Into the Woods Cast
JT McCoy (Baker)JT is beyond excited to play the Baker in this production of "Into the Woods". He is a senior and has played in many different roles over the years from Marius is "Les Miserables" to Macbeth in "Macbeth". JT has been "bitten by the theatre bug" and plans on pursuing it as a career. He cannot wait to go beyond these walls and into the woods for what lies ahead. He will miss all of his beautiful peers here at Nolensville, but cannot wait for the future. He would like to thank his family and friends and his directors for continuing to support him on this journey. Good show everyone!
Kristyn Dunn (Baker's Wife)Kristyn is a senior at Nolensville and is overjoyed to be a part of Into the Woods as The Baker's Wife and the publicity manager. She has been performing for as long as she can remember in dance, theatre, and choir! Beyond the stage, she serves as the senior class president and enjoys her time spent with Nolensville's Best Buddies chapter. After graduation, she plans to pursue degrees in Arts Administration & Marketing. She would like to thank her parents, sisters, directors, and most of all - her castmmates and best friends who inspire her daily! Elia Pyper (Witch)For Elia, doing Into the Woods was such an amazing way to end her senior year! She is so grateful to all of her family members for supporting her theatrical journey. Elia’s plan for after high school is to serve a mission in Uruguay and then go to school to study acting. She feels incredibly blessed to have moved here in 6th grade and she couldn’t imagine learning theatre anywhere else!
Annaross Wetzel (Cinderella)Annaross is thrilled to be playing Cinderella in her very last high school theatre production. She has grown so much over the past four years and credits NHS theatre with so much of her success and happiness. Next year, she will be attending Belmont University to study Voice and Music Education. She is so thankful for all of the friends, teachers, parents, and volunteers who have helped make this show possible, and she is so excited for what the future has in store for her! She thanks her parents for all of their support throughout many years of theatre and says she could not do it without them.
Max Giordano (Cinderella's Prince/Baker Swing)Max is a sophmore and this is his 7th show at Nolensville High School and he is very excited to be play Cinderella's Prince in Into The Woods. He would like to thank his parents and Mrs. Parker for all their help and support. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Rhys Plank (Rapunzel's Prince/Story Father)Rhys Plank is a senior involved in Nolensville High School’s theatre program both onstage and behind the scenes. In Into the Woods, he plays Rapunzel’s Prince while also serving as the production manager, helping coordinate the many technical and creative elements that bring the show to life. Rhys has been active in multiple productions, contributing to set construction, sound design, and overall production leadership. After graduation, he plans to study Theater Design and Technology at Arizona State University, where he hopes to continue blending creativity and technical skill to tell stories on stage.
Phoebe Boughton (Little Red)Phoebe is so excited to perform in this years spring musical as Little Red Riding Hood in Into The Woods! This was such a special process, it being the last show of the season, and making connections and bonding with peers was one of the most important and community building pieces of this process. It has been such a fun and enlightening time and she is so excited to perform!
James Tomlin (Jack)James is so honored to have been chosen for the role of Jack. He has had such a fun time getting to work with all of the amazing cast and crew. He wants to thank his family, dog, cat, and all his friends that supported him through this amazing journey.
Bella Barnes (Jack's Mother)Bella Barnes is thrilled to be part of her high school’s production of Into the Woods, especially as it is her senior show. She appears onstage as Jack’s Mom and is excited to bring the character to life. In addition to performing, Bella also served as the show’s Props Manager, helping create several key pieces for the production, including the puppeteered cow Milky White and the Giant puppet. She has loved getting to experience both the acting and technical sides of theatre while working on this show. Bella would like to give a huge thank you to her family for their support—especially her Papa G for helping construct many of the props—and to the incredible cast and crew who made this production such a memorable experience.
Luke Spivey (Narrator/Festival Dancer)Luke is playing the Narrator in Into the Woods and he has had so much fun in this role. He is also the head of the makeup department here and has enjoyed getting to design the show so much. Luke has loved Into the Woods since he was a little kid and he is so happy he gets to play a big part in the show. Luke can’t wait for next year to see where his designs and acting take him.
