Laura Parker
Mrs. Laura Parker has been teaching theatre over 20 years. She has directed over 100 plays and musicals and her favorite thing about her job is seeing students grow into gifted performers and technicians, but most of all, great humans. Mrs. Parker is the fine arts department chair for Nolensville High School and has won various awards over the years including Best Director, Best Ensemble, Best Use of Costumes, and, most recently, All State Theatre Teacher of the year, but she tells her students that it isn't about the accolades, it's about letting your work speak for itself. She would like to thank God for everything, her husband for always supporting her no matter what, her parents and her sisters for being her backup singers to her creative ideas and the parents and students in this program for always giving a resounding "Yes, and..." to everything creatively possible!!!

Cassidy Van Amburg
Cassidy Van Amburg has been the Choir Director at Nolensville High School for the past 8 years, and in that time, she has grown the program to serve over 100 students. Mrs. Van Amburg also serves as the Vocal Director and Choreographer for the spring musical every year and has previously won the Spotlight Award for Outstanding Choreography twice. She did her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University and is now pursuing a Master’s in Music Education from Middle Tennessee State University. Outside of school, Mrs. Van Amburg teaches private voice lessons at Roots Academy and sings in the Nashville Symphony Chorus. She would like to thank her husband and her mom for being her biggest cheerleaders and coming to every one of her Choir, Theatre, and Symphony performances.

Michael Gagliardo
Michael Gagliardo is in his second year as Director of Orchestras at Nolensville High School. Previously he served for 29 years as the Music Director of the Etowah Youth Orchestras in Gadsden, Alabama. Since 2016 he has served as the Music Director of the Gadsden Symphony Orchestra. His opera and musical theater conducting credits include work with Jacksonville (AL) Opera Theater, Theater of Gadsden, and CharACTers (Gadsden, AL). He is excited to conducted NHS's second Pit Orchestra for this production!

Ms. Lindsey is an experienced vocal music and visual arts educator. She has taught internationally in Japan and Taiwan and is happy to be teaching in Tennessee now! She enjoys working on vocals and artistic settings with the incredibly talented students at Nolensville High School! She is very excited for the students to get to share their passion for music and tell this amazing story! Emma is so excited to be this show’s stage manager as her final full show in the knight’s theatre program. She has been a part of the theatre department since she was a freshman, when she joined as an assistant stage manager. She became the stage manager during her sophomore year. She is so grateful to her assistant stage managers, who are gearing up to take her place next year. She has enjoyed every moment she has spent in this department and is so thankful for all of the new experiences she has gained because of it.

Amelia Thompson is the deck manager for Nolensville High School's production of Into the Woods. Amelia is a senior and is very excited to see how this production goes. Amelia loves the whole theatre community and being a part of the shows. Amelia is going to Samford in the fall and will be studying to become an early education teacher. Bella Barnes is thrilled to be part of her high school’s production of Into the Woods, especially as it is her senior show. She appears onstage as Jack’s Mom and is excited to bring the character to life. In addition to performing, Bella also served as the show’s Props Manager, helping create several key pieces for the production, including the puppeteered cow Milky White and the Giant puppet. She has loved getting to experience both the acting and technical sides of theatre while working on this show. Rhys Plank is a senior involved in Nolensville High School’s theatre program both onstage and behind the scenes. In Into the Woods, he plays Rapunzel’s Prince while also serving as the production manager, helping coordinate the many technical and creative elements that bring the show to life. Rhys has been active in multiple productions, contributing to set construction, sound design, and overall production leadership. After graduation, he plans to study Theater Design and Technology at Arizona State University, where he hopes to continue blending creativity and technical skill to tell stories on stage.

Livia is a sophomore and has played the violin since she was three years old. Over her 13 years of playing violin, she developed a deep passion for music and enjoys every opportunity she gets to share the gift of music with others! Lucas is the Pit Orchestra Manager and plays percussion for Into The Woods. This is his 2nd year playing in the Orchestra for theatre. Lucas plays percussion in the NHS Honors Wind Ensemble. Molly Hackett is a junior at Nolensville and this is her second year as a french horn in the Pit Orchestra. Buck did drumset for the pit orchestra in 2025 and this will be his second year in the position. He has made percussion Midstate and has auditioned for Drum Corps International positions. He has been drumming for 7 years now and is currently a part of the Nolensville Wind Ensemble, Drumline, and Symphony/Pit Orchestra. He was tenor-line section leader in the 2025 marching season and is currently giving lessons to future members of the Nolensville 2026 Drumline.

Stone Bell
While having never done theater before himself, Stone has had siblings in theater his whole life. Being in the orchestra for Into the Woods was a bit of an eye-opener into both the talent and work of everyone involved, but has been amazing to be a part of. As a senior he plans to go into engineering, but hopes to stay connected to the arts in college and beyond.

Ericka James
Ericka James is a junior and is 1st chair clarinet in the pit orchestra for Into the Woods, playing both Bb and A clarinet. As a member of the NHS's Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra, her continued passion for music and interest in theatre came together in Into the Woods — making her part of the school's second-ever pit orchestra. Her favorite moment of the process was the sitzprobe, a special and fun experience where the orchestra and cast finally got to make music as a group and hear everything come together for the first time.
