Patricia Connelly
Patricia is an award-winning playwright and director. Around the Snake Turn was selected as part of the Baltimore Playwrights’ Festival in 2023 and received other recognitions and readings throughout its development. Other recent productions include Night Sky (Aldersgate Church Theater) in 2024; Heartland (Joe’s Movement Emporium) in 2022; and Princess Margaret (Women's Voices Theater Festival, Washington, DC) in 2015. Her ten-minute play, The Holiest of Sacraments, produced by PlayZoomers in 2023, by Keegan Theatre as part of Womxn on Fire in 2020, and is included in Comedies for the Virtual Stage: Short Plays Adaptable for Online Performance (2025). Patricia has a MA in theater from UNM and an MFA in Playwriting from Goddard College. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild, a co-founder of Pipeline Playwrights, and a member of Honor Roll.

Rikki Howie Lacewell
Rikki is a director, actor, and theatrical consultant based in the DMV area. This is her third time directing for Pipeline Playwrights, having directed "Wednesdays in Mississippi" in 2023 and "It's My Party!" in 2025. She has over 100 shows under her belt. Rikki’s recent directing credits include two productions of "Clyde’s", "Chicken & Biscuits", "for colored girls . . .", "DOT", "Dreamgirls", and "Memphis". She is known for her passion for telling authentic stories, her commitment to diversity and inclusion in theater spaces. In addition to her theater work, Rikki is a Senior Workforce Initiatives Specialist for the blind and visually impaired at NSITE. Maggi Richard
Associate Producer 
Maggi is thrilled to be making her professional debut as producer with Pipeline Playwrights! Recent works include assistant stage managing It's My Party! (Pipeline Playwrights), co-stage managing The Play That Goes Wrong, and Little Women (The Arlington Players), and assistant stage managing Kinky Boots (The Little Theatre of Alexandria). Pamela has worked with Rikki on close to two dozen projects over the last ten plus years as an actor, producer, and technician and will pretty much follow her anywhere she asks. She is thrilled to return to Pipeline with this beautiful show and cast after appearing in last fall’s “It’s My Party.” Love to my Q and my kid, always.

Janice Rivera
Sound Designer
Janice’s recent credits include Crimes of the Heart; Blithe Spirit; Chicken & Biscuits; Anton in Show Business; and Murder on the Orient Express (WATCH Award); Night Sky; The Best Worst that Can Happen; and Wednesdays in Mississippi, for Pipeline Playwrights. Jaeden Arrington
Lighting Designer
Jaeden holds a BA/BS from Towson University and is pursuing an MFA in Lighting Design at Carnegie Mellon University. This is Jaeden’s first collaboration with Pipeline Playwrights, and he is excited to help bring this new work to life. Jaeden is passionate about using light to support storytelling, shape atmosphere, and transform theatrical spaces. He is deeply grateful to his parents, family, mentors, and the many collaborators who have supported and inspired him throughout his artistic journey. 

Lee Gross 
Set and Properties Design
Lee is a multi-media sculpture artist based in Baltimore, MD who takes inspiration from the art of illusion and make-believe. She graduated with a BFA in Fiber Arts from The Maryland Institute College of Art in 2023. Her artwork is contextualized through performance and relationship to the human body, inspiring her career in costume, prop, and set design for theater.

Justin Nepomuceno
Set Consultant
Justin Nepomuceno is a Baltimore based Designer and Artisan. Previous credits include Scenic Designer for Clydes, Working for Crumbs, and Baby with the Bathwater at Spotlighters Theatre; On the Verge at Fells Point Corner Theatre. Scenic Charge for Ma Rainey's Black Bottom at ArtsCentric and props artisan for Sister Act at Ford’s Theatre, Piano Lesson at 1st Stage, and Covenant at Theatre Alliance. Justin holds a BS/BFA in Design etc. from Towson University. @Nepoillustration

Shemika Renee
Hair/Makeup/Costume
Shemika is an award-winning makeup artist (WATCH 2013 “The Wiz”)  and honored to design for this powerful production. With over 15 years of hair/makeup and costume design experience in the DMV, she previously designed for Wednesdays in Mississippi. She thanks the production team, director, and theatre family for trusting her vision and the opportunity to create art. 

Olivia Hinebaugh
Fight & Intimacy Coordinator
Olivia is an actor, director, scenic designer/carpenter, and intimacy/combat choreographer. Recent work with NextStop, Reston Community Players, and City of Fairfax Theatre Company. She also works at the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and cultivates a native plant garden with her three wild children.

Patrick is a South Africa-based development finance professional who has lived in various parts of the Continent for over 12 years.

Kayode Kendall
Videographer
Kayode is a videographer and filmmaker in the DC area. As video production manager for Dupont Studios, he coordinated and produced videos with executives and public officials and produced livestream events and other video content for the National Museum for Women in the Arts. In addition to shorty films, Kayode has also filmed plays for Nu Sass Productions. Around the Snake Turn is the fifth play he was recorded for Pipeline Playwrights.

Nate Jackson
Photographer
Nate is pleased to be working with Pipeline Playwrights again! He has been the resident photographer for 2nd Star Productions since 2011. His work can be seen in the lobby on the headshot board and on 2ndstarproductions.org. His photos of Children of Eden and The Music Man were featured in the Washington Post Arts and Entertainment section. He is the father of four beautiful children who are active in the arts, and has enjoyed working with his amazing wife on several productions over the years. Enjoy the show! 

Danielle J. Curry
Assistant Stage Manager
Danielle was born and raised in a Haitian household in Brooklyn, NY. Recent credits include 4 A.M. Friends, It’s My Party, For Colored Girls, Intimate Apparel, and Wednesday’s in Mississippi.  She dedicates this body of work to her late parents, Adrienne & Carl Jeanty and her brother Carl, my Peachez. 

Caroline Mae Woodson

Caroline Mae Woodson is thrilled to be working with the lovely ladies of Pipeline again, she was their Lead Producer last year. She graduated Summa Cum Laude  with Honors from VCU, getting a BFA in theatre, BS, and minor in writing. After that, she studied classical literature performance at University of Oxford and was a fellow at Berkeley Repertory Theatre. She loves warm tea with honey and warm words.
