Gabriella Argenio (Cast Member)Gabriella is super excited to be apart of her final Stamford High School production. She has participated for the last four years in a Strawberry Hill Player Production, James and the Giant Peach, The Addams Family and The Wiz. She has also been in a numerous Rogers Drama Club productions, including Beauty and the Beast (Belle). Last years program was cut short due to Covid and she is extremely thrilled to be back at it for her senior year. Hope everyone enjoys the show and breaks a leg to the cast and crew!
Shaina Bond (Cast Member)Shaina is thrilled to be in her fourth Strawberry Hill Player musical! Some of her past productions include; The Wiz (Ensemble), The Addams Family (Dance Captain), and James and the Giant Peach (Dance Captain). Shaina directed her first production during Senior Scenes, “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?”, and had a blast mentoring her cast. She cannot believe that this is her last production, but she is beyond grateful for all of the friendships and memories she has made. Shaina would like to thank her best friend Tommy, Nerreau, and JJ for inspiring her and helping her grow as a performer. She would also like to wish the cast and crew the best of luck. Break a leg!
Sabatino Cruz (Cast Member)Sabatino is so excited to be working with SHP on the spring musical! Some past shows he enjoyed working on were Last Days of Summer (Gordon Beirman), Caroline or Change (Noah), and Pippin (Theo). Sabatino is a freshman at Stamford High and has participated in numerous productions at Curtain Call and other venues like Astoria Preforming Arts Center, Little Radical’s Theatrics, and New Brunswick Preforming Arts Center. He has also been able to perform at Carnegie Hall with the Broadway Youth Ensemble and be on Sesame Street in the “We Don’t Walk Alone” song. Sabatino would like to give a huge shoutout to his parents, sister, and friends who have supported him along the way!
Jesus De La Rosa (Cast Member)Jesus is a senior at Stamford High School. He has has loved every single moment with SHP and will cherish them forever, even that time he fell off the stage during Elephant’s Graveyard. Jesus would like to thank everyone who has been there for him since transferring to SHS. He would like to thank Bobby for helping him come out of his shell and not be shy around people, Tommy for teaching him how to stand in-front of a crowd and for giving him so many opportunities, Nerreau for teaching him how to always be on time and prepared, Ms. Hervieux for always seeing how bright he can be, and Emma for being the first friend he made from the drama club. Jesus can’t wait for everyone to see what they have worked so hard on but is upset that his final moments with us is just a few moments away. Jesus wants to thank EVERY SINGLE member of the drama club for being the best group of people he has ever met.
Camille Doricko (Cast Member)It’s Camille’s freshman year at Stamford High, and she is super excited to do another show with SHP. This year, she was in Our Place, Sally the Scourge, Aladdin, and It’s A Wonderful Life. It’s her fourth SHP show! She has been doing theatre for the past 5 years, and taken dance and voice lessons.
Chiara Fabiano (Cast Member)Chiara is super excited to finish her last production at SHP. She has participated in The Wiz (Dancer), The Adam’s Family (Dancer), and James and the Giant Peach (Dancer). This is her senior year production and she can’t wait to perform for everyone. She would like everyone to know how thankful she is to have been a part of SHP and wishes everyone luck!
Leo Field (Cast Member)A freshman at Stamford High, Leo is beyond excited to be performing in his third show with the Strawberry Hill Players. Past shows include Willy Wonka (Charlie Bucket) and Matilda the Musical (Bruce Bogtrotter) with the Stamford All-School Musical, The Butterfly Effect (Oliver Winter) and Annie Jr. (Rooster Hannigan) at TOR Middle School, and It’s a Wonderful Life (Young George Bailey/Pete Bailey/Newspaper Boy) and Senior Scenes XXII (Nick, Peter) with the SHP. Leo plays violin in the SHS orchestra, is on the SHS debate team, is on the SHS Model UN team, is a member of the SHS Madrigal Singers, is a member of the Friendly Faces club, and is President of the SHS Class of 2024. He would like to thank the cast, crew, and everyone else who helped make the Spring Musical happen.
