Inspired by true events, the new musical Out of the Blue is a remarkable and inspiring story of a seventeen  yr. old girl named Sienna who is losing her eyesight to a genetic disease during her senior year. As an aspiring  art student her dream of getting into her top choice art school is now all but lost with her impending diagnosis.  With the help of her two best friends and an unlikely student tutor, Sienna finds the power to break through  the darkness and hardships to fulfill her dreams and future life as an artist.

The Revolutionary Youth Theater is a non-profit 501(c)(3) youth theater arts organization. Established in 2018, our goal is  to nurture the talent of hundreds of young people  throughout our state. We aim to inspire and  challenge young actors to develop their artistic  talents and their self-confidence, self-awareness, compassion and leadership and teamwork skills.  We will commission brave and relevant new work  as well as reinterpreting classic stories for our  time. We are as ambitious as the young people we  serve. Revolutionary Youth Theater  will provide a  variety of theatrical experiences to youth ages  eight to twenty-two. Youth in our program can be  involved onstage as actors or behind the scenes  as members of the production team. RYT’s  experienced production staff provides artistic  education and direction in a fun-filled and  professional environment.
