Mrs. Laura Parker has been teaching theatre over 20 years. She has directed over 100 plays and musicals and her favorite thing about her job is seeing students grow into gifted performers and technicians, but most of all, great humans. Mrs. Parker is the fine arts department chair for Nolensville High School and has won various awards over the years including Best Director, Best Ensemble, Best Use of Costumes, and, most recently, All State Theatre Teacher of the year, but she tells her students that it isn't about the accolades, it's about letting your work speak for itself. She would like to thank God for everything, her husband for always supporting her no matter what, her parents and her sisters for being her backup singers to her creative ideas and the parents and students in this program for always giving a resounding "Yes, and..." to everything creatively possible!!!

Cassidy Van Amburg has been the Choir Director at Nolensville High School for the past 8 years, and in that time, she has grown the program to serve over 100 students. Mrs. Van Amburg also serves as the Vocal Director and Choreographer for the spring musical every year and has previously won the Spotlight Award for Outstanding Choreography twice. She did her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University and is now pursuing a Master’s in Music Education from Middle Tennessee State University. Outside of school, Mrs. Van Amburg teaches private voice lessons at Roots Academy and sings in the Nashville Symphony Chorus. She would like to thank her husband and her mom for being her biggest cheerleaders and coming to every one of her Choir, Theatre, and Symphony performances.

Michael Gagliardo is in his second year as Director of Orchestras at Nolensville High School. Previously he served for 29 years as the Music Director of the Etowah Youth Orchestras in Gadsden, Alabama. Since 2016 he has served as the Music Director of the Gadsden Symphony Orchestra. His opera and musical theater conducting credits include work with Jacksonville (AL) Opera Theater, Theater of Gadsden, and CharACTers (Gadsden, AL). He is excited to conducted NHS's second Pit Orchestra for this production!

Ms. Lindsey is an experienced vocal music and visual arts educator. She has taught internationally in Japan and Taiwan and is happy to be teaching in Tennessee now! She enjoys working on vocals and artistic settings with the incredibly talented students at Nolensville High School! She is very excited for the students to get to share their passion for music and tell this amazing story! She would like to thank her family for believing in her always and being a fantastic support system.

Emma is so excited to be this show’s stage manager as her final full show in the knight’s theatre program. She has been a part of the theatre department since she was a freshman, when she joined as an assistant stage manager. She became the stage manager during her sophomore year. She is so grateful to her assistant stage managers, who are gearing up to take her place next year. She has enjoyed every moment she has spent in this department and is so thankful for all of the new experiences she has gained because of it.

Tota is so excited to assistant stage manage Into the Woods! She is also very proud of everyone and how far they've come! She hopes everyone enjoys the show!

Reaux is so excited to be apart of this show! She is so grateful to be able to assistant stage manage with her friends and put on this show. Reaux has loved the process of this show and can't wait for more!

Amelia Thompson is the deck manager for Nolensville High School's production of Into the Woods. Amelia is a senior and is very excited to see how this production goes. Amelia loves the whole theatre community and being a part of the shows. Amelia is going to Samford in the fall and will be studying to become an early education teacher. Amelia is so grateful for the theatre community and their support throughout high school.

Juliette is so excited for you to experience this beautiful show. She has the pleasure of playing the Stepmother while also being a swing for Jack's Mother! Additionally, she is the Head Costume Designer for our costume department! You may have seen her acting and technical work in shows such as Macbeth, Footloose, Little Women, and The Little Mermaid! She would like to thank her parents for their commitment to her interests and Mrs. Parker for being a wonderful director and always challenging her to be better. Enjoy the show!

Phoebe is so excited to perform in this years spring musical as Little Red Riding Hood in Into The Woods! This was such a special process, it being the last show of the season, and making connections and bonding with peers was one of the most important and community building pieces of this process. It has been such a fun and enlightening time and she is so excited to perform!

Ava is so excited to be a part of Into the Woods. She has been doing theatre since she was 8 and is so blessed to be working with this incredible cast!

Layla is so excited to be in Into The Woods. She has loved the process and making the show come together! She is so grateful for all the experiences she has gained from this show!

