Ron Fedele
Ron Fedele is the Director of this production and also proudly serves as the Master of Make-Believe, Director of Shenanigans, and Drama Teacher at Obsidian Middle School in Clearlake, California. With a deep passion for arts education, Ron is committed to creating imaginative and inclusive theatre experiences that invite students to take creative risks while building confidence, empathy, and collaboration skills. He believes theatre is a place where storytelling, play, and purpose come together to help students discover their voices. This production is especially meaningful to Ron as it reflects his dedication to providing students with hands-on opportunities in every aspect of theatre, from performance and storytelling to lighting, sound, and stagecraft. He is grateful to work alongside such a courageous and talented group of young artists and is excited to guide them as they embrace creativity, step into the unknown, and bring a little magic—and plenty of shenanigans—to the stage.

Assistant Director
Aidan Fedele
Aidan Fedele has been passionate about theatre from a young age, cultivating a love for performance and collaboration. Currently a substitute teacher in the Konocti Unified School District, he is pursuing his teaching credential. His most recent directorial experience was in 2023 with the UC Davis Physics Department Picnic Day show, blending performance and education. He has also served as a playwright and actor, and during high school, Aidan was president of the Thespian Society, enhancing his leadership skills. Before moving to California, he gained diverse experience in various productions in Connecticut. Aidan is excited to bring his background and enthusiasm to this production.

Stage Manager
Jasmine Fedele
Jasmine has been involved in theater both onstage and off for over 20 years, working with students in a wide range of roles. Offstage, she has served as a costume designer, stage manager, and director. Most recently, she worked as stage manager for a production of Animal Farm and a documentary theater piece focused on the 2020 election. In addition to her theater work, Jasmine is a special education educator who strongly believes that the arts play a vital role in learning. She is excited to be part of a project that explores themes of identity, friendship, and empathy, and she values theater as a powerful way to explore new possibilities and understand diverse perspectives.
