Jacques Stewart
John Watson Stewart is an award winning international director, choreographer, writer and performer. He is the Artistic Director for both the Weathervane Theatre (NH), and ArtBridge (Central America); he is founder of WINDSOCK Theatre camp for children aged 6-16. He has performed all over this hemisphere from Off Broadway to Regional and stock. John & Mary are the co-directors of The Amazing Kids' Choir & Spotlight Children's Theatre.

Mary Lee Aloia
Mary Aloia is the Producing Director of Spotlight Theatre Company, and a professional singer and actress. Before Spotlight, Mary could be seen in commercials, soaps & in theaters nationwide. She has toured the United States with Theaterworks USA, a children's theater company, and is the founder of Kidzrobics, a Manhattan-based children's dance & exercise program. Mary has studied vocal performance and theater for over 30 years. She is the proud mom of Alexandra - 24 years old, Christopher - 23 years old, and Ava - 18 years old. Mary is also the center director for Staten Island Family Music - Music Together. Bring families together through music for over 20 years!

Meggan Herod
Meggan Herod is so thankful to call Spotlight her chosen family! Meggan is a professional dancer who fell in love with choreographing early in her career. Favorite choreography/AD credits: Chicago (Spotlight), Shrek (Spotlight), The Music Man, A Tribute Cabaret (Forestburgh Playhouse). Meggan was also the resident intern director at the Weathervane Theatre in New Hampshire from 2014-2015. Love to Mom, Dad, James, and Brad. And of course to my Spotlight family!!

Emily Croome
A Manhattan-based band leader, pianist, conductor, and music director, Emily has been seen conducting in theaters all over the country on such National Tours as Monty Python's Spamalot, The Color Purple, and Ragtime, and can be found regularly accompanying around the New York City area. Off-Broadway: Bastard Jones, The Never Ending Line, Regional: A Christmas Carol (The Arvada Center), Always, Patsy Cline (Weston Playhouse), Next to Normal (Westport County Theatre), and Evita (Bucks County Playhouse).

Ally Aloia
Ally is a 2021 graduate from SUNY Cobleskill with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Minor in Marketing. Ally has been an actor with Spotlight in the past but has taken on the role of the stage manager in recent years. Ally has managed show such as Newsies, Chicago, Shrek, and School of Rock with Spotlight.

Brad Baker
Brad Baker is originally from Enterprise, Alabama, and currently lives in New York City. Since graduating from Auburn University, he has performed in numerous theatres nationally and internationally. Some favorite credits include: Lead Singer for Holland America Cruise Line, The Showboat Branson Belle, SWING! The Musical and voicing several characters on the Jurassic World-Live Tour. Brad has also been seen with the world-renowned a cappella group, The Cat’s Pajamas Vocal Band, who have performed on high profile television shows including, NBC’s The Sing Off, America’s Got Talent, and FOX’s Next Great American Band.

Matthew Homme
Matthew Homme, 19, is currently a student at CSI, he will be with spotlight for 3 years in August. Other shows he has been in are School of rock with Spotlight (Mason), Once upon a mattress with Susan E Wagner High-school (Prince Harry), Chicago with Spotlight (Billy Flynn), and 25th annual Putnam county spelling bee with spotlight (William Barfée). Along with acting he has also started working with lights on some recent productions with spotlight, those being Anne With An E, High School Musical, Aristocats kids and Bat Boy. He would like to thank Mary Lee and Jaques for the opportunity and pleasure to work with such an amazing pool of talent, and would like to thank his family and friends for all their love and support.

Stephen Guerra
Stephen Guerra is a multi-instrumentalist attending Berklee College of Music studying Jazz Composition and Drum Set Performance. He has been playing with Spotlight for around 4 years with his first show being Matilda in 2019. Since then, he has played in Chicago on Bass, Les Miserables on Reeds, School of Rock on Guitar, and much more. He is very excited to be working on Bat Boy with Spotlight and cannot wait to do more with them in the future.
