Sophia Gonzalez (Veli)
Hi! I'm Sophie Gonzalez, a 16-year-old actor who absolutely loves musical theatre. My journey on the stage began in 2021 when I enrolled in musical theatre classes and ever since then, I have blossomed into a well-rounded performer. I've gotten to perform in some amazing shows – Head Over Heels, The Spongebob Musical, Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, and Puffs. But theatre's not just about being in the spotlight. I also discovered a love for the behind-the-scenes magic. Stage managing How I Became a Pirate and Tomas and The Library Lady taught me the importance of keeping things running smoothly and making sure every show is a hit for the audience. Musical theatre is my passion, and I'm always learning and growing. Every rehearsal and performance is a chance to get better. There's so much to explore and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

Valeria Villa Turbay (Ensemble)
I am currently a Sophomore in college double majoring in Music and Theatre, as they have been my passion from a very young age. However, playing Nala in The Lion King is what truly made me fall in love with performing in Musical Theatre, and made me decide to pursue it as a career during and after college. That is because I loved having the opportunity to work alongside devoted people who shared my passion, in order to vividly enact personal stories. Thus, allowing others to resonate with them and feel the sense of community and empowerment performing makes me feel.
