Thomas Piccin
Thomas Piccin is an actor, director and playwright currently living in Baltimore. He serves on the Board of the Baltimore Playwrights Festival, and his 10 minute plays "Ruth", "Promise", "Sandalwood" and "Match" have been performed online and in Baltimore area venues. Favorite acting roles include John Proctor in "The Crucible" with Lumina Theatre Company, Benedick in "Much Ado About Noting" with Artistic Synergy of Baltimore, Jack Jerome in "Brighton Beach Memoirs" with the Vagabond Players, and Inspector Goole in "An Inspector Calls" at Laurel Mill Playhouse.

Robb Willoughby
Robb Willoughby grew up in Xenia, Ohio. He studied at the University of Southern California, Gene Dynarski Theatre, and Estelle Harmon Theatre School, HB Studios. Equity readings of his plays include Dirty Laundry (Rattlestick Theatre, NYC and Lie on the Water (HRC Showcase), Hudson NY and Have you Ever Played Dayton? (Human Race Theatre Company, Dayton, Oh). ALICE , Robb's unusual take on the Wonderland story has been produced by High Schools throughout Southwest Ohio. /'se Krits?-Winner of 2018 New Works Competition, received a non -professional premiere at the Las Vegas Little Theatre. Robb's One-Act play, Bro was featured as part of two One Act Festivals:2018 Silver Spring stage's in Washington D.C., and PL A.Y. NOIR 2018 in Los Angeles. Look Into My Eyes was presented as a "Virtual" Equity Stage Reading on May 16-20, 2020 by the Human Race Theatre Company in Dayton , Ohio. Look Into My Eyes was also selected as the 2020 Summer Production with the First Run Theatre in St. Louis, MO (rescheduling TBD). Robb's other plays Roof Man, 8 Ball, I Ride, The Lazy Tour of Two Idle Apprentices, Southern Jesus.

Jane M. Lee
Jane M. Lee lives and writes in New York City. Her work has been performed across the United States as well as in Canada and Hong Kong.Her short play Family Emergency was praised for "fus[ing] the hostility of a Jerry Springer program with the warmth and irony of an O. Henry story ." Her full length play Good Neighbors was given a virtual staged reading and was a finalist for the College of CharlestonTodd McNerney National Playwriting Award.

Lorette Bolger Wish
Loretta Bolger Wish is a writer of plays, fiction, songs, essays, magazine features and poetry. Her plays and monologues have been produced in more than twenty festvals, readings and other theatre events. She is also the author of the fantasy novel Bumpy Night on the Walk of Fame, published by Uncial Press, and the film blog Hollywood Castaway. A Jersey shore resident, she plays guitar in a classic rock band and moderates a writing group in Princeton.

Elizabeth is so excited to be directing her fourth one act with Old Library Theatre! Recent credits include Cabaret on the Couch LIVE at The Green Room 42, March Madness, Ghostlight and Corrections with OLT, Who Am I? with TSquared Productions, and Breaking the Internet LIVE at The Tank NYC. She is social media coordinator and director of Cabaret on the Couch, a monthly cabaret series bringing together diverse artists to support the arts in New York and beyond. Ed Bialkin
After his successes with Prisoner of Love and The Next Ivan Sharansky at OLT (NJACT Perry Award Nominee for Best Production of an Original Play), Ed is happy to be back directing Person in Charge. Previously at OLT, Ed directed Arsenic and Old Lace, and his acting credits include Amadeus (Count Orsini-Rosenberg) and Catch of the Day (Edwin). Ed has directed three productions at The Rhino Theatre (The Glass Slipper, Rent, and Dracula) and directed 28 high schoolplays and musicals. He has served as set designer and construction director at high school productions (Orange HS, Pascack Hills HS, Westwood HS, Pascack Valley HS) and several shows at The Rhino Theatre

Sheryl Heffernan -Winkler
Sheryl is excited to be director in her third One Act Festival. She has been a producer for 9 shows, most recently Wait Until Dark. She has been seen on stage in When Tony Met Oscar, Oliver!,the Sixth Annual One Act Play Festival, and three Readers Theatre Productions. Sheryl was excited to be nominated for Perry awards for the Sixth, Eighth and Ninth Annual One Act Play Festivals. Sheryl thanks Linda Wielkotz for allowing her to direct. She thanks her cast and the production crew. She Thanks her friends and family especially Thomas (her husband) and RV (her son) for their love and support.
