Mamma Mia! Cast
Alex Birchhill (Donna Sheridan)is thrilled to be performing in Mamma Mia! Her previous roles included Roxie in “Chicago,” which earned her a Jerry Award for Lead Role in a Musical. She received another Jerry nomination as Jovie in “Elf” last year. Alex is also a member of the Show Choir, where she’s performed solos like “She Used to Be Mine” from Waitress and “The Winner Takes it All” from Mamma Mia. She sings in the Concert Choir, Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and performed with the WSMA State Honors Choir. Outside of her musical pursuits, she is a member of the Varsity Powerlifting team and is involved in the Multicultural Club and Key Club.
Greta Gustafson (Sophie Sheridan)is a sophomore and is thrilled to be performing in Mamma Mia! She previously played Michael in last year's musical, Elf, in which she earned a Jerry Award Nomination. She also plays the baritone in Band, sings in Concert Choir, performs in Show Choir, and is on the Powerlifting team. Recently, she performed with the WSMA State Honors Choir in Madison. She has also been training dogs since she was 9 and has been showing competitively with her Golden Retriever Bert for 4 years.
Avery Allram (Sam Carmichael)is delighted to be a part of this production of Mamma Mia!. A junior this year, Avery's recent stage credits include playing the Macy's store manager in Elf (for which they received a Jerry Award nomination), the Cowardly Lion in A Night of Laughter, and Lord Farquaad in Show Choir. Avery's musical talents extend beyond the stage, as they have performed in the WSMA State Honors Choir, WCDA All-State Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and Clearwater Choral Festival. They are also a member of several NRHS ensembles including: Concert Choir, Vocal Jazz Ensemble, Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, and Show Choir. They play several instruments including the oboe, piano, and tenor and baritone saxophone.
Ari Mealey (Rosie)is a senior who is looking forward to being in her 5th NRHS production. Past on-stage performances include: The Con, and A Night of Laughter. She also played trumpet in the pit orchestra for recent musicals, “Chicago” and “Elf.” Mealey is a member of Concert Choir, Chorale, Jazz Choir, Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Band. She has sung with the WSMA State Honors Choir for two years and recently performed on trumpet with the WSMA State Honors Jazz Band. She is on the Powerlifting team and competed at both the State and National levels. Following graduation, she plans to attend UW-Stout for Art & Animation.
Lillia Miller (Tanya )is a senior who is so excited to be in her first on-stage performance at NRHS! She played the cello in the pit for Elf, and was also in charge of sound for Chicago, The Witches Princess, A Night of Laughter, and Show Choir 2024 & 2025. She is also a member of Orchestra, Concert Choir, and Jazz Choir.
Jackson Allwood (Harry Bright )is a junior this year and is thrilled to be performing in this year’s performance of Mamma Mia! Previous performances include Elf (Mr. Greenway, Mall Santa, & an Elf), and A Night of Laughter (Chip Mentor, Scarecrow). He also performs in the Jazz Choir, plays Trombone in the Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble, in addition to performing with the NRHS Show Choir.
Maximo Fagan (Bill Austin)is a sophomore who is thrilled to be part of this year's production of Mamma Mia! His previous roles include: Elf: The Musical (Chadwick), Shrek: The Musical (Baby Bear), and Newsies (Les). He is a percussionist in the Concert Band, and a tenor in Concert Choir, Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and Show Choir. He also participates in baseball and plans to join powerlifting this year.
Keagan Sass (Sky)is a Junior excited to be performing as Sky. He has experience in public speaking, Show Choir, however, this is his first musical theater performance. He also sings in the Concert Choir and Vocal Jazz Ensemble at the High School.
Ava Bellomo (Ali)a senior this year, is ecstatic to be a part of Mamma Mia! Previous shows include: Ranked, Chicago, and last year's musical, ELF. She also enjoys being a part of the NRHS Vocal Jazz Choir, Show Choir, Concert Choir, Band, every drama production, many clubs and activities, piano, and powerlifting. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing following high school. She hopes you love the show!
Sylvie Belisle (Lisa )is a junior thrilled to be a part of Mamma Mia! Her favorite past role was as a Boylan Sister in Annie at Somerset High School, where she also enjoyed serving as a choreographer for the production. A dedicated performer, Sylvie is a soprano in the Concert Choir and loves to sing and dance.
Noah Johnson (Pepper)is a junior this year and is excited to be a part of this year’s production of Mamma Mia. This will be his first ever musical stage performance. He is a member of the high school band, specifically a part of the percussion section, and he is on the powerlifting team.
