Wes Chick
Wes has decades of experience in Screenwriting, Playwriting, and Acting. As a recipient of the Michener Fellowship in Writing, he studied with James A. Michener and other influential writers, including conversations with Robert Schenkkan on character development and story structure and a class with Maya Angelou. He has garnered the American College Theatre Festival\Kennedy Center award for Best New Script and was a finalist in the Chesterfield Film Writers competition.

Carl Randolph (he, him, his) earned his MA in Producing Film at American University and his MFA in Directing from the Catholic University of America. Carl has worked in many aspects of the theatre including producer, director, choreographer, actor, and FX Make Up Artist for 40 years. He is the founding Artistic Director for Transformation Theatre. Directing credits for Transformation Theatre: Proxima Centauri by David Whiteman, Madame Quixota’s Last Words by Malú Huacuja del Toro, Tender by David Preece, The Dragonflies by Kayla Hambek, Runtime Error by Elana Gartner, TRANSITION - The Christine Jorgensen Collection by Donald Steven Olson, Finding Fauci by Bob Bartlett, and The Mimosa War by Max Gill. Other Directing/Choreography credits include the premiere of All Save One by Greg Jones Ellis (Washington Stage Guild), assistant director for Jason Loewith for On The Town at Olney Theatre Center, A Chorus Line, My Fair Lady, Guys and Dolls, Terra Nova and the US premiere of Futureproof by Irish playwright Lynda Radley. Kyle A. Smith’s (they, she, he) dramaturgy work includes reading for New York Repertory Theatre, New York University Admissions, and freelance work with writers at all stages of their careers. They studied dramaturgy at NYU’s DDW with playwrights Kris Diaz, Eduardo Machado, and Carol Rocamora.
