Jacque Davidson (he/him) (Freddy)
Jacque is excited to be returning to Whim (Swimming in the Shallows, 2019) and working with such an incredible group of people! This is a show he has personally seen grow over the years and he is happy that the audience will finally get to see it put on it's feet! He was recently seen in Padgett Productions' π˜™π˜°π˜€π˜¬ 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘨𝘦𝘴 and Faust's 𝘎𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘲𝘢𝘦𝘭 during Fringe this summer! He would like to thank his family and friends for their continued support. Luke Knopke (he/him) (Nick)
Luke studied Film and Media Studies at DePaul University. Finally returning back home, he is excited to get back into the Kansas City theatre scene. He’s worked at The White Theatre, Olathe Civic Theatre, locally, and many productions and projects in the Chicago area. He also coaches competitive speech and drama at Shawnee Mission East. Catch Luke this November in OCTA’s production of 𝘞𝘦 𝘈𝘳𝘦 π˜‰π˜­π˜°π˜°π˜₯ by Ryan Bernsten. He wants to give a big thank you to everyone he’s collaborated with in this production. Terrace Wyatt, Jr. (he/him) (Dwayne)
Terrace Wyatt, Jr. is excited to make his debut at Whim Productions. Graduated at William Jewell College with a BFA in Theatre and has been booked and blessed in the theatre world. Credits include: Is God Is (KC Melting Pot Theatre); Dreamgirls (New Theatre & Restaurant); Peter Pan & Wendy (KCRep.); A Raisin in the Sun (The Black Repertory Theatre of Kansas City); Smart People (Kansas City Actors Theatre); A Charlie Brown Christmas (The Coterie Theatre); Toni Stone (The Unicorn Theatre); Titanic: The Musical (Music Theatre Heritage); Something Rotten! (The White Theatre at the J), and many more. Terrace recently made his professional debut as a playwright, producer, and director with Theatre Community Fund of Kansas City’s 2nd Annual Crescendo Awards Festival of his play Black Man, MO [Missouri] at The Arts Asylum. Catch Terrace in the upcoming production Grapes of Wrath at The Arts Asylum from Nov. 10th-19th. THANK YOU for coming and supporting the arts, new work, and admiring the world of theater! Diana Watts (she/her) (Laura)
Diana Watts' past Whim Productions appearances include "Playing on the Periphery," "Marriage Play," and "Lesbians Definitely Not Lost in Space." Diana's a copywriter living in the River Market with Stevie Nicks (the dog), Baby Ed (the snake), and too many plants.