Claire has had so much fun as the assistant costumes manager for Into The Woods. She loves how she can express her creativity in theater. The positive environment in the show has helped her grow as a person.

AK Johnson has had so much fun being Mama Bear in this show of Into The Woods! She had a great time working with this ensemble and working on costume crew! She will miss working in this ensemble with these people!!

Lauren is a sophomore at Nolensville High School. She has done theatre here for two years. She would like to thank her family and friends for making this experience so great.

Megan has been so grateful to spend four years growing and learning through theatre and she’s so proud to work with such an incredible cast and crew on this show. Megan is performing in the ensemble as well as designing and styling the hair and wigs for this show. Into the Woods has been a very challenging show but has taught so many lessons she will take with her onto her next journey.

Sofia is GINORMOUSLY excited to be the Giant in Into the Woods! She has been doing theatre since she was 8 years old. She will be studying math as her undergraduate major in preparation to attend law school.

Luke is playing the Narrator in Into the Woods and he has had so much fun in this role. He is also the head of the makeup department here and has enjoyed getting to design the show so much. Luke has loved Into the Woods since he was a little kid and he is so happy he gets to play a big part in the show. Luke can’t wait for next year to see where his designs and acting take him.

Aviana is a sophomore and has been doing theatre at Nolensville High since she was a freshman. She is playing the role of Baby Bear and she is also playing a bird/bat. She is also on the makeup and hair team. She is so excited for the show and she wants to thank her family and friends for supporting her!

Josie Brown is thrilled to be part of this production of Into the Woods. She has a deep love for storytelling and musical theatre, and enjoys bringing complex, emotional characters to life on stage. When she is not on stage she enjoys singing, hanging with friends, and spending time with her family. She would like to thank her directors, cast mates, and family who continue to inspire, and uplift her everyday. She hopes you enjoy the show and all the magic that unfolds in the woods!

Addi is so excited to be performing Into the Woods! She loves this show so much and can’t wait to put it on with all of her friends! She has watched so many of her friends work so hard and put so much dedication into this show and can’t wait for everyone to see it! She has loved every second of this year and can’t wait for the next!

Izzie has been doing theater for 6 years and her love for it has grown whilst doing this show. She has loved doing it with her friends. She wants her senior friends to know how missed they’ll be and how much she loves them. This was a super challenging show but she thinks it’s grown her as a performer and is proud of the work everyone’s put in.

Natalie is playing the role of Florinda in Into the Woods. She has been doing theatre for 4 years. She loves theatre, and hopes to pursue it one day. She is thrilled to show the audience what the cast has been working on!

Lyra is playing the roles of Sleeping Beauty and festival dancer! She has been doing theater for 3 years and has done Nolensville High School's productions of: Macbeth, The Little Mermaid, Footloose, A Christmas Carol, and Hadestown. She would like to thank her parents and 2 siblings for supporting her along her theater journey, and for always being there for her. She can't wait for you all to see Into the Woods!

Audrey Schwartzkopf is a sophomore at NHS and has been involved in theatre since 7th grade. She is ensemble in into the woods. Audrey loves the theatre community and all of the friends she has made. She always enjoys getting to be a part of all of the shows and having fun.

Emmie is a 16 year old here at Nolensville High School. She has been doing theatre for ten years, and has been dancing for 13 years. She has been recently seen as Persephone in Hadestown here at NHS. Emmie so proud of all of her talented friends in this show, and she is so grateful she has this opportunity to share the stage with them. She would like to thank her mom and her dad for never giving up on her.

Bella Barnes is thrilled to be part of her high school’s production of Into the Woods, especially as it is her senior show. She appears onstage as Jack’s Mom and is excited to bring the character to life. In addition to performing, Bella also served as the show’s Props Manager, helping create several key pieces for the production, including the puppeteered cow Milky White and the Giant puppet. She has loved getting to experience both the acting and technical sides of theatre while working on this show. Bella would like to give a huge thank you to her family for their support—especially her Papa G for helping construct many of the props—and to the incredible cast and crew who made this production such a memorable experience.

