The Crucible Cast

Tommy Papasadora (Reverend Parris) can’t wait to play Reverend Parris in The Crucible; his first main role. He is from Pine Hill, NJ and is in his junior year. He has previous performed in Once Upon a Mattress (Sir Studley) and Check, Please! (Guy) at Overbrook. He is a part of the Overbrook Overtones choir and loves to act. Tommy would like to thank Eric Burns (John Proctor) for helping him as an actor.

Isaiah Robinson (Reverend Hale) is extremely excited to kick off his junior year on the OHS stage with The Crucible. Previous Overbrook credits include Getting Sara Married (Noogie), Once Upon a Mattress (Prince Dauntless), and The Laramie Project. Isaiah is also a member of both Tri-M, and Thespian Honors Society. He would like to thank all his friends and family for their support. “To all my juniors please remember this… there’s no need to break legs when you have 20/20 vision!”

Devin Rashaun (Deputy Danforth) is excited to take the OHS stage one last time in The Crucible. A senior at OHS, Devin comes from Clementon, New Jersey. Previous credits include: A Christmas Carol (Christmas Carol), Once On This Island (Tonton Julian), The Wizard of Oz (Lion), Beauty and the Beast (Beast), and Tracks (the Old Man). Devin would like to thank his Mom, Grandparents, and family who have supported him through his career. “Wakanda Forever!”

Riley Roback is very excited to play Judge Hathorne in Overbrook's production of The Crucible. Although she has been in other musical productions including Seussical and Once Upon a Mattress, this is her very first play. She would like to thank her friends, teachers, and cast mates for giving her a great start to her junior year.

school plays, two short films, and two musicals. He has taken acting lessons with Vorhees Theatre Company and Mainstage Center for the Arts. Chase is also a skilled drummer and enjoys singing.

Simone Pratt (John Willard) is in the 9th grade and this is her first play in Overbrook High School. In her old school, she was in Once Upon a Mattress, Legally Blonde, and The Addams Family. Thank you to my family for always supporting me. Also, to Ms. Panvini for trusting me enough to be in this play.

Vincent Eakins (Hopkins) is very excited to be a part of The Crucible. This is his third show in the OHS Theatre Department. He would like to thank Ms.Panvini, his mother, father, and all his friends in Theatre class and Drama Club for getting him involved in theatre.

Cristina Roman (Abigail Williams) is excited to take the stage for The Crucible in her first-and-last fall play performance here at Overbrook. Cristina is a senior from Pine Hill, NJ. Previously, she was in the ensemble of The Spring Musical, Once Upon a Mattress. She would like to thank her friends, family and fellow performers for all of their dedication and support.

Avonte Davis (Thomas Putnam) is more than ready to be back on the Overbrook High School stage in The Crucible. Avonte is currently living in Clementon, NJ and is a sophomore this year. He has previously been on Overbrook’s stage starring in The Laramie Project (Moises Kaufman) and Once Upon a Mattress (featured dancer). He has also dedicated his time to understudy two great actors, Isaiah Robinson as Noogie Malloy and Maurice Wade as The Chiropractor in Getting Sara Married. He would like to thank his Mom and Dad for their love and support. Most importantly, he would like to thank his Aunt Mimi, not only for her love and support but for being his theatre buddy. “Good luck to the Overbrook cast and break a leg!”

Katie Galloway (Ann Putnam) is very delighted to kick off her sophomore year with The Crucible. Katie is from Pine Hill and has done The Laramie Project and the One Act Competition (Hulk) freshman year. Katie also sings in overtones! She would love to thank her parents, her boyfriend, and most importantly her friends for all the support.

Giona Hollingsworth (Ruth Putnam) is excited to step on the stage for the first time ever in The Crucible. She comes from Pine Hill, and is a freshman this year. While she is not acting, Giona plays the french horn in the OHS Concert Band. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support.

Deirdre Rambo (Mary Warren) is very excited for The Crucible. Deirdre is from Winslow, NJ and is in 10th grade. She was in Once Upon a Mattress (Princess 12) and The Laramie Project. Deirdre wants to thanks her friends and parents for supporting her.