Allie Findeisen (Cast Member)Allie Findeisen is a senior at Stamford High and is very excited to be a part of this year's Spring Musical! This is her 4th (and last) year being a part of the Strawberry Hill Players. Some of her past productions include James and the Giant Peach, The Addams Family and the Wiz. She has also participated in numerous productions with the All School Musical. She wants to say break a leg to the cast and crew! Thank you for all the great memories the past four years!
Max Guttman (Cast Member)Max is so excited to perform in this years spring musical! Some of his past performances include The Bald Soprano (Mr. Martin), Urinetown (Caldwell B. Cladwell), Matilda (Escapologist), Curtains (Aaron Fox), Rent (Gordan), Willy Wonka (Mike Teavee), The Addams Family (Lucas Beineke), Aladdin Jr. (Aladdin), Our Place (Stanley), and It’s a Wonderful Life (George Bailey). He would like to thank the Strawberry Hill Players for being so cooperative and spontaneous during these crazy times.
Madeline Maxfield (Cast Member)Maddie is so excited to be involved in Strawberry Hill’s spring production this year! She has been in several productions by SHP including Senior Scenes, The Addams Family, Leaves (Lori), and The Bald Soprano (Mrs. Smith). Other productions include the Stamford All School Musicals as well as Beauty and the Beast (Belle), The Lion King (Pumbaa), and Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins) at Rogers International School. Maddie appreciates all the hard work the members of this program have put in to make this production happen despite the extreme obstacles in the way, and wants to thank the staff and parents for always supporting!
Ryan O'Shea (Cast Member)Ryan is really looking forward to his fourth and final spring musical with SHP! Some previous shows he’s attended were Alice in Wonderland as the King of Hearts, Shrek as Captain of the Guards, The Wiz and the Addams Family at Stamford High. He is also involved in Friendly Faces at Stamford High and is planning to take a gap year after graduation. Outside of SHP and school, Ryan loves to travel, meet new people, hang out with friends, and be outside.
Katie Priscott (Cast Member)Katie is so thrilled to continue her 3rd season with SHP! Her past performances at Stamford High include It’s a Wonderful Life (Ernie), Our Place (Liberty), and The Addams Family (Pugsley). Some other past favorites include Something Rotten and Annie (Tessie) at Curtain Call, Evita at ACT of CT, and Seussical (Cat in the Hat) and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator) at Creative Summer. Katie is the secretary of the Strawberry Hill Players, president of the Summer Youth Theatre board at Curtain Call, a member of SHIP, and a junior at AITE. Katie would like to thank the incredible (or should she say ~astonishing~) cast, crew, and production team for their hard work- all the love!
Alex Rubin (Cast Member)Alex is very excited to be involved with the Strawberry Hill Players again! He is elated to be in a new show with another amazing cast and crew to go along with it! He is looking forward to putting on the final product after all of the hard work is put in by all participants. Past performances with SHP include Bald Soprano (Fire Chief), The Addams Family (Lucas Beineke), and Noises Off (Frederick/Phillip). Alex would like to thank the cast, crew, and staff for making this experience memorable despite the unique circumstances.
Lucy Santora (Cast Member)Lucy is elated to continue her time with SHP for the third season! Some of her previous shows include The Boys Next Door (Arnold Wiggins) Mary Poppins (Miss Andrews), The Lion King (Banzai), and The Addams Family (Ancestor). She has sung at Renaissance Harlem and National Sawdust. Lucy is the Co-President of her class, a member of the Future Business Youth Association as well as the Leadership Academy. In the fall, she is a varsity field hockey player who also participates in debate. Currently, she is a junior at Stamford High School. Lucy would like to send a huge shout-out to everyone involved in our spring production for all their dedication and perseverance during this tricky time. Thank you for spreading hope and joy!
