We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our patrons as best we can. For exchanges regarding tickets to our production of "Eurydice," we kindly request that any requests be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Valid reasons for exchanges include illness, scheduling conflicts, or emergencies. Exchanges are subject to seat availability for the desired performance, and a small processing fee may apply. To initiate an exchange, please contact our box office directly either by phone or email. In some cases, documentation, such as a doctor's note, may be requested for illness-related exchanges. Please note that certain ticket types, such as discounted or promotional tickets, may not be eligible for exchange. Additionally, each ticket may be exchanged only once. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to providing you with an unforgettable theatrical experience.
