Refund/Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy: If you are running a fever or feel sick in any way, we ask that you please stay home for the safety of everybody else. If something comes up and you cannot attend we can do one of three things: 1. tickets may be exchanged for an alternate performance, provided tickets for that show are available, 2. transfer the tickets to someone else who can attend, or 3. convert your ticket purchase into a tax-deductible donation to support the work of the theatre. 24 hours notice requested for all exchanges, transfers and convert to donation. Please contact [email protected]. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to JANUARY 31, 2025.

Late Policy

LATE SEATING: Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager. This is an intimate venue in close proximity to actors, late seating will not be allowed if it interferes with the action.