Hannah Schager (Cast Member)Hannah Is thrilled to continue her junior at Stamford High, and third year as a part of the Strawberry Hill Players! She is very excited to work alongside this amazing cast and crew in her seventh SHP production! Some of her past performances include Stamford All School Musical: Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins (Ensemble). Rippowam Drama: Bye Bye Birdie (Ensemble) , Lullaby of Broadway (Featured Player), Legally Blonde (Elle Woods). ACANY: Les Miserables, (Lesgles/Constable). GPAS: Seussical (Gertrude Mcfuzz), Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (Volunteer/ Grandma Josephine). Lucy Scorziello (Cast Member)Lucy Scorziello is a Junior at Stamford High. Previously, she's performed in "The Addams Family" with the Strawberry Hill Players. Due to the cancellation of "James and the Giant Peach" last year, she is more than thrilled to be on stage this year. On the side, Lucy plays piano and produces her own music. She's also sang at the US Open and Madison Square Garden. This year, Lucy Scorziello cannot wait to be Elphaba singing "For Good"! Let the magic begin!
Emma Valerio (Cast Member)Emma is so excited for her senior year with SHP, and is thrilled to be in such a wonderful show. She's been in numerous SHP productions throughout the past few years, including The Wiz (Wizette/Yellow Brick Road), Addams Family, James, Senior Scenes, and most recently Our Place (Brenda) and It's a Wonderful Life. She's also the Vice President of SHP and a part of SHIP! Emma would like to thank everyone involved in this production, for making her senior year count despite the insane situation we're all in. To the seniors: We did it!! Thank you as well to everyone watching the show and continuing to support our amazing club (cheers to adapting to the craziness)!! Thank you SHP for a spectacular four years, I wouldn't have wanted to spend it with anyone else. I love you strawberries!!
Justin Villard (Cast Member)Justin is a senior and is excited to be part of this showcase. This is his last main stage production for SHP and he is glad he is able to do something somewhat normal. Doing the musical has always been a highlight of the year for him. He would would like thank the cast for being incredibly talented and so fun to work with. The cast, crew, and production team mean the world to him. He would also like to thank Tommy and Nerreau for everything they have done for him. He is gonna miss his bantering with Tommy. His past productions at SHP include It’s a Wonderful Life (Uncle Billy), Our Place (Corey), Elephants Graveyard (Hungry Townsperson), The Addams Family (Ensemble), The Wiz (Underling), Noises Off( Running Crew), Senior Scenes (Actor and director), and over 13 SHIP shows. He has also been involved with a few Curtain Call productions such as Matilda (Sergei) and Something Rotten (Running Crew). He is also a member of Tri-M, VP of SHIP, and treasurer of the SYT Board.
Ava Wagner-Nast (Cast Member)Ava Wagner-Nast is a ninth grader at Stamford High School and this will be her third show with the Strawberry Hill Playmakers! Most recently she played Sherry in Our Place and Mrs. Thompson in It's A Wonderful Life. She has performed In three Stamford All-School Musicals: The Wizard Of Oz (Lead Munchkin), Willy Wonka (Oompa-Loompa and Astronaut), and Matilda (Mother, Older Student, Ballroom Dancer, PE Student). She has also performed in four Open Arts Alliance musicals: Annie (Officer Ward and NYC dancer), Frozen (Princess and Oaken), Mary Poppins (Bird Woman) and Clue (Wadsworth). Break a leg everyone!
Alex Wynne (Cast Member)Alex is a senior at SHS, and is very excited to be working with this incredible cast and crew! She is thrilled to be participating in her 13th, and final, Strawberry Hill Players production. Some of her past productions include It’s A Wonderful Life (Mary Bailey), Our Place (Anne),The Bald Soprano (Mary), Matilda (Dance captain), Elephants Graveyard (Ballet Girl), Leaves (Poppy), Senior Scenes XX (Norma), Willy Wonka (Dance captain), and Picnic (Christine Schoenwalder). Alex is also the Captain of SHIP, and will forever miss their wonderful Wednesday nights. She would like to tell this amazing cast and crew to break legs and burn gels. Thank you SHP for an amazing 4 years, I loved every second. I love you strawberries!!!
