Gwendolyn has been working with MMSP since 2014 with her first show being "Wait until Dark". Since then she has been involved with as many shows as she could either on stage or behind the scenes. Born in Virginia she moved here for school and decided to make Montevallo her home. She is so happy to once again be bringing the joy of live theater to an audience once again. She wishes to thank her friends and family for always supporting her and putting up with the late nights of practice. Her favorite quote is "My darling girl, when are your going to realize that being normal is not necessarily a virtue? It rather denotes a lack of courage" -Practical Magic

Delores graduated from the University of Montevallo with a double major in Theatre and elementary Ed. She moved to Nashville and worked with a lot of different theater groups. Her passion is theatre with young actors.For many students and young people, the performing arts are where they learn to work as a team. She has been with MMSP for 5 years. Her favorite quote is “Arts education isn’t something we add on after we’ve achieved other priorities, like raising test scores and getting kids into college. It’s actually critical for achieving these priorities in the first place,” - Michelle Obama.

In 1987 Jake was cast as the co0lead character “Frank” in “Cheaper by the Dozen” from that moment on Jake was linked to Montevallo Main Street Players. While Jake’s acting days are behind him, he is still is extremely active behind the scenes. Jake regularly works in the tech booth, stage builds and finished a full term as President of MMSP at the beginning of 2021. His favorite quote is “When all is lost is no time to give up. After all, you have nothing left to lose.”
