The Sweetest Swing in Baseball Cast

Nicole Caron (Rhonda/Dr. Gilbert) is making her debut with the Sopris Theater Company. Nicole has been immersed in theater for over 20 years. Most recently, she spent her summer season performing with the Glenwood Vaudeville Revue. Nicole has performed in the past with the Vail Valley Theater Company and Porchlight Players in Eagle County. She's also performed professionally in Vermont with Main Street Arts Commedia dell'arte Troupe and Vermont Theater Company's Murder Mystery Dinner Theater. Some favorite past roles include Paulina in The Winter’s Tale, the femme fatale trio of Annabella, Margaret, and Pamela in The 39 Steps, and Laura Warwick in The Unexpected Guest. JD Edmonds (Brian/Michael) is excited to return to Sopris Theatre Company and is looking forward to continuing his pursuit of acting opportunities. He has been in several other STC shows including: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (Christopher) and The Book of Will (Crane) and in The One Act Play That Goes Wrong (Jonathan).

Bostyn Elswick (Erica/Stanton) is a valley local and is honored to be back at the Sopris Theatre Company. Most recently, she performed Natural Shocks (Angela) at the Colorado Community Theatre Coalition Festival in Evergreen, Colorado. She has appeared on the Sopris stage in The Book of Will (Alice Heminges), Silent Sky (Henrietta Leavitt), Frankenstein: The Monster/The Man? (Mrs. Chesterton), and The One Act Play that Goes Wrong (Annie) among others. Some of her favorite local roles include Oliver! (Nancy) for Defiance Community Players Into the Woods (Rapunzel) at the Glenwood Vaudeville Revue, and Men on Boats (O.G Howland) for Thunder River Theatre Company. Bostyn thanks Julia for this amazing opportunity, as well as her lovely boyfriend for his endless support.

Pax Wild (Dana Fielding) is elated to be a part of this wonderful project! A Colorado native, they have worked both on stage and backstage in the valley with Defiance Community Players in Oliver! (Charlotte Sowerberry), Thunder River Theatre Company in Monster In Me (Jaime), and in several Sopris Theatre Company productions including The Veil (Hannah Lambroke) and The Book of Will (Rebecca Hemings).
