Jennifer Bingham (Bridgette)
Jennifer recently returned to the community theater scene as Annie WIlkes in Out Loud Theatre’s production of Misery. She has previously been involved with the Blue Ridge Community Theater and was a dramatic arts student at Gilmer High School.
Kat Higgs (Victoria)
This is Kat Higgs first time performing in theater. Married to her best friend and able to be the homeschooling mom of three amazing humans. She also co-found C&K Concierge. While creating handmade goods for her LoraBeIIa Designs located at Chooch in McCaysviIIe. Excitement doesn't begin to describe how excited she is for this performance! The Cast were very welcoming and encouraging through the whole process. This show is going to be fantastic! "Good Theater inspires the mind and soul."
Renee Banzhaf (Lu)
After several years directing children’s plays and performing in various main stage productions, Renée is very excited to be making her debut in dinner theater. Renée thanks her husband, Bill, for joining her in this, their latest adventure. When not rehearsing, Renée lives with her husband in Copperhill, TN, where they are currently managing (attempting to survive?) a full home renovation. Renée is also grateful to Courtney for her direction and leadership through this fun new undertaking.
Kelly Savage (Gwen)
Kelly Savage is a Louisville, KY, native who spent 8 years as a USCG Search and Rescue Flight Mechanic. After the military, she traveled abroad, supporting the US Military as a contract helicopter mechanic, in Germany, Spain, Macedonia, Kosovo, France, England, and Belgium. Upon returning home, she was ready to chase a new dream in art, illustration, animation, and digital communication. She obtained a Bachelor of Science majoring in Art. She has had a love of the performing arts since she was very young. Now, with Outloud Theater, Kelly is getting the chance to live out another childhood dream by working in the performing arts field with two very professional individuals of the acting craft: Colby Jones and Courtney Thompson. She would like to thank both of them immensely, her supporting actors and new friends, for the patience they have shown and the knowledge they have shared.
Bill Banzhaf (Everett)
This is actually Bill’s first time performing "Dinner Theater". Although, he admits that many times he has “acted the fool”, he is never afraid to stand up in front of a crowd and speak. Bill has performed in multiple plays over the past few years, including Miracle on 34th Street, Catch Me If You Can, and It's a Wonderful Life. He will however admit that memorizing lines is sometimes still a challenge. In his spare time, Bill works as a full-time real estate broker for Mountain Place Realty here in Blue Ridge. Bill thanks his wife, Renée, who showed him what a good time acting can be! Thanks, too, to Courtney for giving us this new adventure and experience!
