Once on This Island Cast

Papa Ge. Tree of Life Design (Lareina Allred)
I'm a senior here at Dominion. This is my third year acting in Titan Theatre, but my first working in tech! It was so fun to bring the set and the character of Papa Ge to life, especially being around such a fun cast and crew. I'm so proud to have played my part, and I think this is the best production we've ever done. Enjoy the show!
Erzulie (Madhya Clinch)
I am so excited to be playing the role of Erzulie, the Goddess of Love, as a senior in this fantastic production. It’s been incredible to grow along with this program these past 4 years, and I am beyond grateful for the memories and friends I’ve made in my time here. This role has reminded me the importance of love and kindness, especially in times of trial, a lesson especially applicable to us all right now. Enjoy the show, and spread the love!
Agwe (Naomi Gorbach)
I have been in the drama department through my entire high school career, and this is my last major performance on the Titan Theater. Enjoy the show!
Armand/Daniel's Father (Aaron Haak)
I am a senior here at Dominion. I've been in theatre as long as I can remember, and this will be the last musical I will probably ever be a part. Thank you all for coming, we wouldn't have a show without audience members like you, and it's been a joy being a part of this program. If you want to send me fan mail and/or confess your undying love for me (either one is accepted) email me - [email protected]
Ensemble, Choreographer (Gabby Hoover)
I am a senior at Dominion. I made my debut on stage in 8th grade as Mr.Salt in Willy Wonka. This will be my first official high school production, and hopefully no more pandemics will take that away! You WILL enjoy the show :).
Mama, Tree of Life Design (Ella Greer)
I absolutely love acting and being on stage. It all started back in 4th grade when I played Betsy Ross as my first role. Since then I’ve played an Oompa Loompa in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sandy in Grease, Sophia in Broadway Memories, along with many awesome characters in our One Act plays and Competitions. I also learned to tap dance for my supporting role in Singin’ in the Rain. I am a member of BlankSlate, our improv team, and I have the privilege of being a member of this year’s Thespian leadership team. In the last 2 years I’ve learned a myriad of things from Doc and from my cast-mates and techies. Especially during the Pandemic and having to perform using zoom. The experience of the Pandemic brought us all extraordinarily close. I can’t express enough how thankful I am to be back on the stage in person.
Ti Moune (Katy Price)
I'm a Junior at Dominion, and I am so excited to be a part of our musical and back on stage in front of a live audience! This is my eighth production for Dominion and in past shows I have played Rizzo in Grease, Ms. Hannigan in Annie, Lydia in Pride and Prejudice, and I also participated in our cabaret musical last year and in Lockdown this past fall. For Almost Maine, I was in tech and really enjoyed that aspect of theater too, and I love being part of our improv troupe, Blank Slate. Outside of theater, I run cross country, and I am a swim coach in the summer, and I am actively participating in Dominion choir and All District Chorus for the fifth year.
Ensemble, Choreographer (Kalindi Vyas)
I am in 11th grade. I enjoy dancing, acting and painting. I have been doing dance since I was 4 years old. I have been in the county newspaper twice for dance. I have been in A Wonderful Life, Almost Maine, and Lockdown in Titan Theatre. In Once on this Island, I am a choreographer and part of the ensemble. Hope you enjoy the show!
Little Ti Moune (Sara Banks)
I have really enjoyed theatre so far this year. The play Almost Maine was a lot of fun, and I had a great time getting ready for the musical. I am thankful for the support and leadership that Doc gives us throughout the rehearsals.
Daniel (Chase Bochenek)
This is my fifth show with Titan Theatre, and it's been a blast! I'm so proud of everyone who made this show happen, and I hope you have as much fun watching it as we have performing it!
Ensemble (Edmund Clinch)
Asaka, Tree of Life Design, Set Construction (Lilly Hurtado)
I am a Sophomore here at Dominion High School. This is my second year being in theater. The previous shows I've been in are Broadway Memories, Cookie Soiree, Lockdown, Almost Maine. Another show you might see me in is Once On This Island! I've been cast in the wonderful role of Asaka, the God of the Earth! Not Only am I an actress for Once On This Island, but I'm also helping with tech with doing the "Tree of Life." Other than theater I've been in choir for 10 years! As always I'm very excited to see how everything ends up!
Andrea (Alyssa Hasson)
I am a freshman at Dominion High School and I have been involved in Titan Theatre since the beginning of this school year. I am so excited to perform in Once on this Island especially because musical theatre is my favorite theatre genre.
Creativity, Technical Director, Prop Design and Construction (Maguire Crowe)
This is now my 12th play at Dominion. I joined the program my freshman year and I've been in every single production since, either on the stage acting or backstage. My sophomore year, I lied that I knew how to use a drill which led to me becoming ingrained in the technical aspects of theatre. Since then i have gained the expertise and experience of being a techie, and with my final year of Dominion, I've dedicated my time to training other techies and working as tech director for Titan Thea
Stage Manager. Set Construction (Logan Downes)
I do stage management. This is my third year in theater. Now, please pretend you just read a funny joke here.
Costume Design, Costume Construction (Emma Mitchell)
Good evening, I'm the primary costume designer of this show. I hope you enjoy everything that comes with this production; the romance, excitement, and even the tears. I know I enjoy every bit of it- and hope you do too!
Light Design, Set Construction (Ethan Mengers)
This is my second show here at Dominion. I'm happy to be here and hope you are to … or else. Anyway have a great day
Sound Design, Sound Engineer, Set Design, Set Construciton (Maggie Kraihenbuehl)
I've taken an interest in the tech side of theatre since Freshman year, and it's been nice seeing the group of people who work behind the scenes grow in numbers now that I'm a Junior. This year, I was happy to take on a bit more creative liberties and guide others younger than me through the experience, teaching them while I was still learning as well. Aside from painting and setting the stage, I'll also be taking on sound quality for the second show in a row. I know it may be a different experience than it was last time, but I look to improve so that next year, I'll be able to teach the growing group of fresh faces how to take over for me once I graduate.
Costume Sticher (Elizabeth Hernandez Rivera)
I am a senior at Dominion High School. This is my second year taking theatre. I took theatre my freshman year and worked as a costumer. I returned my senior year to do costuming again. I helped make props for the show Almost Maine. I made a bunch of different-sized red pillows to symbolize love. I enjoy taking theater because it's a class where I can come and design something and also help when needed. I hope you enjoy the show!
Costume Sticher (Melissa Binns)
I'm a junior here at Dominion High School. I went to Tuscarora High School my first half of my junior year, and then I came here in the middle of my junior year. At Tuscarora I helped do mostly makeup, hair and costumes. This Is only my first year doing tech theater, but now that I tried it I love it. I do plan on taking it again next year.
