Join the circus this spring, as Pied Piper Theatre presents BARNUM! 

P.T. Barnum, the Greatest Showman on Earth, combines razzle-dazzle with charm and brass to sell “humbug” to cheering crowds. A joyful and moving musical portrait of the 19th century’s greatest show-biz legend, Barnum is a colorful, dynamic spectacle with heart. Cy Coleman and Michael Stewart’s rousing score includes “There’s a Sucker Born Every Minute,” “Join the Circus,” “The Colors of My Life” and “Come Follow The Band.”

Pied Piper Theatre is a community-based organization in Northern Manhattan that nurtures children’s artistic and life skills through theater, music, and dance production. Through the creative process, young people ages 6-18 from different cultural backgrounds experience the power of collaboration, joy of performing, and the reward of collective accomplishment. Our safe and inclusive environment cultivates community, resilience, and empathy - values that participants will carry with them both on and off stage. The theatre also gives Northern Manhattan residents of all ages the chance to be audience members to four full-scale theatrical productions per year for a low ticket cost.
