Twelfth Night Cast

Carly Jelinek (Viola)
Carly began pursuing her love for singing six years ago when she joined FSM Fanfare Show Choir. She is sixteen years old and a Junior at LAHS where she is currently in the Bel Canto choir. Carly’s first performance was with SMCT as Charlotte in Oliver. She has performed in SMCT productions The Wizard of Oz, Suessical, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, Hairspray, Willy Wonka, and Music Man. Her most recent role was as the Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods (Spring 2019). She participated in the Opera Street Scene as Mary in UNF. She loves to sing and act and is very excited about her upcoming role as Viola in Twelfth Night. Carly would like to thank her thank her parents, her close friends, and her music teacher back in GA Megan Friese-Kaufman.
Maya Rogers (Feste)
Maya Rogers is a Senior and has been a part of Olions for five years, starting with Spamalot in 8th grade. She is currently the Treasurer on the Olions Board, and is on her second year as head of makeup. She has helped run shows, she has designed the makeup for every Olions show since her initiation as head of the makeup department, and she loves every minute she spends with the beautiful people in this community. Besides the shows she participates in, you may also find her singing with the LAHS choir Schola Cantorum, performing in the Topper Marching Band, leading the GSA as Vice President, or honing her talents as a circus artist as a Co-President of Juggling Club. She is really excited to be a part of this show, and is excited to explore what her character, Feste, can teach her. She wants to thank her family in Olions for all they have done for her, they have allowed her to explore herself and her artistic style in a safe and accepting space. She will never forget them.
Allie Poague (Maria)
Allie is a Freshman and this is her second Olions show. Last year she was in ‘Hello, Dolly!’ as an ensemble member and waiter. This year, she is overjoyed to be playing the role of Maria. She has been dancing since she was five years old and has performed in parts such as Young Cinderella and multiple Corps roles. Since a young age she’s deeply loved performing, dancing, singing, and wants to definitely pursue it in her future. She’s involved with choir, student council, and is a member of the counseling advisory team as well. When not on stage Allie enjoys reading (a lot) of books, drinking Hubert’s lemonade, and designing and figuring out new fashion looks. She would like to thank all her family, friends, all the people she ruined plans with because she was at rehearsal, you for reading this whole bio, and most importantly the rest of the cast for being the most loving, kind, funny, and accepting theatre family she could ask for.
Olivia Tepley (Olivia)
Olivia Tepley is a Senior at Los Alamos High school. She has been in Olions since she was a freshman in the show The 39 Steps. Her first musical was Mary Poppins and since then, she has been involved in every show Olions has put on. She has been waiting for her chance to be a lead in a Musical since her freshman year, and she is excited to be playing Lady Olivia. Olivia began theatre when she was in 5th grade with Atomic City Children’s Theatre. She has been in two state competition One Acts, and in 2018 she won one of the best performance awards for the competition. The show also won second place in the competition. When Olivia graduates, she wants to pursue a career in the medical field as an Orthodontist. She hopes to attend a university on the East Coast once she graduates this spring. Once she graduates, she intends to continue in theatre, even if it is not a career. She is excited for her future and ready to move into the future with confidence.
Elijah Hanks (Orsino)
Elijah (also known as Eli) is a sophomore here and loves every second of it. Thanks to his friends and family that support him in his achievements, Eli has grown a lot these past couple years. He has worked a lot in stage management during his middle school years, but turned to acting once he became a high schooler. A little background would also include how he moved from California to Los Alamos New Mexico during the summer of last year. Eli has loved it here and is loving the show productions just as much as you are!
Isaiah Martinez (Malvolio)
Isaiah Martinez is very excited to be playing the role of Malvolio in Twelfth Night. A Senior at LAHS, Isaiah appeared in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, in which he played the role of William Barfée. Aside from theatre, Isaiah has been in the choir program at LAHS since his Freshman year and is currently in the award-winning ensemble, Schola Cantorum. He would like to thank his fellow cast members for their effort and work on the show and would like to thank his parents and the boys for their continual support.
Odgen Berry (Antonio)
Ogden Berry has been involved in Olions since his freshman year. He is currently serving his second consecutive year on the Olions Board and is currently the president of the club. He has performed as a dance lead in Mary Poppins, Vice Principal Panch in Spelling Bee, and was nominated for the spotlight award at the Enchantment Awards. The following year he portrayed Cornelius Hackel in Hello Dolly! and was nominated as one of ten Best Actors at the New Mexico High School Musical Theatre Awards. His straight play experience extends from Angel Clarence in It's a Wonderful Life Radio Show, and Eugene Morris Jerome in Brighton Beach Memoirs. He has taken Acting classes at Ithaca College. And competed in International Thespian Festival placing second in duo acting 2018, and overall high score monologue the same year. Jackson Bell (Sir Toby Belch)
Jackson is a Junior at Los Alamos High School. He is very excited to be participating in his second show in Olions as Sir Toby Belch. He has been a part of LAPS music programs since 7th grade, has made New Mexico All-State Band two years in a row, has his own jazz septet, and played the minor role of Ambrose Kemper in the LAHS Olions production of Hello Dolly. He looks forward to many more shows with the Olions team. He would like to thank the production staff, as well as his parents who supported him through the busy show schedules.
Sam Wolfsberg (Sir Andrew)
Sam Wolfsberg is a Sophomore at Los Alamos High School and is part of the Olions Thespian Troupe. He started performing at the age of 6 in his first Nutcracker in 2009. In his past summers, he has participated in Missoula Children’s Theatre as Peter Pan (Peter Pan) and Rumpelstiltskin (Rumpelstiltskin). Samuel has been doing ballet for 11 years and is excited to begin working on his future in theater. He would like to thank his parents and friends for always supporting him in his endeavors, whether that be dancing, acting, or singing. He has really enjoyed working with the loving cast of his first Olions musical.
Kezia Tripp (Sebastian)
Kezia is a Senior and performing in Twelfth Night is her first large production with Olions. She has done the Student One Acts for the past two years, 2017 and 2018. The performing arts have played a huge part in her life -- Kezia played alto saxophone in band for 6 years, danced Bollywood in 2016-2017, has danced Ballroom since 2017, and is in her second year of High School choir. Kezia especially loves to sing and has been performing in church and singing the National Anthem at swim meets for who knows how long. Kezia would like to thank her family -- Ada :), for giving her love and support through all her musical endeavors as well as her bike, for ensuring she never missed leg day.
Kajsa Drew (Fabian)
Kajsa is very excited about her role in Twelfth Night this year! This is her first time as a named role in a musical and is looking forward to the challenge. You may have seen Kajsa in the past in Olions’ production of Hello, Dolly! As a member of the chorus and a polka dancer; in Brighton Beach Memoirs as Laurie; or in the 2017 One Acts production. Everyone involved has put an incredible amount of work to make this a great production she is proud to be a part of.
