Front of House Lead/Marketing Lead
Brie CarlsonBrie Carlson serves Wedgwood Arts in front-of-house operations and marketing, helping create a welcoming audience experience while expanding awareness of the organization’s growing programs. She previously appeared in Wedgwood Arts’ production of The Importance of Being Earnest and will direct the upcoming holiday production of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Active in both neighborhood and school leadership, Brie brings a deep commitment to community service, hospitality, and the arts to every project.

Hospitality Lead
Adrienne FrameAdrienne Frame is the Hospitality Lead for Wedgwood Arts, directing all audience-facing food and beverage operations including receptions, concessions, and special event hospitality. She combines logistical precision with a warm sense of welcome, helping transform performances into full community experiences.
Her leadership ensures patrons enjoy not only excellent art, but also the fellowship and hospitality that make Wedgwood Arts unique.

Fundraising Lead
Kedron WoodworthKedron Woodworth serves as Fundraising Lead for Wedgwood Arts, helping build the financial support and community partnerships that sustain the organization’s growing artistic mission. He brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to donor engagement, sponsorship development, and long-term organizational growth.
An educator at Hughes Middle School, Kedron is deeply committed to serving students and families through his daily work in education. He also recently earned his Master of Divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary, reflecting his dedication to leadership, service, and community impact.
His combination of educational experience, pastoral formation, and personal integrity makes him a valuable leader in helping Wedgwood Arts thrive.

Steering Committee Member
Mary NeddeMary Nedde serves on the Steering Committee of Wedgwood Arts, bringing extensive experience in administration, volunteer leadership, and community service. A longtime member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, she supports worship life through music ministry and coordinates printed programs for church services.
Mary is also a dedicated volunteer at Bass Performance Hall, where she contributes to patron hospitality and audience experience at one of the region’s premier performing arts venues. Her background in research, organization, and service makes her a valued advisor as Wedgwood Arts continues to grow.