Alexandra Colon (Mercy Lewis) can’t wait to take on her first year on the Overbrook stage in the play The Crucible. Alex just moved to Pine Hill and is a freshman. Plays Alex has been in are: Annie Jr. (orphan), Beauty and the Beast (Le Fou), Peter Pan Jr. (Curley), and Lion King Jr. (Mufasa). She would like to thank her Mom, Dad, and Mommom for everything. “Can’t wait!”

Jada Person (Betty Parris) is excited to be a part of The Crucible cast. She lives in Pine Hill, NJ and is a junior this year. Jada previously was in Once Upon a Mattress (ensemble) and Seussical (Thing 2). She plays saxophone for Concert Band and Marching Band. Jada Person wants to thank her mom, dad, sister, grandmom and her cousins for being a supportive and lovely family.

Domenica Magazzu (Susanna Walcott) is amazingly grateful to be in the play of The Crucible. Domenica is a freshman from West Berlin, NJ. She takes Miss Panvini’s drama class and Mrs. Schwartz’s choir class. She would like to thank all of her family and friends for their support. She wouldn’t be here without them! “Good luck to everyone in the play, can’t wait to grow and have fun with you guys throughout this experience!”

Celestine Flowers (Tituba) is happy to join the team in The Crucible. Celestine is a junior this year. This is her first time participating in a play inside the school and even her first time acting. Celestine loves to act and wants to make film acting her career. She would like to thank her teachers Ms. Panvini and Mrs. Evans for casting her in the show. “So excited and can’t wait!”

Eric Burns (John Proctor) is thrilled to star in his first OHS fall play, The Crucible. Eric resides in Pine Hill, NJ, and is a senior at last. He has previously had roles in Seussical (“Who” ensemble) and Once Upon a Mattress (Sir Harry). Eric is also the OHS Drama Club Vice President and Librarian of the OHS Overtones Choir. He would like to thank his parents and family for their love and support over the years. “Best of luck to the whole cast! This is gonna be totally awesome!”

Ava Pine (Elizabeth Proctor) can’t wait to step on stage during The Crucible. Ava resides in Pine Hill and is in the 10th grade. Last year, Ava performed in Once Upon a Mattress (Lady Merill) and The Laramie Project. Ava would like to thank her Mom, Dad, and Grandmom by saying, “Thank you for supporting me and encouraging me to always do what makes me happy!”

Maurice Wade (Giles Corey) is so excited to be playing Giles Corey in The Crucible. Previously starring in: Seussical (Wickersham Brother), Getting Sara Married (Chiropractor), and his best role in Once Upon a Mattress (Jester). He is from Pine Hill, NJ and is currently a senior. Maurice is the Lead Cappie, President of Band and Choir, Trumpet and Bass section leader, is a part of the Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Overtones. Maurice would like to thank Jason Morlock (Stage Manager) for pushing him to audition for The Crucible.

Aliyah Cruz (Martha Corey) is enjoying having a role in The Crucible. She is from Pine Hill, NJ and is a sophomore. Aliyah has performed in Once Upon a Mattress (ensemble). She is a part of the Overbrook Overtones choir, was previously in Theatre I, and plays the clarinet in Concert Band. Aliyah would like to thank her parents and cast members for being supportive throughout every activity.

Karli Pitts (Francis Nurse) is extremely excited to be performing on the OHS stage for her very first time in The Crucible! Karlie has just a little experience to her name, but was a shining star in the middle school plays. She would like to thank her mom, dad, and brother for being supportive of her with ALL her endeavors… and for putting up with her attitude… She appreciates you!!

Emma Hamblin (Rebecca Nurse) is looking forward to performing in The Crucible. She is a sophomore and has performed in The Laramie Project. Emma is also in Theatre 2. She would like to thank her family for encouraging her to audition for The Crucible.

Illyana Smith (Sarah Good) is a 10th grader from West Berlin. She has previously been in Once Upon a Mattress (ensemble) and The Laramie Project. Illyana would like to thank her little sister, Kylee, for her continuous support.
