Aladdin Jr. Cast

Sarah is so excited to be in the "Aladdin Junior" musical this year. She was an ensemble member in "Shrek" last year. Sarah was in choir this year and last year. She is so happy to be in this musical and so thankful to her family for being there for her. Sarah hopes you like the show and have a great time.

Hello! Coco is in seventh grade. She plays viola in orchestra and the clarinet in band. CoCo is in Chamber Choir and Spartan Singers. She likes to run with her friends in cross country and track and has been dancing for ten years now. Some hobbies CoCo has are speaking Spanish with her older sister, Tasneem. She also likes calling her friends, loves shopping, hanging out with friends and spending time with her cat, Jabr(Juju). She would like to thank her parents for driving her to and from rehearsals, and she would like to thank Mr. Rehm and Ms. Coughlin for directing this show to greatness! This is Julianne's third year in the SHJH Drama Club. In the past, she played Cinderella in the Hilda Walker production of "Cinderella Jr". and Bruce the Shark in the Hilda Walker Production of "Finding Nemo Jr." Other past roles include Young Anastasia in "Anastasia", Horton in "Seussical Jr." and her favorite role to date was as Elsa in "Frozen Jr.", through Street of Dreams Theatre. Julianne is also a member of the SHJH Spartan Singers as well as the Chamber Choir. She is so excited to play Aladdin's friend Omar and bring joy and entertainment to the stage!

Zoe is very excited to perform in "Aladdin Jr". This is her third year performing in drama club. Last year, Zoe joined the ensemble for “Shrek Jr,” which included her playing a Duloc Dancer. She also appeared in Hilda Walker's production of "Cinderella". Zoe has been a choir member at Indian Trail, Hilda Walker and currently at SHJH. In her free time, Zoe loves to read, play guitar, and bake. Her favorite musicals are "Wicked" and "Hamilton". She hopes you enjoy the magic of Aladdin!

Jillian James is thrilled to be appearing as Jafar in "Aladdin Jr.", her final musical before heading into high school! This is her fifth production, as she has previously appeared in "Junie B. Jones", "Matilda Jr." (Mrs. Trunchbull), "Cinderella Jr." (The Evil Stepmother), and "Shrek Jr." (Pig number 3). James would like to give a big thank-you to her directors, Mr. Rehm and Ms. Coughlin, along with the choreographer Ms. Leanna, and Chris Marron and Kelly Chin (who made the costumes) for making this musical such a magical experience. James also gives endless thanks to her mom and grandmother for supporting her every step of the way. Now she hopes you sit back, beware of the villains and enjoy the show!

“Aladdin” is Norah’s fifth show. Last year she was Teen Fiona and Mama Bear in Summit Hill’s production of "Shrek Jr," and was a soloist in Summit Hill’s 2025 Musical Revue “Comedy Tonight.” She also played the Fairy Godmother in Hilda Walker’s production of “Cinderella,” and Hortensia in Hilda Walker’s production of “Matilda, Jr.” Norah has taken vocal lessons with Ms. Lyndy Simons-Buglio at Down Home Guitars for the past five years. She performs in the community regularly, including singing the National Anthem at several local events. Norah was recently honored to have been selected for the 2026 ILMEA All-State Choir. Norah is so excited and grateful to be in this wonderful production and she wants to say thank you to Mr. Rehm, Ms. Coughlin, Ms.Lewkow, and Ms. Lyndy for all of their support in helping her grow as a musician.

Hello everyone! This is Makenna and "Aladdin Jr." is her first show! She plays as a featured dancer in the ensemble. Makenna is super excited and can’t wait to perform! She does horseback riding as an after school activity and really enjoys watching musicals! She is involved in orchestra and plays the violin. Makenna is super excited for everyone to watch our production and she hopes you enjoy it!

This is Lea Marie’s second year in the SHJH Drama Club. In the past, she was a featured dancer and storyteller in Summit Hill Junior High's production of "Shrek the Musical", Snyder in the Curtain Call production of "Newsies" and was in the ensemble of Hilda Walker's production of "Cinderella". Lea Marie is a proud member of the Spartan Singers, the National Junior Honor Society, the Streaming Spartans, and is the one of the student representatives on the school board. Lea Marie has had so much fun working with this cast and hopes you enjoy the show!

