Wizard of Oz Youth Edition Staff

Executive & Creative Director
Lisa CaneLisa, co-founder and owner of TBPAA, brings years of experience to Musical Production and Creation. She has directed over 60 musicals and produces shows for TBPAA’s Encore Teams performances at Disney Springs, Universal’s City Walk, and the Florida State Fair. She won the coveted Freddie G Fellowship for Outstanding Directing at the International Junior Theater Festival, sponsored by MTI, Disney Musicals, and Playbill. She is also an accomplished performer, recording artist and songwriter. Lisa was elected to the Pinellas County School Board in 2018 and re-elected in 2022. She has served PCS as the Chair, Vice Chair, legislative committee chair, and currently holds an elected position on the Florida State School Board’s Board of Directors and Federal Policy Committee. The Pinellas County School Board has been awarded the Florida Music Education Association’s School Board of the Year 2026.

Administrator / Director
Sandy FaulknerSandy is co-founder of TBPAA and Managing Partner of West Florida Health & Life Insurance. She is the mother of three grown children and grandmother to eight. She homeschooled her children, all of whom received an Associates Degree by the age of 17. Sandy has directed and co-directed many shows with TBPAA since 2009, before moving to the position of Administrator. Sandy is also active in her community. She served 4 years as a gubernatorial appointee to the Pinellas Juvenile Welfare Board and served 8 years on the Palm Harbor Community Service Agency. Currently Sandy coaches two of the Encore Performance Teams, teaches Pre-Encore classes, and serves as the Playbill Editor.

Musical Theater Director / Voice & Acting Coach
Kimberly Kreiner-Snyder Kimberly has been teaching with TBPAA for 6 years. Before that, she directed and assistant directed more than 30 shows with Orlando's Shine in the Limelight. She toured nationally and internationally with Feld Entertainment's PLAYHOUSE DISNEY LIVE and made her off-Broadway debut in the Harry Potter parody, HARRY-OKE, at 54 Below. She has performed in various parades and shows at Walt Disney World, Sea World and Zoo Tampa. Locally, she was in the Ensemble of Tarpon Arts production of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, which won the BroadwayWorld.com award for Best Musical for Young Audiences in Tampa Bay. She has her BA in theater from DeSales University. Kim is always giving to others – especially at her job as a coordinator at the non-profit Wheelchairs 4 Kids.

Musical Theater Director / Choreographer
Gracie Cane Gracie is in her 14th season performing with TBPAA. At the 2025 Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta she was awarded the Top 12Outstanding Performance Awards out of 6800 performers and wasrecognized as one of the Top 10 Student Directors andChoreographers of 2025. In 2020, Gracie was part of the Tech Teamthat won 1st place in the JTF Tech Team Olympics. Gracie has over 30 show credits and has been a long time member of both the TBPAA JTF Team and Encore Performance Team. Gracie has directed 5 musicals at TBPAA. Gracie has been lead choreographer for the Encore Junior Performance Team. Gracie performed in Chicago Teen Edition at the Florida State Thespian Competition at the Straz Center, Tampa. At the District Thespian Competition 2025, she was awarded Superior for choreography. She is currently the choreographer and student director for Anastasia at Palm Harbor University HS.

Stage Manager / Tech Manager
Eva KellerEva has been an Assistant Director at TBPAA for 2 years, and was a student at TBPAA for 8. She was Assistant Director for Lion King KIDS, Moana JR, Annie KIDS, and Frozen JR and Co-Director for Winnie the Pooh KIDS. Eva was a student stage manager for Palm Harbor University High School Drama for 2 years, and won the Broadway Star of the Future Award for Outstanding Stage Management in 2024. Eva has 20+ show credits, and in her time as a student, Eva performed in multiple roles at TBPAA and at PHUHS. In High School she participated in two productions that have performed on the Mainstage at the Straz Center during the Florida State Thespian Festival. Eva currently attends Eckerd College where she is pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre through the Eckerd/Circle in the Square joint BFA program.

Student & Program Services Coordinator
Kayli O'BrienKayli began her theatrical training at age 6 with TBPAA, where she performed for twelve years. In 2022, she received the All-Star Cast Award from the International Thespian Society for her leading role in Paper or Plastic. Throughout her career, Kayli has accumulated over 30 show credits. She is graduating from Florida State University, where she volunteered with Seminole Productions, served as the light board operator for Young Frankenstein, and worked on the lighting teams for six additional mainstage productions at FSU. Kayli also founded and led a Registered Student Organization at FSU dedicated to creating a fun, inspiring, and supportive dance environment for students of all experience levels. The club’s main goal is providing a space where members could build confidence and really connect to and through dance. She is thrilled to be back at TBPAA to work Front of House operations!

Special Effects Manager
Joshua CaneJosh has appeared in over 16 TBPAA Musical Theater Productions in a variety of lead, supporting and ensemble roles. He has had a lead role for the past two years on TBPAA’s Competition Team that performs at the International Jr. Theater Festival in Atlanta, GA. The team brough home an Excellence in Acting in 2025, and an Excellence in Dance in 2026. Also in 2026, Josh was recognized as an All-Star performer by the Jr. Theater Festival’s adjudication team. Josh serves as Master of Ceremonies for TBPAA’s Showcase productions and he was a member of the Senior Encore Team for 3 yrs. In addition to acting, singing, and dance, Josh enjoys playing musical instruments including the Sax, Guitar and Drums. Not only is Josh a talent on the stage, but backstage as well. He is the muscle in moving sets and props, and excels at providing Special Effects at TBPAA shows. This year, he has joined the staff as our in-house Special Effects Manager.

Jr. Costume Coordinator
Athena CliftonAthena has been a student at TBPAA for 5 years. She is a member of the TBPAA Elite Encore Team and has appeared in over nine musical theater productions. She has performed with the Encore team at Disney Springs, Universal’s City Walk, and the Florida State Fair. Athena was a member of 2026 TBPAA Competition Team who traveled to Atlanta, GA in January to participate in the International Junior Theater Festival where the team earned an Excellence in Dance award. Athena was cast as Ursula in Gibbs High School Summer Camp production of Little Mermaid JR, and has competed at the Jr. Thespian festival at both the district and state levels. Athena joined the TBPAA staff this year to lend her outstanding creative and organizational skills as our in-house hair and makeup artist and as Jr. Costume Coordinator.

Tech Assistant / Class Assistant
Emma KlimekEmma has been performing with TBPAA since 2017. She has captured leading roles in Frozen JR, Seussical JR, and Willy Wonka KIDS and has performed in many other musical theater productions in supporting and ensemble roles. Emma is a member of the Excel Encore Team that not only performs at venues such as Disney Springs, Universal Studios City Walk and the Florida State Fair, but the team is also responsible for choreographing all their own numbers and they write and direct their own musical productions show. In addition to her performing talents, Emma is an honor student in Palm Harbor University High School’s International Baccalaureate Program. Before retiring from competitive gymnastics Emma was competing at Level 7. Emma has been an outstanding volunteer backstage for many TBPAA productions and has now joined the staff as an Assistant Teacher and Sr. Technical Assistant.
