Rachel Williams (Mrs. Manningham)Rachel Williams has been performing with the WLAC since 2011. She loves the WLAC and how the community here fosters growth not only professionally, but personally. Each production’s cast and crew truly becomes a family, sharing both laughs and tears. “I want to thank the cast and crew for their constant support, patience, and encouragement! This show has brought me out of my comfort zone in the best way!”