This is Addie’s second year in the SHJH Drama Club. Last year she was one of the three little pigs in “Shrek Jr.” Addie has also been involved with Simply Music, musical theater where she was recently in “Elf” the musical. Addie is also a proud member of the Spartan Singers, as well as the Summit Chamber Choir. She has loved every minute of being part of this cast and she hopes you enjoy the show!

Hello everyone! Olivia is so happy to be a part of this wonderful cast. She is thrilled that you have joined us and will be playing the role of Fortune Teller in this grand musical. Olivia's past stage credits include Diana Ross, a townsperson in "Cinderella" and Dory in "Finding Nemo Jr." She absolutely loves spending time with her family and her favorite color is purple.

Avery is a seventh grader who loves to sing and has a strong passion for acting and performing. This is her third play and she is excited to be back on stage with Drama Club. Avery enjoys working with her castmates and thanks her family and teachers for their continued encouragement and support.

This is Maddie’s fourth musical. She has been in "Matilda" and "Cinderella" at Hilda Walker and was in "Shrek" last year at Summit Hill. Maddie loves being a Spartan and cannot wait to be a featured dancer in "Aladdin"!

This is Stella’s second year performing in school musicals. Last year, she performed in the ensemble in the musical "Moana Jr." In the past, Stella has performed hip hop, jazz, tap, and ballet. She is also a proud member of the SHJH Spartan Singers. Stella is very excited to be a part of this year's musical!

This is Alissa's first year in the SHJH Dram Club, her second year being a part of the choir program in her church, and her fourth year participating in choir at school. In the past, she has also participated in a variety of other clubs like Art club and Pokémon club. Alissa is also a proud member of the SHJH Spartan Singers. She is very grateful for the opportunities being in this cast has brought her and for all the wonderful people she has met along the way. Please enjoy the show!

This is Mandy’s third year being in theater. When she was in the fifth and sixth grades, she joined the Hilda Walker Drama Club and was in the ensemble for the productions of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s "Cinderella" and "Finding Nemo". Mandy loves being on stage and entertaining others. She had a lot of fun this year rehearsing for "Aladdin" and hopes you enjoy the musical. Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

Max is a seventh grader at Summit Hill and is playing the role of Sultan in "Aladdin". In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball for Xplosion and volleyball. This is Max's second year in drama club; in fifth grade he was Prince Charming in "Cinderella" at Hilda Walker. Max hopes that you enjoy the show! “Well, is he a Sultan, or is he a Sultan?”

This is Violet‘s second year in drama club. She really enjoyed being in "Shrek" last year and learned a lot. Violet is also in writer’s workshop, band, jazz band and orchestra. She is very excited to be in this year‘s play and hopes you enjoy the show!

Kayden is extremely excited to be participating in Summit Hill’s junior musical this year! In "Aladdin", he will be performing as Aladdin. In the past, Kayden’s recent roles were Donkey in "Shrek Jr", Crutchie in "Newsies Jr", and Nigel in "Matilda Jr". Kayden enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing volleyball. He hopes you enjoy this year's show!

Elliana is excited to be in the cast of "Aladdin". She has been in four other musicals and this is her fifth. Elliana has been in "Beauty and the Beast", "Cinderella", "Newsies" and "Finding Nemo". She plays the viola and clarinet and is in choir. Elliana wants to thank her family for supporting her and hopes you enjoy the Summit Hill production of "Aladdin Jr".

Becca is very excited to be a part of this musical. She loves being in musicals and has been in "101 Dalmatians", "Enconto", "Cinderella", and "Finding Nemo". Becca has been dancing since she was two and really shows emotion while she is dancing. She is so excited to see her friends and family watch this performance and is really proud of all of her hard work and dedication to singing and dancing. Hope you enjoy the show!