Jacob Gray (Wolf/Festival Dancer/Rapunzel's Prince Swing)Jacob is very excited to perform this show for you! Jacob has been doing theatre for 8 years now and is very excited for this show. This is the 7th show Jacob will be performing for NHS and the 15th show overall he has ever done. He hopes you will enjoy!
Josie Brown (Rapunzel/Cinderella Swing)Josie Brown is thrilled to be part of this production of Into the Woods. She has a deep love for storytelling and musical theatre, and enjoys bringing complex, emotional characters to life on stage. When she is not on stage she enjoys singing, hanging with friends, and spending time with her family. She would like to thank her directors, cast mates, and family who continue to inspire, and uplift her everyday. She hopes you enjoy the show and all the magic that unfolds in the woods!
Will Brown (Steward/Festival Dancer/Cinderella's Prince Swing)Will Brown is super excited to be a part of Into The Woods. Will is not only playing the Steward, but is also the lighting designer. This is Will's 4th musical he has designed at Nolensville, but he has lit many others as well. Will would like to thank his parents, directors, God, and Janell Sami for being an amazing lighting technician. He hopes you enjoy your trip into the woods!
Brayden Perry (Mysterious Man)Brayden is a little sad, but mostly hopeful as this is his last musical at NHS. He would like to thank Mrs. Parker and his family for always believing in him. He will be studying theatre in his future.
Juliette DiMiceli (Stepmother/Jack's Mom Swing)Juliette is so excited for you to experience this beautiful show. She has the pleasure of playing the Stepmother while also being a swing for Jack's Mother! Additionally she is the Head Costume Designer for our costume department! You may have seen her acting and technical work in shows such as Macbeth, Footloose, Little Women, and The Little Mermaid! She would like to thank her parents for their commitment to her interests and Mrs. Parker for being a wonderful director and always challenging her to be better. Enjoy the show!
Natalie Rodgers (Florida/Witch Swing)Natalie is playing the role of Florinda in Into the Woods. She has been doing theatre for 4 years. She loves theatre, and hopes to pursue it one day. She is thrilled to show the audience what the cast has been working on!
Emmie Butler (Lucinda)Emmie is a 16 year old here at Nolensville High School. She has been doing theatre for ten years, and has been dancing for 13 years. She has been recently seen as Persephone in Hadestown here at NHS. Emmie so proud of all of her talented friends in this show, and she is so grateful she has this opportunity to share the stage with them. She would like to thank her mom and her dad for never giving up on her.
Kayla Hanslow (Cinderella's Mother)Kayla has enjoyed playing Cinderella's mother in the show as well as music assisting and helping spearhead the community engagement project. She is so looking forward to an amazing future in music and would like to thank Mrs. Van Amburg for always giving her opportunities to share her gifts in music.
Thomas Porter (Cinderella's Father/Papa Bear)Thomas is excited to be in his first role at NHS as Cinderella's father. He cannot wait for you to see the show. He would like to thank his family and the directors for this wonderful opportunity.
Sofia Scribner (Giant/Story Mother/Tree Dancer)Sofia is GINORMOUSLY excited to be the Giant in Into the Woods! She has been doing theatre since she was 8 years old. She will be studying math as her undergraduate major in preparation to attend law school.
Izzie Ford (Grandmother/Baker's Wife Swing)Izzie has been doing theater for 6 years and her love for it has grown whilst doing this show. She has loved doing it with her friends. She wants her senior friends to know how missed they’ll be and how much she loves them. This was a super challenging show but she thinks it’s grown her as a performer and is proud of the work everyone’s put in.
Millie Ramsey (Milky White/Jack Swing)Millie absolutely loves the theater program at Nolensville, she’s so grateful for the amazing people in the program. She’s loved doing this show! She wanted to give a shoutout to her sister Mae who inspired her to start theatre. She also wanted to shout out all the amazing seniors who have made her feel at home.
