Alycia Allen (Security Guard, Ensemble)
Alycia is a very intelligent, bright, and awesome young lady. She studies Martial arts, competes at swim meets for “The Grafton Dolphins”, and plays the violin. She is an excellent artist and excels in everything that she does. In her free time, she plays with her dog Daizy, skates, bikes, and goes to the beach. Patrick Star is her favorite SpongeBob character, and This musical is her first big stage production.
Angelina Allen (Sandy)
Angelina Allen is a newcomer when it comes down to musical theater. Doing a little bit as a little girl, she fell in love with the stage and the characters on it. She is right now a college student and wants to go into the film and musical theater business as a director, writer, and actor. Her favorite character from “SpongeBob SquarePants” is Patrick Star.
Grant Allen (Squidward Q. Tentacles)
Grant is here to steal the show! Just kidding, but since he’s playing the part of Squidward he might as well be. As a 20 year old with some free time (and a persistent twin sister), he decided to give this show a chance and audition. Even though he’s not a big musical person, his love for the television show made him put all four of his best feet forward.
Amy Beach (Karen the Computer)
Amy is thrilled to be on stage as Karen the Computer! Currently, Amy is enrolled in an online program at The Clown School (based in LA), studying clown arts. When Amy isn't clowning or pretending to be a computer, she is Stage Door and FIPA's Artistic Director, and an improv weirdo in Fredericksburg's Improv Team. Many thanks to her husband and two puppies for their endless love and support. She hopes you enjoy Bikini Bottom! *Beep boop bop beep*
Joshua Cole (Patchy the Pirate, Foley Artist, French Narrator)
Joshua Cole is excited to be part of “The SpongeBob Musical” with Stage Door Productions. Joshua is an award winning actor who has been in numerous productions including: “The Importance of Being Earnest,” “Jane Eyre,” “Play On!,” “A Streetcar Named Desire,” and “Peter Pan.” Joshua is also a founding member of Fredericksburg’s Improv Team. He is excited to be working with Stage Door again and is thankful for the opportunity to be here.
Katie Cusack (Mrs. Puff, Ensemble)
Katie is very excited to join the cast of SpongeBob in her first production with Stage Door Productions. She has had a passion for the arts, particularly dance, since she was a child. This is her first musical since high school. She is grateful for this opportunity to perform onstage again!
Christian Gordon (Sheldon Plankton)
Christian was a Cartoon Network kid so is very confused by this whole musical.
George Gray (Eugene Krabs / Electric Skate)
George is very excited about being a part of this show. He has been in many shows with Stage Door, as well as LOW Players and FTE. Recently, he was Rapunzel's Prince in "Into the Woods," the Music Director for "Cats Jr," and "George" in Stop Kiss. He is thankful for everyone he has met and worked with. He also wants to thank everyone who is reading this bio.
Kaylin Kuhns (Security Guard, Ensemble)
Kaylin is super excited to be part of the cast of SpongeBob The Musical. She is amazed that she was given this opportunity and thanks everyone who helped her get to this point. Her love for theater has grown so much since discovering FIPA. Kaylin has learned something new with every production and looks forward to working with them in the future.
Molly Lucas, Dance Captain (Perch Perkins, Pirate, Ensemble)
Molly is an experienced actress, talented singer, and hardcore gamer, with performances in numerous stage productions, as well as a cast member in The Virginia Renaissance Fair, where her improv ability shines. Molly has quickly developed skill in swing dancing, auto maintenance, and cosplay.
Aiden Maldonado (SpongeBob Squarepants)
Aiden is very excited to be playing the role of SpongeBob in his first MainStage show with Stage Door Productions. Aiden has previously had roles in the youth shows Cats, Cinderella Jr, The Little Princess, Fiddler on the Roof, and Singing in the Rain. Off the stage Aiden enjoys art, band, and taking voice and piano lessons. He is looking forward to being a freshman at Massaponax High School this coming school year and participating in their theater program.
Cylie Robinson (Electric Skate, Ensemble)
Cylie Robinson is excited to be a part of the SpongeBob musical. Her past performances include, Anelle in “Steel Magnolias”, Train spirit in last year’s “Velveteen Rabbit”, and a double role of Peter Crachit and apprentice Ebenezer in “The Christmas Carol” last December. Cylie has always had a great passion for the arts and music which her grandfather bestowed upon her at a very young age. She is a piano player and amazing artist who enjoys painting, drawing as well as scrapbooking. After high school Cylie plans to attend a Virginia college to major in art and design.
Abdel Hamid Shehata (Patrick Star)
Abdel is playing Patrick in Stage Door Production’s Spongebob The Musical. This is his third musical production, and he’s very excited for it. Abdel grew up watching Spongebob, and is happy to be helping bring it to life on stage. Abdel has previously played Seymour in FTE’s “Little Shop of Horrors” and Algernon in Stage Door’s “The Importance of Being Earnest”.
Layla Soaper (Pearl)
Layla Soaper is a current junior in high school and is very excited to be playing the role of Pearl in SpongeBob the Musical! This is her seventh show, however, her first with Stage Door! Her other shows include: The Sound of Music, Grease, Midsummer in Jersey, Legally Blonde, and a few others. We thank you all so much for coming and hope you enjoy the show!
Reagan Waters (Larry the Lobster, Ensemble)
Reagan is very excited for his debut with Stage Door Productions with The SpongeBob Musical. He is 21 years old, and this will be his first show since middle school theatre. When he isn’t on stage, he can be found studying for nursing school or working with Mary Washington Healthcare.
Elizabeth Wolfert (Mayor, Ensemble)
Elizabeth Wolfert is very excited to be making her stage door productions debut! Elizabeth has been in many other shows, including: Beth (Little Women) Flounder, Ariel U/S (The Little Mermaid) Ronette (Little shop of Horrors) Grace (Annie) Crutchie (Newsies) and much more! Along with being an actor, Elizabeth has been a director and technical crew for many shows! She would like to thank her friends and family who always support her dreams and goals! @Elizabethevaliz