This is Marin’s second year in the Drama Club. Last year she played a sea turtle in the production "Finding Nemo Jr." at Hilda Walker. In her spare time she plays the flute in the SHJH Band and enjoys her jazz and contemporary dance classes. Marin is looking forward to the show this year and hopes you all enjoy the production.

You may recognize Allie from "Finding Nemo Jr." as Nemo last year at Hilda Walker, or from "Cinderella" the year before as the Little Sister. She is absolutely thrilled to be playing Iago this year! Allie has a true passion for both cheerleading and theater—you’ll usually find her either on the cheer mat or on stage. Alani is thrilled to have joined the cast of the musical "Aladdin" as Genie. This marks her fourth musical performance, following her role as a singer/dancer in "Matilda" in 2023, her portrayal of "The Herald" in "Cinderella" in 2024, and her appearance as "Pig 2" in "Shrek" in 2025. She's also been featured in a stage performance at her church in "A Christmas to Believe In." In addition to her stage performances, Alani is an active member of the Frankfort Square Wildcats and Spartans Cheer Teams. She also participates in the SHJH choir and the Praise Team ministry at her church. Alani wishes to express her gratitude to her family for their unwavering support and encouragement and hopes you enjoy the show!

This is Emma’s third year doing musicals and seventh show! She is in seventh grade and plays viola, guitar and ukulele. Emma has played Coral in "Finding Nemo", a winkie guard in "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz", Carlotta Carlyle in the play "The Alibis" and now ensemble in "Aladdin". She hopes that you have an amazing time in Agrabah!

Maggie is so excited to be in the show this year! She has previously played Baby Bear in "Shrek the Musical Jr." here at SHJH and is also in the Summit Hill Choir! Ambang is so excited to be a part of Summit Hill Junior High’s "Aladdin Jr."! This is her second year in Summit Hill Junior High’s musical! Ambang also was part of Hilda Walker Musical production of Rodger & Hammerstein’s "Cinderella Jr." as the Queen. She was also in Summit Hill Junior High’s "Shrek Jr." as the Bishop and now is in Summit Hill Junior High’s "Aladdin Jr." as Babkak. Ambang is in Summit Hill’s Singing Spartans Choir and Chamber Choir. She is also in Summit Hill’s Orchestra Ensemble and is in her fourth year playing the viola. Ambang hopes you all enjoy the show!

This is Catelyn’s eleventh musical appearance in an ensemble. Her starring roles include performances in "Rudolph", "Alice in Wonderland", "Willy Wonka", "Finding Nemo" and "The Princess & the Pea". Catelyn has been in performance dance for nine years. She is a proud member of the SHJH Spartan Singers. "Aladdin" is one her favorite productions. Keep your hands and arms inside the carpet! This is Amelia’s third year in acting but this is her first year in the Summit Hill Junior High drama program. She has played in "The Wizard of Oz" as an ensemble member, "Peter Pan" as Wendy, and now Beggar 3 in "Aladdin Jr." Amelia is currently a proud member of the Spartan Singers . She is very excited to be a part of this year’s play and is hoping that everyone enjoys this production.

Emily is super excited to be in this show! She has been in "Cinderella" (ballroom dancer), and "Finding Nemo" (Anchor/ shark). Emily has been in dance since she was five and she has been playing softball for eight years. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Although Riley has performed in several church events, this is her first school production. She loves music and plays bass in the SHJH Orchestra and clarinet and bass clarinet in the SHJH Band. Riley also joined the SHJH Choir this year and is learning guitar. She also loves dancing, fishing, hunting and watching "Stranger Things". Riley would like to thank all of her teachers who are helping her everyday to learn new things, and special thanks to Mr. Rehm and Ms. Coughlin for making this play possible

This is Mya’s first year joining the SHJH drama club. In the past, she has done choir, ballet, tumbling, and improv. Mya is excited to perform in the play with all her friends. She loves coming to practice and learning new choreography and songs. Mya is very proud of being in drama club this year and being part of the Spartan singers. She loves every moment of being in the cast and making new friends along the way. Mya hopes to create many more memories with her new cast mates. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Lexi is a seventh grader at Summit Hill and this is her fifth show. In the past, she has played Marlin in Hilda Walker’s "Finding Nemo" and the Wicked Witch in Curtain Call Theatre’s production of "The Wizard of Oz". Lexi has been dancing since she was two years old and dancing competitively since the age of five with Braemar Dance Center. In her free time, Lexi is usually dancing, singing or spending time with her friends. She would like to thank everybody who is supporting her and hopes you enjoy the show!