Eliana Kaplan (Young Story Girl/Festival Dancer)Eliana is so excited to be in another production with NHS Theatre. She has loved this experience because she gets to meet new people and have fun with her friends. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her through everything.
Madeline Mason (Older Story Girl/Tree Dancer/Festival Dancer)Madeline has loved doing Into The Woods and is so glad she has gotten to do it with her friends. She is a part of the tree ensemble, festival dancer ensemble, and is Rapunzel’s swing. Madeline has also been able to be the assistant choreographer for the show and is so thankful for all of the opportunities she’s been given this year.
Vanessa Sutherland (Snow White/Festival Dancer)This is Vanessa's final show here and can not believe how much time really does fly! She has done everything from laughed to cried on this stage. After high school, she plans to serve a church mission for 18 months then go to college to become a elementary school teacher! Vanessa wants to thank her family for all the support and to keep pushing her to be the best person she can be. Thank you everyone for all the love!
Lyra Alley (Sleeping Beauty/Festival Dancer)Lyra is playing the roles of Sleeping Beauty and festival dancer! She has been doing theater for 3 years and has done Nolensville High School's productions of: Macbeth, The Little Mermaid, Footloose, A Christmas Carol, and Hadestown. She would like to thank her parents and 2 siblings for supporting her along her theater journey, and for always being there for her. She can't wait for you all to see Into the Woods!
Addi Smith (Goldilocks/Festival Dancer/Little Red Swing)Addi is so excited to be performing Into the Woods! She loves this show so much and can’t wait to put it on with all of her friends! She has watched so many of her friends work so hard and put so much dedication into this show and can’t wait for everyone to see it! AK Johnson (Mama Bear)AK Johnson has had so much fun being Mama Bear in this show of Into The Woods! She had a great time working with this ensemble and working on costume crew! She will miss working in this ensemble with these people!!
Aviana Edwards (Baby Bear/Bird/Bat)Aviana is a sophomore and has been doing theatre at Nolensville High since she was a freshman. She is playing the role of Baby Bear and she is also playing a bird/bat. She is also on the makeup and hair team. Audrey Schwartzkopf (Little Pig #1)Audrey Schwartzkopf is a sophomore at NHS and has been involved in theatre since 7th grade. She is ensemble in into the woods. Audrey loves the theatre community and all of the friends she has made. She always enjoys getting to be a part of all of the shows and having fun.
Carolena Pezzo (Little Pig #2)Carolena has loved working on this show! She is so honored to get to work with such talented people. This show has helped her grow in so many ways. She is so inspired by the upperclassmen and their hard work and commitment.
McKenzie Mullens (Little Pig #3)McKenzie Mullens is a freshman at Nolensville High school and she is so excited to be a part of the show Into the Woods. This year she has been in Footloose and A Christmas Carol with the Nolensville High School Theatre Department and she is so grateful that she gets to continue to grow her love of theatre with them.
Max Motz (Hansel)This is Max's first time doing theater ever and he has had a very fun time. His sister did theater for the school so he thought he would try it too. He's been painting a lot, but has also had fun dancing.
Ava Posey (Gretel)Ava is so excited to be a part of Into the Woods. She has been doing theatre since she was 8 and is so blessed to be working with this incredible cast!
Megan Phillips (Troll)Megan has been so grateful to spend four years growing and learning through theatre and she’s so proud to work with such an incredible cast and crew on this show. Megan is performing in the ensemble as well as designing and styling the hair and wigs for this show. Into the Woods has been a very challenging show but has taught so many lessons she will take with her onto her next journey.

Rainey Maurer (Bird/Bat)Rainey Maurer is a freshman in her first high school spring musical! She has had so much fun throughout her many years in theatre and has been in Footloose and a Christmas Carol this year, as well. She has grown so much since Into the Woods began and is continuously impressed by the students around her, not just in their talent, but their kindness and passion for theatre. She has enjoyed not just acting, but working behind the scenes during the creation of this production. She can’t wait to perform in Into The Woods and for the experiences to come!
