Refund/Exchange Policy
Tuition Policy – A full refund, minus any credit card processing fees, will be granted if the WRP Board is notified in writing at least 30 days prior to the class start date. Refunds minus a $25 registration fee will be granted if the WRP Board is notified in writing after the 30-day deadline but prior to the class start date. No refunds will be granted after the class start date. Withdrawals due to medical emergencies or relocation will be addressed by the WRP Board on an individual basis.
For students entering 3rd through 8th Grades. Two Weeks: July 6-16: 9:00am-4:00pm, July 17: 9:00am-6:00pm with a Showcase Performance at 6:00 PM