Gemma came into high school very nervous about theatre and unsure if it was right for her. Since then, she has learned so many new skills and found a love for theatre she never knew she had. Gemma has had such a fun time creating props and other projects with people who share her same interests and with people who care and support her. While she has only been backstage, she has decided she is ready to try something new and try performing next year. She can't wait!

Cecilia Berger has been involved in theater for more than 6 years and is thrilled to be part of the props team for Into the Woods at Nolensville High School. She has participated in more than twenty productions over the years. She is thrilled to be apart of Nolensville’s amazing theatre program and she is overjoyed with the way this show turned out.

This is Tatum’s first show at NHS. Tatum loves theatre and performing. She has done a multitude of shows since 4th grade! Doing this show has been such a great experience and she cannot wait for the next one!

Max is a sophmore and this is his 7th show at Nolensville High School and he is very excited to be play Cinderella's Prince in Into The Woods. He would like to thank his parents and Mrs Parker for all their help and support. He hopes you enjoy the show!

Claire Metzger is excited to return for her 5th show with Nolensville High School theatre and her 4th show as a techie in the props department. She loves the show so much and is proud of all the freshmen for doing their first full length musical!!

McKenzie Mullens is a freshman at Nolensville High school and she is so excited to be a part of the show Into the Woods. This year she has been in Footloose and A Christmas Carol with the Nolensville High School Theatre Department and she is so grateful that she gets to continue to grow her love of theatre with them.

Rainey Maurer is a freshman in her first high school spring musical! She has had so much fun throughout her many years in theatre and has been in Footloose and a Christmas Carol this year, as well. She has grown so much since Into the Woods began and is continuously impressed by the students around her, not just in their talent, but their kindness and passion for theatre. She has enjoyed not just acting, but working behind the scenes during the creation of this production. She can’t wait to perform in Into The Woods and for the experiences to come!

Lexi is so thankful for this opportunity to be in Into the Woods. She thinks everybody in this show is so incredibly talented and kind. Theater has taught her how to work with others and to appreciate every moment. She would like to thank everyone who made this show possible and to everyone who helped her along the way!

Laynie is excited to be part of Into the Woods as a bird and a member of the props team! She has loved helping bring the magic of this musical to life both on stage and behind the scenes. From creating little details with props to adding charm as a bird in the forest, this show has been such a fun experience. Laynie is so grateful to be part of this creative cast and crew. She is so thankful to help share this whimsical story with the audience.

This is Vanessa's final show here and can not believe how much time really does fly! She has done everything from laughed to cried on this stage. After high school, she plans to serve a church mission for 18 months then go to college to become a elementary school teacher! Vanessa wants to thank her family for all the support and to keep pushing her to be the best person she can be. Thank you everyone for all the love!

Abbi Dickerson is so grateful to be part of this show. In Into the Woods she is a troll. She is also a part of the props team. Abbi's favorite part of the show was meeting new people and making new friends.

Annie has been doing theater for about 6 years and loves it! She is so ready for this show. Annie wants to give a shoutout to her parents and all of her sisters for always being so supportive!

Aubrey is a sophomore and can’t wait for this show! She’s excited for you all to go into the woods with us!

Eliana is so excited to be in another production with NHS Theatre. She has loved this experience because she gets to meet new people and have fun with her friends. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her through everything.

Kristyn is a senior at Nolensville and is overjoyed to be a part of Into the Woods as The Baker's Wife and the publicity manager. She has been performing for as long as she can remember in dance, theatre, and choir! Beyond the stage, she serves as the senior class president and enjoys her time spent with Nolensville's Best Buddies chapter. After graduation, she plans to pursue degrees in Arts Administration & Marketing. She would like to thank her parents, sisters, directors, and most of all - her castmmates and best friends who inspire her daily! Stella is so excited to be a part of this amazing production! She has done theatre since 6th grade and loves it. Some of her favorite roles she has portrayed are Gingy in Shrek and Mary in Little Women. Stella can’t wait for you to see everyone’s hard work shine on stage!

Lindsey is a junior at NHS and has been doing theater all three years. She works on data entry on the website and has just started working with the sound team! she enjoys every show she gets to do here and this one is no different! she hopes you enjoy the show as much as she does!

