Over the years, Mimi has directed Our Town, By The Water, and The Humans for SVPT. Other directing credits: Love Letters (Spotlight Theatre), Crimes Of The Heart, Doubt (Ghostlight Players). In addition to directing, Mimi has been acting on Staten Island stages since the 1970’s. Favorite roles include Sister Aloysius (Doubt), The Wicked Witch (The Wizard of Oz), and M’Lynn (Steel Magnolias). She is pleased to be directing Born Yesterday for SVPT and feels blessed to have such a talented cast who breathes life into this still prescient play.

Here at SVPT, Emily has stage managed The Children, and Who’s Afraid of Virgina Wooof? A lifelong and enthusiastic audience member, Emily is enjoying the fun of witnessing the creative process and learning more about theatre.

Maria is an artist and veterinary technician from New Jersey. She is an active member of her homegroup, the Bayonne Tuesday night open speaker group, where she serves as the secretary. Over the past year, Maria has performed in two productions as Magenta in the shadow cast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and will be auditioning for the role of Dr. Frank-N-Furter this coming season. This is Maria's second time working with SVPT, having previously stage managed our last production, Bill W. and Dr. Bob.