Asher Wilson (Eddie)is a freshman and incredibly excited to be performing in the musical. Their previous roles included: The Adventures of Katastrophe Kate (Cactus Pete), Cinderella (Fake Prince Charming and Ugly Step Sister #2), Snow White (Ensemble), and Charlotte's Web (Gander). They are an alto in the NRHS Treble Choir (Chorale) and they play Double Bass in the school Orchestra. He recently performed with the WSMA Middle Level State Honors Choir in Madison. He plans to join Forensics/Speech, Drama, and potentially more, depending on his schedule.
Grant Huebscher (Father Alexandrios)is a junior this year and is excited to make his debut in Mamma Mia! You may have seen him in the Show Choir, Band, or even the Orchestra. He’s also in the Reading/Writing Club and NHS. Outside of school, he's often spotted with a gecko on his shoulder or a snake around his neck!
Rain Taylor (Dance Captain / Ensemble)is a senior who is very excited to be part of Mama Mia! Her past shows include Ranked - a Musical (Ensemble), Chicago (Katalin "Hunyak" Helinszki) for which she was nominated for the Jerry Awards for her dancing, The Witch's Princess (Jabberwock), Elf (Tiara the elf, and Dance Captain), and A Night of Laughter (Juggling Monkey and Girl 1). She has also been in dance for 14 years, and Show Choir for 2 years - for which she is also Dance Captain. She also spends her free time in school activities such as Band, Choir, Color Guard, and FFA!
Bella Kolstad (Assistant Dance Captain / Ensemble)is a Senior who is excited to be part of this year's musical, Mama Mia! This is her second production after being part of last year's Musical, ELF. She has been in dance for 13 years and has also participated in both Show Choir and Track.
Cadance Bray (Ensemble)is a senior this year who is happy to be a part of this year’s musical. Previous roles include a Merry Murderess (Chicago), Ensemble (ELF), The Squire of Oranges (The Witch’s Princess), and A Night Of Laughter (Toto). She is also in Choir, and in the Color Guard for Marching Band. She plans to attend UW-Platteville for Forensic Investigation next year.
Lauren Forbush (Ensemble)is a senior who is thrilled to be a part of Mama Mia! They have been a part of NRHS drama since their freshman year and have participated as both cast and crew. Outside of drama, they attend Earth First, Reading and Writing club, Multicultural Club, Newspaper, Art Club, and are also a member of the National Honor Society. When they graduate, they plan on attending Utah Valley University to study forensic science.
Athena Gregerson (Ensemble)is a Senior and excited to be part of this year's production of Mamma Mia! At NRHS, she has previously performed as a member of the Ensemble in “Ranked - a Musical” (2022) and as Narrator 1 in “The Witch's Princess” (2024). After graduation, Athena plans to attend Leiden University in the Netherlands to major in International Studies.
Kai Lentz (Ensemble)is a senior this year who is excited to be performing in Mamma Mia. They have performed with the NRHS Drama for four years, both on stage as cast members and off stage as part of the backstage crew. Outside of theater, Kai is in various clubs at the high school such as: Multicultural Club, Forensics, Earth First, PACT, Art Club, Newspaper Club and Reading and Writing Club. After high school, they plan on studying Social Work at Minnesota State University, Mankato. They hope you enjoy the performance!
Madison Ostertag (Ensemble)is a Senior and is excited to be performing in the musical this year! This is her first musical but she has sung in Choir for three years. She is also a member of colorguard and is on the NRHS Fishing Team. When she graduates high school she plans to attend UWRF to major in Science Education with a biology focus.
Grace Miller (Ensemble)is a Senior who is excited to be a part of this production! Previous roles include a pick a little lady from Music Man Jr. in eighth grade when she performed at the Phipps Theater in Hudson. She also plays flute in the NRHS band, twirls a flag in Colorguard, sings in Concert Choir, and competes on the powerlifting team. She plans on attending UW-Eau Claire next year to study social work.
Nathan Thompson (Ensemble)is a senior who is excited to be part of his 2nd NRHS production! His previous role was in Elf as an ensemble member. He is also in Band, Choir, Powerlifting, Trap Shooting and Sporting Clays. Nathan plans to join the US Army following graduation.
April Groth (Ensemble)is a Junior and is so excited to be performing in this year's musical! Her previous roles include Ensemble in Elf the Musical, and she participated in Show Choir last spring. She is also a member of Concert Choir and plays in the Orchestra.