Rachel has been doing theatre for her whole life. She loves anything that has to do with singing, dancing, or acting. NHS has given her many opportunities to broaden her horizons and make herself better, not only as an actress, but as a person. She is honored to be a featured dancer in Into The Woods.

Will Brown is super excited to be a part of Into The Woods. Will is not only playing the Steward, but is also the lighting designer. This is Will's 4th musical he has designed at Nolensville, but he has lit many others as well. Will would like to thank his parents, directors, God, and Janell Sami for being an amazing lighting technician. He hopes you enjoy your trip into the woods!

This production marks Janell’s 7th show running the lights here at Nolensville! She is incredibly grateful for her brilliant booth crew and extremely talented lighting designer, Will Brown. Janell feels so lucky to collaborate with such a talented team and is thrilled for the opportunity to help bring the magic of this show to life from the booth!

She is so excited to be in this production of into the woods! She can’t wait to perform with all of her favorite people. She will be playing a troll and festival dancer.

Rhys Plank is a senior involved in Nolensville High School’s theatre program both onstage and behind the scenes. In Into the Woods, he plays Rapunzel’s Prince while also serving as the production manager, helping coordinate the many technical and creative elements that bring the show to life. Rhys has been active in multiple productions, contributing to set construction, sound design, and overall production leadership. After graduation, he plans to study Theater Design and Technology at Arizona State University, where he hopes to continue blending creativity and technical skill to tell stories on stage.

Millie absolutely loves the theater program at Nolensville, she’s so grateful for the amazing people in the program. She’s loved doing this show! She wanted to give a shoutout to her sister Mae who inspired her to start theatre. She also wanted to shout out all the amazing seniors who have made her feel at home.

Wyatt is a freshman, and this is his fourth show at Nolensville as well as his seventh theater production. Wyatt works on the sound technical team and operates or assists with microphones, speakers, sound effects, and backstage sound equipment. Wyatt has had an amazing freshman year and an even greater time during the production of Into the Woods and other shows. He has enjoyed making new friends and getting new experiences all while developing important theater and life skills.

Jonas is a junior who loves theatre at Nolensville and he is so excited to help out with this show.

After just beginning her role as Head of Scenic Design and Construction, Millie is excited to pour in all that she’s learned from this past year into this magical story that’s near and dear to everyone’s hearts. She plans to take these skills into productions that await her in college, and continue to pour in creativity on to the stage through the set.

Michaela has build a lot of this set for this show. She loves this show very much and loved building it. She is so excited to do this show! This is her 3rd show at NHS. She is very grateful for the rest of her set crew. She can’t wait to do more shows!

Jacob is very excited to perform this show for you! Jacob has been doing theatre for 8 years now and is very excited for this show. This is the 7th show Jacob will be performing for this high school and the 15th show overall he has ever done. He hopes you will enjoy!

This is Max's first time doing theater ever and he has had a very fun time. His sister did theater for the school so he thought he would try it too. He's been painting a lot, but has also had fun dancing.

Madeline has loved doing Into The Woods and is so glad she has gotten to do it with her friends. She is a part of the tree ensemble, festival dancer ensemble, and is Rapunzel’s swing. Madeline has also been able to be the assistant choreographer for the show and is so thankful for all of the opportunities she’s been given this year.

Adelyn is a senior and has a passion for the violin. She has been playing for 13 years and currently studies at Blair School of Music. Next fall she will attend BYU and plans to minor in music and continue pursuing her love for the instrument. Outside of music, she enjoys playing tennis, selling handmade bracelets in her Etsy shop, and spending time with family and friends. Adelyn is excited to be part of the pit orchestra for Into the Woods and collaborate with the theatre.

Cora is the flute and piccolo player in the pit orchestra for Into the Woods. She has previously been part of Into the Woods as an actor, and she has loved getting to experience the show again in a new way. She hopes the live orchestra will add to the magic of this production, which musicians and actors alike have worked so hard to bring to life.

Emma is a senior at Nolensville High School playing the trumpet in Into The Woods. She acted from 4th through 10th grade but is now involved in pit orchestra. She has loved making music with such talented, kind people. She is so excited to be attending Belmont University in the fall to study Nursing.

