Pets In Quarantine Cast

Berlinda Pierre Louis, a sophomore plays the role of news reporter Paige Turner in this year's virtual production of Pets in Quarantine. Although she was a part of Dreamgirls last year, this is her first time being able to perform. She is very excited for everyone to see the final outcome and hopes that everyone will enjoy it.

Alani Manbahal is a 9th grader at Westbury High School. Alani loves being involved with the performing arts. She has acted in plays such as The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Aladdin, and Frozen. Her favorite things to do are dance, swim, and play outside.

Cindy Bonilla is a junior at Westbury High School. She has been in her middle school productions of “The Little Mermaid” and “Alice in Wonderland”. She always saw acting as something very interesting. She would love to be in a comedy sketch troupe. One of her favorite actresses is Aubrey Plaza, who is also a comedian and producer.

Justin is a Senior at Westbury High School. He played Chad in WHS 2019 performance of High School Musical 2 and was cast as C.C. White in Dreamgirls before the shutdown. Justin hopes to have a career in acting and is extremely happy to have this opportunity to add a play to his repertoire. He hopes everyone enjoys watching and seeing him portray his character.

Leah Tunnell (Annabelle) is excited to be performing Pets In Quarantine for the first time at Westbury High School! In the past, she has performed in Plays at the Middle School. Her favorite was The Little Mermaid where she played as Flotsam, a secondary antagonist. Leah also plays the cello and sings alto in Choir. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her family or friends and enjoys video games. She would like to thank her friends for inspiring her to start acting, and her family for helping her find what she enjoys doing today.

Kimberly is a ninth grader at Westbury High School. Pets in Quarantine is her first production as a part of the Westbury High School Theater Department. In her spare time Kimberly likes to follow fashion trends and read romance novels. Kimberly is excited to bring the character of Nefertiti to life and credits her Musical Theater teacher for supporting her during this process.

Shakira Hardy is a Freshman at Westbury High school. She has acted in Aladdin in her 5th grade Elementary school play, The Little Mermaid Jr. in 6th grade, Aladdin again in 7th grade, and Frozen in 8th grade. Her friends motivated and encouraged her to act in her school musicals, even when she was unsure about joining. However, once Shakira is committed to a goal, she has a strong will to always do her best, whether academically or musically.