Ella Jackson (Ensemble)is a junior and is excited to be part of the cast in the musical. Previous roles include a maiden and guard in “The Witch's Princess,” multiple roles in the double feature One Act plays this past spring, variety show host in the St Mary's variety show, and pit orchestra performer for Elf this past Fall. She also plays Tenor saxophone in Wind Ensemble and is in Track and Field as well as multiple creative writing and journaling clubs.
Elsa Magnuson (Ensemble )is a junior and is excited to be a part of this production of Mamma Mia! She has been in Elf the Musical as well, and also participated in show choir. She is a member of Concert Choir and the Powerlifting team, and has also sung at solo/ensemble competitions.
River Markham (Ensemble)is a junior who is thrilled to be included in the production of Mamma Mia! She looks forward to meeting new people and having a good time! Previous roles include: Chicago: Teen Edition! (Ensemble), Elf The Musical (Ensemble), All The Ways The World Could End, But Not You (Scientist), When Bad Things Happen To Good Actors (The Wicked Witch). She is part of Chorale and the Honor Guard in the Marching Band.
Rosemary Voje (Ensemble)is a Junior who is extremely excited to be a part of her second musical! Previous roles include: When Bad Things Happen to Good Actors (Dorothy), Elf (Ensemble). She is also a member of Concert Choir and Wind Ensemble, as well as Softball and Civil Air Patrol!
Lauren Smith (Ensemble)is a junior who is excited to be part of this production. She has taken part in other past performances and hopes to continue. Lauren is part of the Varsity Powerlifting Team, as well as Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, and Choir.
Audrey Garcia (Ensemble)is a junior this year and is very excited to be a part of this year’s production of Mamma Mia, which will be her first theatrical experience.
Asa Herbert (Ensemble)is a sophomore this year and is excited for Mamma Mia to be his first time performing in a Musical.
Elsie Kufus (Ensemble)is a Sophomore who is thrilled to be in NRHS's production of Mamma Mia! She has been Ensemble in ELF and had roles such as Ms. Elle in NRHS's 2025 play! She is also a member of Choir, Band, Orchestra, Student Council and many other activities at NRHS.
Arsene Mugisha (Ensemble)is a sophomore this year and is excited to be a cast member in this year’s musical, “Mamma Mia”. This will be his first time being a part of a musical production. He comes from a background of music as they are in the Concert Choir at the high school. He is ready for the choreography since he is on both the basketball team and the track team.
Isabella Ruggiero (Ensemble)is a sophomore and is excited to be a part of the production of Mamma Mia! This is her first musical. She has 13 years of experience dancing in the studio and one year on the Dance Team.
Arianna Thiele (Ensemble)sophomore, is really excited to be part of the musical at NRHS. She is part of the Concert Band where she plays the flute. She dreamed of performing on stage as a child, so she’s thrilled to finally achieve that dream!
Sienna Young (Ensemble)is a Sophomore. She is excited to be a part of this musical and loves performing! Her previous roles have been Elf (Ensemble), Cinderella (Stepmother), and Charlotte (Ensemble). She is also in Powerlifting, Key club, Student Council, and is an STS Mentor.
Natalie Bald (Ensemble)is a freshman this year, but has a long history of performing on the Gem Theater stage and at NRMS. She is extremely excited to be a part of the Mamma Mia production this year. Previous Roles include, but are not limited to: Cat in the Hat (Suessical), and Snow Queen (Snow Queen). She enjoys being a part of the musical production and is also in the NRHS Treble Choir - Chorale.
Haeley Plourde (Ensemble)is a freshman and is excited to be performing in a musical.This is her first musical. She is also in the high school Choir.
Nora Jackson (Ensemble)is a freshman this year and is excited to be a part of her first musical and is excited to be a part of the production.
Ace Mara (Ensemble )is a freshman and is thrilled to be performing in a musical. This is his first musical. He is also a member of the Choir, and Science Olympiad.
Halle Thomson (Ensemble)is a freshman and is super excited to be performing in this year's musical. This is her first musical, but she has been singing in choirs for years. She is so excited to be part of the show!
Kaleigha Norrgard (Ensemble)is a freshman and is excited to be in their first musical. They also play violin and are in Choir.
Henry Roberts (Ensemble )is a Freshman and is excited to be a part of the production. This is his first musical. He is also a tenor in choir and plays alto saxophone in band. He is planning to manage both powerlifting and boys tennis.
Miguel Smith (Ensemble)is a freshman who is really excited for his first musical! He plays the electric guitar, and is in Concert Choir.
Greta Westmoreland (Ensemble)is a freshman and is thrilled to be part of Mamma Mia! This is her first musical. She sings in the Treble Choir, Chorale.
