Catherine, Tainted (Brooke Kaye)
Brooke is making her Old Library Theatre debut.Brooke is an actress/singer who has been entertaining local audiences for the last seven years,appearing in various plays, one-acts, musicals and revues, such as Willy Wonka, Mamma Mia!, Wizard of Oz, Freckleface Strawberry, One Act Jamboree, We wil Rock You!, Shrek and Golden Oldies. Recently, she has become a performing member of Circle of Sparks- an improv playback theatre group. She would like to thank her director Sheryl for giving her this opportuity and her family for their love and support.
Rob in The Person in Charge, Morris in Cowboy Chuck (Scott Guzzo)
Scott was last seen making his OLT debut as Lord Capulet in Romeo and Juliet 1921. Returning to the stage after the hiatus is an honor that cannot be described with words. Before that he was Don John in Much Ado About Nothing and a DJ in I'm Getting Murdered in the Morning for Nutley Little Theatre. Favorite non Shakespeare roles - Plaza Suite( Waiter, Borden), Murphy's Law Group Therapy Gone Wild (Moe), The Elephant Man (Snork), George Washington Slept Here (Steve), Freex (A'Nilo Dubrowkski),Grease (Sonny), Haze (Tommy), The Laramie Project (Andy Paris, et al),Judgement at Nuremberg (Rudolph Peterson), Many ensemble roles. He extends heartfelt gratitude to family, friends and everyone in and around the stage. Thank you for coming.
Brenda , Midnight at the Pancake Shack (Donna Bialkin )
Donna is thrilled to be returning to OLT in this play. Previous OLT credits include Eddie and Edna (Danni). A Longitudinal Study (Sylvia), Sweet Charity (Betsy), Arsenic and Old Lace (Officer Klein), Pippin (ensemble), Our Time concert (ensemble, choreographer),Amadeus (Teresa), Just Desserts (Joyce).Most often, Donna can be seen dancing in A Cabernet Cabaret at Infinite Motion Performing Arts Academy in Mahway. Donna has performed extensively with the Bella Voce Singers and at Rhino Theatre in Pompton Lakes (Rent, The Glass Slipper, Dracula, Rhino Gala, Spamalot, 42nd St., Guys and Dolls, Le Femmes de Broadway, Le Femmes and Men de Broadway and several Christmas shows). After getting her degree in theatre from Rutgers University, Donna Taught and directed the theatre program at Westwood HS for 19 years, during which she produced, directed and choreographed 38 main stage productions. She would like to thank Elizabeth and the production team for this opportunity!

Lee has studied acting while in college and at The New York Acting School for Film and Television. Newly retired from a thirty plus year career in Information Technology. Lee has recently performed at the Rhino Theatre in the One Act play, Eddie and Edna as Eddie. Lee and his wife live in Tuxedo Park, N.Y. He has two grown children and six grandchildren. He is an avid Yankee fan.
Granny June, The Person in Charge (Mary Laido)
Mary is very happy to be back at OLT in the One Acts, a favorite of her's. Some others are Maria in Lend Me a Tenor, Jenni Malone, Chapter Two and Aunt Gert in Lost in Yonkers. Thanks to OLT for this beautiful piece and to Ed for the opportunity.
Caden ,The Person in Charge (Nathan Kossoy)
Nathan is very excited to be back at OLT for his second One Act Festival! Nathan is a 7th grader at TJ Middle School in Fair Lawn. Some of his favorite performances include Guys and Dolls (Nathan Detroit),Legally Blond Jr. (Emmett),Oliver! (Oliver), Matilda (Eric), Seussical Jr.(Horton), and Ghostlight -one act (Keegan), for which he was thrilled to receive a 2020 Perry Award nomination. Nathan enjoys playing the drums and singing with the school chorus and chamber choir. He would like to thank his family, friends and teachers for their love and support and wishes everyone a safe and happy 2022!
Gloria, Midnight at the Pancake Shack (Katie Maul)
This is Katie Maul's first production with OLT and she's very excited to make her debut! Recently, Katie's favorite role has been mom to her two young children, Amelia and Conner. Some of her favorite past roles include The Fool in King Lear, Bianca in Taming of the Shrew, Portia in Merchant of Venice, Cassie in Rumors, Patty Symcox in Grease (twice!) and all the roles she played as Theatre Minor at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Katie is thrilled to be performing here in Fair Lawn where she's happily settled with her family.
Cowboy Chuck in Cowboy Chuck (Roy Harry)
Roy started acting at the age of 45 and graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts at 50. He has performed in more than 50 productions. He was nominated for best actor at the Perry Awards for his role in "Other Dessert Cities." Other favorite roles are Lenny Ganz in Rumor,. Henry Drummond in Inherit the Wind, George Hay in Moon Over Buffalo, Arnold and Norman in The Boys Next Door, and Barney in The Last of the Red Hot Lovers.
Jon in Tainted,Martin ,Midnight at the Pancake Shack (Thomas Winkler)
Tom , A longtime OLT member (40 plus productions) is no stranger to the OLT One Act Play Festival, having appeared in three previous productions, directed in two of them and written for two of them. He would like to thank everyone involved with this production, with emphasis on his directors Elizabeth and especially, Sheryl (love you, Sweetie!).
Stanley in Cowboy Chuck (David Villa)
David is a long time performer who is thrilled to be participating in OLT's playwright's festival. David is starting a new degree at Montclair State this spring for Anthropology, while he performs in and produces indie films in the area. David's recent credits include A Closer Look with Northstart Theatre Company, Proof with West Hudson Arts and Theatre Company, Closer 2 the Divine with A&M Productions and 12 th Night right here at OLT. David would like to thank his fellow actors as well as director Jessa for making this an amazing experience and hopes to submit his own play next year.
Spike in Yankee Stadium, June 1960 (Mead Winters)
Mead is a full time bilingual elementary school teacher with a love of using his theatrical background. Mead has become an active member of Nutley Little Theatre where he previously directed (March 2020) I'm Getting Married in the Morning, an interactive murder mystery comedy dinner theatre production at the Nutley Franklin Steakhouse. This coming season , Mead will be directing the 1970's production of GEMINI at NLT. Mead made his OLT debut in My Big Gay Italian Wedding. Mead owes many thanks to Laura and Ron (for getting him involved at Nutley Little Theatre and to his husband Mike, for his constant help, his love for 28 years and support in making these dreams become reality!

Alyssa is excited to be a part of this year's One Act Play Festival. She has previously been in OLT's Production of Parade (ensemble) and 4th Wall Theatre's Production of the musical revue Sondheim on Sondheim and Bright star (Margo).