Hailey is thrilled to be a part of the Nolensville Pit Orchestra for the second year in a row! She would like to dedicate every performance to Mr. G (her dad). She would also like to shout-out her incredibly supportive parents and her siblings for coming to support her, even though they may be forced to. Being involved in the pit for spring plays is one of Hailey's favorite events during the school year to participate in, and she has grown so much through her experiences in the Nolo Pit Orchestra. She would like to thank her director (Mr. G) and all her friends and again her family for all of their support!

Jackson Anderson is the first chair trumpet player of the Nolensville Wind Ensemble. He has received many superior ratings at events such as CPA and SEPA. In the fall, he will be attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville to study Mechanical Engineering as well as be a member of the Pride of the Southland marching band.

Joaquin started playing the violin when he was 10 years old. He has enjoyed playing for his school and other organizations. Joaquin is a huge fan of country music and loves to fiddle. He has loved being a part of Into the Woods and seeing the musicians and the actors working together to create such a delightful experience!

Jones has been playing viola for six years, with four of those performing with the Nolensville Honors Orchestra ensemble. This is her first time performing in a pit orchestra and she has had a blast with all the members! She plans to attend college and study Psychology and Political Science on a Pre-Law track.

Katie Sha is currently a sophomore at Nolensville! She did the pit orchestra last year and is so excited to be back for this year’s production! She has been studying flute for almost 4 years now and has won multiple awards. A little fun fact about her is that she also plays piano!

Livia is a sophomore and has played the violin since she was three years old. Over her 13 years of playing violin, she developed a deep passion for music and enjoys every opportunity she gets to share the gift of music with others! She is currently studying music at Vanderbilt University with a music professor. Throughout her musical journey, she has enjoyed participating in local youth orchestras and is so excited for this collaborative ensemble experience!

London is a sophomore playing oboe in the pit orchestra for Into The Woods. She played oboe in last year’s spring musical The Little Mermaid. The reason London loves pit orchestra is because it combines her two favorite things: orchestra and theatre! Her dream is to play in pit orchestras professionally on Broadway.

Londyn is a freshman and has been playing the cello for 9 years. Music is a huge part of her life, and currently she is studying music with a professor at Vanderbilt. She’s had so much fun in the pit orchestra and has learned a lot from this experience!

Lucas is the Pit Orchestra Manager and plays percussion for Into The Woods. This is his 2nd year playing in the Orchestra for theatre. Lucas plays percussion in the NHS Honors Wind Ensemble. He also plays bass in and runs the Jazz Program at NHS. Lucas has been playing bass for 4 years and percussion for just under 2 years.

Molly Hackett is a junior at Nolensville and this is her second year as a french horn in the Pit Orchestra. She plays in many groups like Nolensville’s Wind Ensemble, Symphony Orchestra, Excalibur Jazz Band, and the Tennessee Youth Symphony. Molly would love to thank Mr. Gagliardo for all the work he does for pit to happen, along with her family and friends for always encouraging her to follow her passion in music.

Buck did drumset for the pit orchestra in 2025 and this will be his second year in the position. He has made percussion Midstate and has auditioned for Drum Corps International positions. He has been drumming for 7 years now and is currently a part of the Nolensville Wind Ensemble, Drumline, and Symphony/Pit Orchestra. He was tenor-line section leader in the 2025 marching season and is currently giving lessons to future members of the Nolensville 2026 Drumline.

While having never done theater before himself, Stone has had siblings in theater his whole life. Being in the orchestra for Into the Woods was a bit of an eye-opener into both the talent and work of everyone involved, but has been amazing to be a part of. As a senior he plans to go into engineering, but hopes to stay connected to the arts in college and beyond.

Ericka James is a junior and is 1st chair clarinet in the pit orchestra for Into the Woods, playing both Bb and A clarinet. As a member of the NHS's Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra, her continued passion for music and interest in theatre came together in Into the Woods — making her part of the school's second-ever pit orchestra. Her favorite moment of the process was the sitzprobe, a special and fun experience where the orchestra and cast finally got to make music as a group and hear everything come together for the first time.
