Sarah Jane Spies
Sarah returns for her fifth production with NPHS. She has served as director, costumer, backstage hand, producer, and "other duties as assigned" in several productions at the Little Theatre of Tuscarawas County. She has her B.A. in English from Kent State University, and her M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Michigan. She currently serves on the boards of the Tuscarawas Philharmonic and Tuscarawas Arts Partnership, teaches Musical Theatre at LaceyPAC, and is a member of the Dover Fraternal Order of Eagles #515. She is the Programming and Communications Coordinator at East Central Ohio ESC and lives in New Phila with her brother, Matt. Musical Director
Kristi Prucha
Kristi Prucha has been teaching vocal music for 31 years, and in that time, has been the musical director for 28 productions. She earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Mount Union College, and a Master of Music degree from Youngstown State University’s Dana School of Music. She is also the organist at the New Philadelphia First United Methodist Church. Kristi is thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of a production which includes both her and her daughter, Abby, as a cast members, and she would like to thank all of the parents of these talented students for their support throughout this production.
Shannon Mitchell
Shannon Mitchell is very excited to work with the talented students of NPHS! She holds a Bachelor of Music Education and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ohio Northern University and a Masters in Education specializing in Music from the University of Louisville. When she isn't teaching voice or piano in her home studio, dance at Lacey PAC, or Theatre at Kent State University Tuscarawas, you may find her on stage at The Little Theatre of Tuscarawas County (where she also currently serves as president of the board).
