser, and open her own hair salon. She would like to thank God, her parents, family, friends, and her directors for their continued love and support.

Ila Best is a 10th grader with a 4.6 GPA who is excited to be part of this production. She has been dancing at Molly Meyers Dance Studio for 13 years, including 4 years of competitive dance. Ila serves as Class Secretary at ZHS and is involved in Bronco Beat, Beta Club, Key Club, and HOSA. She also earned a spot in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir. Ila plans to become a pediatric oncologist and would like to thank her parents for their unconditional love and support. She most admires her grandmother, Susu.

Erynn Williams is an 11th grader with a 3.6 GPA and a member of the ZHS Varsity Cheer Squad. She has previously performed in Into the Woods as Cinderella, as well as in The Little Mermaid Jr. and Matilda. Erynn plans to attend LSU and study to become a pediatric neurologist. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support.

Kamille Montgomery is a 9th grader and a member of the FCA Club and Women’s Intermediate Choir at ZHS. She previously performed in Newsies Jr. Kamille plans to attend LSU and major in pre-law. She would like to thank her dad for always pushing her to be the best person she can be, and she most admires her mom for her courage and bravery.

Riley Melancon is a 10th grader who has previously performed in The Little Mermaid Jr., Beetlejuice Jr., and Into the Woods. She earned a spot in the LMEA District IV Honor Choir in middle school and was a member of the ACDA All-State Honor Choir from 7th–9th grade. Riley plans to attend college after high school. She would like to thank her mom for always supporting her and most admires Bryce Butler for his kindness and for inspiring her to be a better person.