Isabella is an actress, who is excited to be a part of yet another production with her friends. In addition to acting, she participates in choir as well as chamber choir. Isabella is grateful to be involved in the production with all these wonderful people and hopes you enjoy the show.

This is Peyton’s third musical. She was first in Hilda Walker's production of "Cinderella Jr". as first maiden. Peyton's second musical was Walker's production of "Finding Nemo" as Bubbles. This year she is in the ensemble. Peyton is creative and loves to act. She wishes you a warm welcome and hopes you enjoy the show.

Gracie is so excited to be part of "Aladdin" this year. This is Gracie’s fifth production. Her past performances include "Cinderella", "Shrek", "Finding Nemo" and "Bye Bye Birdie", where she played the role of Mrs. Peterson! In her free time, Gracie likes to play volleyball and lacrosse. She would also like to give a special thanks to Mya for doing this with her!

Justine is super excited for her third theatre production! She had been a part of the tech crew for "Cinderella Jr." at Hilda Walker and was a part of the ensemble for "Shrek Jr." last year. Justine can’t wait to play Razoul (the lead guard) in this production of "Aladdin Jr." She is very active in the school arts community. Justine enjoys participating in the Summit Hill Junior High Orchestra where she plays the cello. She is also in the Spartan Choir where she sings as an alto, and Chamber Choir where she sings alto 2. Justine has been working so hard on this show and can’t wait for you to enjoy!

This is Samantha's second year doing drama club. In the past, she has been an ensemble member in the Hilda Walker production of "Finding Nemo". Samantha is a member of the SHJH Spartan Singers. She had enjoyed her past experience in drama club and is very happy to be in the SHJH production of "Aladdin Jr". She hopes everyone enjoys the show!

This is Sean's third musical. At school he is in orchestra, choir, and band. He is also on the school board for the SHJH district. Sean hopes you enjoy the show!!!!!

While this is Lena’s first play, it is absolutely not her first time on stage. Whether it’s for band concerts, choir concerts or past dance recitals, Lena is always finding a way to be on the stage! Lena is the first chair trumpet in the SHJH Band. Lena hopes to continue playing trumpet and to join musicals in high school. She has loved being a part of the cast and hopes you enjoy the show!

Ruth Marlie is an eighth grader who loves to sing and dance and is thrilled to be part of Drama Club. This is her very first play and she is super excited to perform and be part of the cast. Ruth Marlie would like to thank her family and friends for cheering her on and supporting her.

Emma is in eighth grade and enjoys musical theater. Since fifth grade she has been in the productions of "Matilda", "Cinderella", "Shrek", SHJH 2025's Musical Revue and "Wizard Of Oz" with Curtain Call Theater. Besides being in Drama club, Emma also sings with the Spartan Singers and the Summit Chamber Choir. She's a news anchor for Streaming Spartans and writes for the school newspaper, The Spartan Source. Emma is a member of the Lincoln Way Junior Colorguard. She has been riding horses for almost four years with Nova Quarter Horses. She hopes you all enjoy this production of "Aladdin"!

This is Rachel’s first show with the SHJH drama club, but she has been in many other performances. She was a part of AAMCT’s performances of "The Little Mermaid", "Alice in Wonderland", "Finding Nemo", "Matilda" and "The Wizard of Oz", just to name a few. Rachel was also in "Cinderella" and "Finding Nemo" with the Hilda Walker Drama Club. Outside of theater, Rachel sings with the Spartan Singers and Chamber Choir, plays viola in orchestra, dances at BDC, and swims with LWSA Gators. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Tyler is an eighth-grade student who is excited to be onstage with his friends in the cast. This production marks his second show with the Summit Hill School District.
