Age Range

This show may not be appropriate for all ages. We recommend 13 and up. If you do bring children, as a courtesy to everyone in our audience, we ask that you keep them seated and out of the aisles during the performance. Children 2 years of age and younger may sit on an adult's lap in a Gallery or Upper Gallery reserved seat (not Premium or VIP) without having to purchase a ticket.

Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

Show cancellation: In the event of bad weather (heavy rain or smoke), we may delay curtain for up to 30 minutes, or cancel a performance in advance up to 6:30, an hour before the scheduled curtain time. Early cancellation notifications will go out via email or be announced on our Facebook page between 6:00 and 7:30pm. Every attempt will be made to reschedule and honor that evening's ticket at another performance. If that is not possible, your ticket will be fully refunded upon request. In the event of light rain or light smoke, however, the show may go on, so please plan and dress for the weather - bring an umbrella, poncho, etc. If after holding for 30 minutes, we cancel, we will announce that from the stage and patrons will be offered rain checks. Latecomers may be held at the gate, as actors may be using the aisles and walkways for their entrances.

A VIP ticket includes a reserved parking space. If you need accessible seating, you must call the box office to reserve a wheelchair space or companion seat. Gates open at 6:45 and show begins at 7:30pm. Concessions: A variety of snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, canned cocktails, wine and beer, and seat cushions will be available for purchase. You are always welcome to bring your own picnic (no glass, please). We highly recommend Black Rock Wine right across from Bartley Ranch for a take out dinner.
