Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

Late Policy

We do not allow for late seating if we can help it as seat access is one side only and it disrupts patrons to seat you if you arrive late. We try to keep our back row open as long as possible for late comers but we cannot guarantee seats there. Thank you for understanding.

This show has strobe lights

The Ooley Theatre is in a 100 year old building and is a very tiny venue. Please inform us ASAP if you will not be attending a show so that we can accommodate wait listers. Also, We wish to accommodate those with special needs so please do reach out to us specifically to detail your needs to us and we will see we what we can do to accommodate. We need 3 days notice before your chosen performance to make arrangements and we thank you for giving us the opportunity to make your experience a positive one! Email: [email protected] Additionally there is no designated parking for this theatre. Parking is free in the parking garage second level at S and 28th. Parking is free on the street at U/V 26th/27th. There is NO PARKING IN THE LOT next door as this is for The Elms Apartment complex. you will be towed, including handicap placards as it is private parking, not public parking. Thank you.
