Bobbie also performed in the “Ole Musical Revue” in 2004. She has spent a great part of her life as and wife and mother and is now a grandma! A vacancy in one of the roles of Little Women has given her a opportunity to, once again, become an active participant in Ole Olsen Theater.
Carston Loe (Jo March)
Carsten has been acting since she was seven years old. She joined the Ole Olsen family in 2018 when she performed as Anne Frank in ‘The Diary of Anne Frank’. She loves our small theater and has met many friends here. Carsten identifies with several personality traits of the lead character, Jo, such as being an independent thinker, stubborn and hard-headed at times, yet fiercely devoted to her friends and family.
Alexis Nutt (Meg March)
Alexis is a 32 year old Pisces cleverly disguised as an adult who loves ice cream and being the center of attention. When not on stage, she enjoys going on motorcycle trips with her husband Craig and hanging out with her family and dog. Alexis's acting experience is self-taught and mostly comes from her time being on movie and TV show sets in Chicago, and various independent films and projects. Her favorite part of her time in Chicago was being Geena Davis' stand-in and body double. Alexis loves being a part of Ole Olsen, having been in ‘The May Queen’, ‘Nana's Naughty Knickers’, and ‘Drinking Habits.’
Ella Townsend (Amy March)
Ella is a sophomore at Maconaquah High School. She's been doing theater since kindergarten in 2012! Ella became an Indiana Thespian last year. 'Little Women' is her very first show at Ole Olsen! Ella's grandma is the person who donated our authentic hot iron in scene one. She loves her character and is enthusiastic and excited to see all the hard work put into this come to life!
Kilynn Wallace (Beth March)

At 16 Makenna is a veteran of the Ole stage. She has performed in over twenty shows, with her most recent performances as young Shelby in ‘Terms of Endearment’, and Gloria in ‘Wait Until Dark’. Lori has four daughters and 11 grandchildren who occupy her time. This is her first play and first time on the Ole stage EVER! A friend encouraged Lori to audition last fall, and she’s glad to have returned to reprise her role. She said it was time to step outside her small box and try something bold and new. She’s thankful and has made many new friends.
Doug Working (Father March)
Doug got his first role in Ole in the late 90’s as a bellhop in ‘Lend Me A Tenor. Other shows with us were: ‘Rumors,’ ‘1776’, ‘Bleacher Bums,’, and ‘Seven Brides for Seven Brothers’. Most recently he was as Tony in ‘Apartment 3A’. Doug will tell you that the theater “gets in your blood,” and encourages anyone who has a feeling they might have a latent talent to audition for an upcoming production and give it a shot. The theater always needs new people, and it may very well turn into a lifetime passion!
Kevin Martin (John Brooke)
Kevin is 28 years old from Wabash, Indiana and has served part time in the Army National Guard for 3 years now. He lives with his parents, sister and 6 year old niece. Kevin was originally the stage manager but was asked to step into the role of John Brooke. He has performed with Ole in the past and was ready to get back on stage. When not on stage I play video games and volleyball on Friday nights at my local YMCA. This kind of role is new Kevin and hopes it could be a perfect fit.
Mary Hayes (Mrs. Gardner)
Mary is a retired nurse, who loves to be outdoors with her flowers and collects gnomes. She hasn’t been in a play since high school, which she says was “a lot of years ago!” Gloria North is her daughter and got her involved in this show. Mary says it’s a fun experience. She also enjoys line dancing and taking bus tours across the US.
Faith King (Sallie Gardner)
Faith is new to the Ole stage, but she is not new to the theater. Faith has been a part of the Maconaquah music and theater program for 6 years. A few of her favorite parts include, The Director in ‘Cut’, Bearded Scholar in ‘Murder in the Knife Room’, Maria in ‘Bad Auditions by Bad Actors’, and many other supporting roles in numerous plays and musicals. Faith would like to thank her brother who is the whole reason she is a part of the theater world. She would also like to thank her director, Debby Myers, who gave her the opportunity to be a part of this show.
Elisabeth Pennington (Sallie Gardner-Understudy)
